The customer service here is great. Got my tire fixed in 15 minutes, and the used tire was only $40 dollars. So affordable and reliable!

If you're having tire issues, go to Jordon Tires. I've had 4 great opportunities with them. They are friendly and helpful. My better half tells me to always get a patch when fixing a flat. Jordpn has extended the life of my tires for over a year now. They even told me fixing a puncture on the side of a tire has no guarantee, but keeping it psi at its best, the plug worked. & when driving on Memphis' bad roadways I managed to get 2 punctures; they had a used tire that saved the day. & you're not cheated. Thank you!

They had a tire to fit my truck, which is kind of rare and hard to find. The service didn't take long at all they weren't too busy, there is a language barrier but they understood what I was saying! I would recommend this company if you need a good used tire.

Always have great customer service. It'll be a little wait if you're not getting your tires done but other than that this place is greatEdit: I lied. They messed my sunroof UP! Do you hear me? I paid $75 for a replacement rubber on my sunroof and i had them install it. He put holes all in it and my sunroof was leaking BAD! Then the tires they gave me blew not even a month later... WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

Normally they are pretty good and fair with their prices. They did put to much air in my front driver's side tire. They have to remember to check all vehicles psi(air in the tire). Each vehicle is different and no one wants their tpms sensors (tire light) constantly coming on.Still, overall they do a swell job yo.

Trash service, guy charged me 30$ for a used tire that had a puncture in it, then he plugged it without even telling me it had a puncture in it, then only gave me 25$ back when I told him I didn t want it because he already put it on and would have to take it back off he tried to keep 15$ at first but eventually only kept 5$PS: They have a sign that says 1 day warranty on tires! 1 day!! Shows how confident they are in their tires

Quick and friendly service, but I had requested two tires the day before and they said it would be in, but they only had one tire in. So now I have to return on Christmas Eve to get the other one done. Oof!Edit:Went there on Christmas Eve twice and they didn't have the second tire. Wanted me to come back on Christmas Day... Ugh.

They tell you one price and then charge you another. I went there a day before to get a price on putting tires on my 7�14 foot trailer they told me 40 for all tires which I already had. I just needed them put on. But when I got there the next day they tried to charge me an extra 5 bucks per tire. Talking about only cars get the 10 dollar deal. Now tell me what extra work went into putting on the tires which would cause them to charge me extra...ABSOLUTELY NONE!!!!! THEY TRY TO GET OVER!!!!!!!

Fairly consistent in terms of wait time to completion of work. Not the most expensive shop in town, but in many cases, below the average of what other shops would charge for the same brand and type of tire and relative service.

They stayed open just for us and gave us a very cheap price for good labor. They are truly blessings. I would definitely recommend coming here. They will fix whatever problem you re having for a good price.

My stepson recommended this place because I had a tire that kept going flat every couple of days. They quickly assessed my tire, found the nail, plugged it and had me on my way.

These cats are super helpful, at first went to one of the major retail stores in my area on Saturday to buy a new tire. Needless to say thay don't carry on hand. The girl around the couter said she ordered it and the truck should arrive around 12ish. Called the next afternoon around 1. Someone else answered. Explained my issue and her response was. Oh 8m sry sir Wal Mart don't make deliverys on Sunday. Needed a tire ASAP! STARED makeing call to tire shops and no one was open. Last number on my list was Jordan tire. I called. The guy said he just got there told him my tire size . He said call me back in an hour and I can tell you eather way. When I called back he told me he had two and he would work with me if I took them both. So in all friendly crew of dudes, helpful and quick. I was in and out in under 20min.

I noticed that the shop her has alot of upscale tools also their methods are very different and techs there are polite and smart...and these ppl are not greedy..

Got rear tires before the snow... worked great ...hit a pot hole . Thought I needed a alignment . good tires on front smoothed the wooble .

The experience here was ok wen I first came the young man acknowledged me as soon as I got here but it fell terrible when I sat here with my baby for almost over an hour with my car in the air An still no tire put on my car this is one place I will never come back to
