They were extremely nice . Ask for Jason when you go ! he got me taken care of. Amazing customer service! He is was quick I was able to get my oil changed on my break and go get food after. Quick Nice and Affordable! I will be coming back !

Charity Cooper @ the Austin peay location was super awesome. She is very knowledgeable of how to get it done, quickly, professionally and precise. She answered all of my questions and deserves employee of the year award (if such exists). Thank you for your great services you provided and I ll definitely return for all future oil changes.

The Jiffy Lube on Austin Pey in Memphis Tennessee was an awesome experience. I was in a rush to leave town and drove to their location and they had two cars in front of me. I kid you not, in twenty minutes they were finished with my car and I was on my way!! Way to go good people.

I was not given correct or accurate info. I purposely went to purchase my own oil so that I could stay within my budget. I forgot to purchase an air filter & asked how much it would be there versus AutoZone & was told $10. I m expecting my total to go from $60ish to $70ish. Then I was told another filter that I didn t know anything about was bad & needed to be replaced. She did not give me any additional price. Then when I get my bill it s $159! When I asked she said it was the 2 filters. No other explanation. Didn t tell me it was for labor or anything. Just took my total from $60 to $159 & then walked off. That really messed up my finances & that s not fair. So unprofessional. If she wasn t arguing with whomever on the phone maybe she would ve remembered that I was worried about keeping the cost low. Or at the fl wry least could ve offered to take the filters off & put the bad ones back on. Anything to save the money that was meant for my light bill.

The guys were professional and well mannered. They were everywhere checking and cleaning things. Explained in detail what they were doing and what I needed. My car drove better after I left. Yes I will be back.

The service here was great I was literally done getting my oil changed in 15 minutes. They topped off all my fluids and the customer service from all workers was awesome. I will be back

As always the guys at the Austin Peay location are the best. Jason,Devin,Dan and Terry keep up the great work.where else can you go and get your fluids checked and filled including your tires. Great customer service always.

The servicemen were very professional. One quickly greeted me with a smile as I drove up. The gentlemen did not let the extreme scorching heat slow them down. The different prices were discussed with me. There were no surprises at the end. My oil was changed quickly. I was given tips and advice on how to keep my car running smoothly. I was reminded of the warranty that exists. This location is highly recommended!!!Service: Oil change

We as a company has been coming to this location on Austin Peay for about 5 years and it was always a problem, one way or another. So much that we started taking our fleet trucks 20 miles away just to get an oil change, mind you we are less than 5 minutes from the Austin Peay location. This morning I had a great experience at this location and will be back. Thank guys for making a good day become a great day with your professional service!

Extremely slow service. Was the only customer and the guys just kept chatting away while doing my oil change. The result was a supposed 10 min jiffy oil change that ended up taking 40 mins.

I pulled up & was greeted right away by the GM (Terry). Ashton handled my service he was fast, efficient & he had a good sense of humor as well. I had been using Valvoline and never got this level of service.
