After a hard day at work, I reluctantly stopped by jiffy lube to get the oil changed in my daughter s car. My day was brighten by the great customer service that met me at my window. John greeted me with a smile. He was very friendly and patient with me while I decided what type of oil I wanted. John made me laugh. Then I looked up and met another smiling face Charity. John and Charity s teamwork was amazing. This was my first visit here at this location but it will not be my last. I m just hoping John and Charity are at work! Thank you both for making this a positive experience on such a trying day!

I always get my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube! Customer service is great and professional. The oil change process is fast and always reliable!I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of an oil change.

The whole experience was amazing! I had to get a quick oil change because I knew the dealerships would be packed. Jiffy Lube on Graham hooked me up and the people were so kind. It took about 15-20 minutes for me to get an oil change on my car.Definitely coming back for a second visit!Services: Tires, Oil change

The manager was the old school friendly like back in the day when service was very personal and fun to talk to about your vehicle I highly recommend his store he is a great asset to jiffy lube..

Whoever changed my oil did a great job. The filter was dated and initialed. It was hand tightened. I did not need a breaker bar to remove my oil drain plug. I don t usually let others change my oil but wouldn t hesitate to have these guys do it again.

Super fast service and friendly employees. And they did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Got a full oil change and my tires rotated, all in less than 30 minutes. Thanks!!!

I give them zero stars...I pulled up right after a gentleman which he was first so they helped him...but a Caucasian lady pulled up after me and they helped her like I wasn't there...I am a black woman in 2023 and this still happens...SADDDDD!!!!

Everything was great. There wasn't a long line, so they were able to start as soon as a pulled up. They changed the oil and topped off everything. Also, they made sure to tell me about all the services they offer. Just ask for Chris, he's alright.
