Jim Keras Subaru is the best dealership that I have bought a car from on a long time. Thank you to the sales man Justin for helping me with the easiest buying experience ever. The Management Staff was amazing. There was no back and forth with prices or interest rates. If you want a fair deal, they are the ones to make it happen.

I love my new 2024 Subaru Forester sport, in Sapphire Blue Pearl.Christina Campbell was very helpful in getting me everything I wanted as far as options color equipment everything. It's rare to say but, I am happy with the price we negotiated.I would definitely recommend Jim Keras Subaru of Memphis, Tennessee to family and friends looking for a new or used vehicle.

Very good selection of vehicle to choose from and reasonably price. The sales team was very helpful and polite. Our salesperson (Caden H) was very knowledgeable of all the vehicle we look at. Felt no pressure from the sale team to make a quick decision. we really do like our new Forester sport.

A few weeks ago, my Infiniti was stolen from my home and I had touch decision to make. I used the car comparison feature on the website to select a vehicle with similar features that my Infiniti had. Once I found a car that would suit my needs, I reached out to the Internet Sales team. That was the best decision I could have ever made!I was in the midst of preparing for business travel and Guy Mauro was able to assist me with test driving a similar car to the one I liked that was still on the assembly line. I was not prepared for all the amazing safety features that come with owing a Subaru! The next day, I flew to my business trip which was in a time zone 2-hours away!Over the next 4 days, Guy gave me such great virtual customer service it was as if I was still at home. The moment I came home there was a seamless process to complete my paperwork and get me into my new car.Working with someone like Guy took away the stress and anxiety of having my car stolen. I was an Infiniti owner for 14 years but now I will only invest in a Subaru!

From the first time my wife contacted the internet sales team at Jim Keras Subaru Hacks Cross until we completed the purchase about a week later. We dealt with Boyd Haun on the telephone where we put a deposit on the vehicle we wanted held until we could travel to the dealership two days later. Boyd was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us into buying a car that we didn t want. On arrival at the dealership, we were greeted promptly and escorted to the internet sales office where we first met Guy Mauro, our sales consultant that completed the transaction. Guy was very professional and took adequate time in explaining the beautiful new Subaru Outback Limited that we purchased. Guy made us feel welcome and at home while we were at the dealership. It was obvious that he enjoyed his job at Jim Keras Subaru Hacks Cross. The finance and paperwork part of the purchase was completed by Bryan Craddock. His knowledge and expertise in finance made that part of the purchase a breeze. All-in-all, an OUTSTANDING New Vehicle Buying Experience!

Thank you Boyd Haun for making the purchase of our new Subaru Outback Wilderness a very pleasant experience. Jim Keras at Hacks Cross in Memphis has the best overall salesmen. From the first phone call, to driving off the lot in our new vehicle, we felt like valued customers every step of the way. Boyd took care of everything and our new Subaru was ready and waiting for us when we got there, all we had to do was sign final paperwork. This is our second vehicle from them and is one of the many reasons we chose to drive almost 3 hours to purchase another one. While the jury is still out on my decision, I will say that EVERYONE that I met at Jim Keras Subaru was respectful, helpful, and just downright Awesome! From the moment a walked in, to the day I bought the car, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I literally couldn't be happier about our experience with Luke at Jim Keras Subaru...Haven't bought a car in 10+ yrs, so honestly I walked in pretty guarded about the whole dealership buying process. Was expecting just to test drive a few for my own research while doing my best to navigate awkward conversations with an over-eager car salesman.Instead we were super surprised by a genuinely delightful experience.Maybe we just got lucky by meeting Luke Gatling right when we walked in, but from start to finish we felt thoughtfully engaged vs. feeling "sold to". We got to deal with an actual human being vs. the caricature "care salesman." The guy listened to us, rather than just talking to us and aiming for the sale.Seriously, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my friends & family to him personally.So bottom line, I've heard great things about Subarus over the years, and yes, we're super happy with our Outback so far. And super duper grateful to Luke and Jim Keras for the awesome experience.

We just bought a Subaru Outback at this location. We love our vehicle, and were happy with the staff. I would particularly like to mention our sales person Justin Bonetti. He spent hours with us showing the many features of the Outback and patiently answering our endless questions. He was willing to spend even more time with us, but we told him we can only remember so much in one day. Ask for Justin!

Justin did an exceptional job helping me purchase my new vehicle. I never felt pressured by anyone on the Hacks Cross team, which can be hard to come by when going around dealers looking for a vehicle. I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing a vehicle.In my many years of purchasing a vehicle, I have had to stay focused or defensive as to not get talked into a vehicle I did not want because the sales person needed to make a sale. Nick Chamoun was a wonderful person interested in what I wanted and making my experience enjoyable and exciting!When I drove away not only did I have the exact Subaru I wanted, I also had a new friend.Thank you Nick Chamoun for being the most amazing person to help me purchase my New Subaru!!

I have been searching for my dream car for a year now. I have burned by multiple car dealerships over the past few months either not responding, raising the price, or selling the car right out from under me. The service I received at Jim Keras Subaru Hacks Cross was the exact opposite. Boyd Haun was my salesman who made the whole experience even better. He was very responsive to all my questions and messages and made the whole anxious process a piece of cake! I was in and out in under 3 hours! My only complaint is that he didn t have his dog there in his office that day. Between him, Josh Grimes, and the rest of his team that I worked with, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car! Thank you all again!

It was a great experience and both Guy and Boyd were fantastic. Guy definitely sold me on the car, and helped greatly to explain everything about the vehicle. Note there s a $3,500 limit on cards if you plan to make your down payment from your checking account. Bring a check!

This was the best car buying experience we have had. Guy Mauro was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and I would I highly recommend seeing him if you are looking for a car. Financing was easy with Josh. There was never the pressure or feeling of being pushed into making a choice. Definitely recommend trying this dealership.

This was a painless process. Luke Gatling was gracious and accommodating as we asked questions to evaluate different models and trim levels. He was always accommodating and we never felt pressured and he knows the Subaru product line forwards and backwards. We decided on an Outback Touring XT and so far we love it!Josh Grimes made the process of the final purchase paperwork as painless and streamlined to the extent it could be.Highly recommend Jim Keras Subaru-Hacks Cross. Would/Will purchase from them again!
