The service I experienced was top level. The fellas were kind, knowledgeable, straight to the point and easy to work with. I love getting in and out but not rushed work. Keep up the good work. This is my new car care place.

I was driving home from spring break and my oil plug decided to give up. I was beside myself trying to get home to Missouri and keep oil in my car. On the off chance Jiffy Lube might have a fix I called from the highway. Eugene told me to come on in and he would fix me up. I got there and after about 20 minutes of working out the problem he had me on the road and headed home! Everyone was polite and kind! I cannot thank them enough. It truly was a life saver.

Serviceman was very polite. I came at 5:45 and I received a thorough check of everything. Fluids ckd and tapped after my approval. My lil grandson needed to use the restroom. He was assisted and not rushed. An overall great experience!

Shelby Drive location around 10 this morning!! I wasn't able to reach you, but your short male employee, with braids was trying to get my 14 year old daughters phone number, even after she stated her age. Maybe that's why you kept calling me to come to your computer. She was very uncomfortable and I'll be there bright and early in the morning to handle this situation because he's a full grown man. Oh and my oil light came on after you changed my oil. It was never on before.

They were very thorough when dealing with our car. They looked at things that you wouldn t think need to be changed and were able to tell every little detail about the car. Highly recommend!

Every time I come to this location the staff takes great care of my vehicle. They check my lights, filters and change my oil quickly. My car feels brand new now! Awesome customer service.
