I went to the shop to have my car assessed for a new back spoiler that popped off when I hit my garage door a month ago . Service tech said they would order it and call me when it came in. 2 weeks later I called to follow up, left a voicemail with the service tech and never heard back. I called today and the part had never even been ordered. Now I have to go back in to get the car reassessed so the part can actually get ordered. Completely unacceptable.

It was my first time getting my Subaru serviced. Everyone is so friendly and the waiting area is amazing. They sent a live video of the inspection. Very good experience.

They are a little expensive but that s typical of a dealership. I bought my last set of tires from them so tire rotation is free when I get my oil changed. Scheduling online is easy.

the professionalism begins with the woman making the service appointment! then as i met matthew during the diagnostics of my car's problems professionalism continued. thank you for such openness. i really appreciated jane's patience in explaining the new technology of the beautiful loaner car, too!

Amazing customer service and attention to detail. Jared was extremely helpful and easily answered all of my questions and even went into further detail about reasons why certain maintenance services and parts do for your Subaru s performance. Highly recommend a visit! They re great at what they do and move pretty quickly. Great experience.

Matt and the service dept. was great! Got my first service this morning (oil change, tire rotation and car wash!)Kevion sent me a detailed video of the inspection which I've never seen before.Was out in less than 45 minutes. Maintenance is all liars*EDIT: Jim keras never contacted me like they claimed in the response here. I found out at another dealership that one thing they charged me for was part of a recall and it was supposed to be free. They owe me $300 at this point. May report them to BBB.*They honor my warranty but they lie about a lot. Takes several visits to get them to fix things and they try to force you to pay despite having a warranty.Told me several expensive things were part of the recommended maintenance plan and they weren't from Subaru. Apparently they have their own recommended plan as a dealership AKA they make things up that you don't need.They lied to me about what part was broken, replaced the wrong part, then lied about frayed wires showing me a photo that didn't even have wires in it.I finally fixed my issue myself at home. They wouldn't give me a refund for the replacement they did for no reason. Also they broke something when troubleshooting making me take the car back yet again.

Former Kia service adviser here. My wife gets her Subaru serviced here and I am blown away every time at the professionalism and quality of service she has receives here. Honestly this service department should be a model for the industry.

I asked them to take care of noise that I hear from break. They said they cannot hear anything and returned car without fixing it. I heard the same noise again and sent my car back to them. This time they heard the noise but returned the car without fixing it again. I called them again, someone named Dama told me that there was no problem with the brake, but she could not answer why the brake makes noise. She told me to make another appointment if I want a technician to examine it again, which will be a week later. In sum, my car will be brought to this place the third time for the same problem, and I am not sure whether it will be fixed this time after all these time. I will update the results.
