Very courteous and friendly group of guys. Asked detailed questions about the vehicle. Helped me choose the best oil needed for my vehicle and pocket. I definitely recommend them. I know now that I am highway ready! Great job Mr. Kondrell and crew!!!!

Went In for an oil change & apparently they didn't put the oil pan back properly & didn't screw things back properly causing oil to leak into my engine. I'm beyond pissed off I'll never take my car to this place ever again.

The guys where professional and nice. I been coming to Jiffy Lube everything since I moved from Mississippi. I have recommended them to many people. I like this location on Winchester and the one on Barlett Blvd in Memphis, TN. 10 STARS I got some Windshield wipers today but have got other things done also. Greatly Appreciated.

Staff are incredibly efficient and very pro at getting you in and out on a Sunday afternoon with minimal hassle. I also had a check engine light which they pulled the code on for no upcharge. Total time in the shop was less than 15 minutes.
