Just some of the nicest service people, especially Thomas. Work done professionally and timely. Really nice waiting area, complete with coffee and a nice selection of hot tea! I am a long- time customer and wouldn't take my Nissan anywhere else.

i ve been here twice with an oil change appointment. first time the power went out and no one called to cancel my appointment beforehand. okay, accidents happen. i come by today for a makeup appointment and the service tech first acted as if i couldn t leave the dealership since they close in an hour and a half. not a problem. he then tells me they won t work on my car since i have a branded title (which i wasn t aware or until now). i ve been to a nissan dealership in nashville and have had service done multiple times without issue. i ll just go to the wolf chase nissan from now on.

I had a wonderful experience here. The service staff were friendly, extremely proficient in finding and resolving my issue, and very quick in doing so. Compared to another Nissan dealer service here in town, the folks at Jim Keras are the best!

I had an issue with a dash light with said to service the vehicle soon..I paid almost $800 for the repair...the same day i picked it up the light came back on...
