Customer service is always a concern anywhere, but from setting up the appointment to getting checked in and getting quality service everyone was great and professional. I really gave them 5 stars mostly because they had soft waiting area seating. And I just love the southern drawls were lovely. Amber should do broadway, she was very entertaining for me

They were fantastic working with me. They had to have my window shipped. It came in a day earlier. They squeezed me in on a Friday and got me in & out in about 3 hours. Amber was amazing. I was confused on how some things worked with me filing a claim through insurance. I had to pay a $50 deductible. The other lady told me I was good to go so I thought I was paying that to my insurance company. Amber called me that end of day and we were able to fix it. I paid over the phone. She was very patient & understanding with me. Thank you Amber.

Had an excellent experience replacing a window here. I had to wait only a day for delivery, but they let me bring it in while I waited and wrapped the window for me as it was set to rain that evening. Carla at the front desk was very helpful!

This is for the Mt. Moriah location. I made the appointment over the phone and followed up a day before to be sure the glass was in stock. Showed up to the appointment and the office staff and the tech (Mick L. ) were all phenomenal in getting it done fast and right and handling the insurance payment. Cannot recommend this location highly enough!

Omg! Fast and friendly service from the time arrived until I left.! Service was quick but thorough and I was treated like family the whole time.! Very affordable and great overall.! I definitely recommend.!!!! Awesome sauce.!

Excellent service from the first phone conversation with Carla, till the end with the Assistant Manager s great customer service, and Joey did great on my end windshield. I would recommend this company for your glass repair needs!

Could not get an appointment, but Amber was PHENOMENAL. She checked the system and really worked to find a solution to get a busted window replaced. She found a site that was able to assist same day. Fantastic job - I will continue to take my business here.

First note - much better to get your windshield repaired at the Dealer if you need calibration. Jack Morris (Mt Moriah) put aftermarket replacement on my truck and they couldn't calibrate the camera, so they sent me to the dealer. The dealer sent me back to Jack Morris to get OEM windshield because they can't calibrate properly on a lower-end aftermarket windshield. When Jack Morris reinstalled, they did a sloppy job, left a mess of grease inside/outside my car, stained my ceiling fabric, the car whistles loudly if I drive over 25 MPH. Just a sloppy job for what should be their core expertise. It's now a warranty issue but in total, I've dropped my car off 4 times already and have to go back for a re-install. Not enough time in the day to make this mistake again.Update - I went to the Union Ave location for the warranty repair and that went exceedingly well, especially compared to the Mt Moriah location.Service: Auto windshield repair

I could not recommend them enough! I have gotten my car broken into multiple times this year and every time they have taken my car in same day and fixed it for me. They are so helpful and kind every time. Safelite has always told me it would be a two week wait, so I definitely recommend Jack Morris especially if you need something quick!Service: Auto side window replacement

Don t use this place! The company was sold last June. They are operating under the name Jack Morris for one year. It s not the same service I used to receive. I took my car in for a quick repair, and when I came back out to get in, my car had been wrecked on the driver s side. There is a dent now and the plastic piece above the tire well was popped out of place. I popped the plastic piece back into place. They obviously wrecked my car pulling in or backing out of the shop. I am currently waiting for the manager at the Union store to return my phone call. I will update later.Service: Auto windshield repair

Showed up for my appointment, and I sat there for one and a half hours before Amber told me they didn't have the glass to repair my vehicle. Price was also almost $100 more than the other repair company I found after I left.

Window was busted out on a Monday. Called them Monday evening to schedule an appointment to get it replaced. They were able to get me in that Wednesday at 1. Service took a hour.

They are very nice and professional and got my car services at the last minute and did a great job! They're prices are a bit high though, but I would refer them to others and would use them again because of my over all experience. Great job!

Brought my 2012 911 Carrera in with an appointment to fix a window chip about the size of a quarter. They were very friendly and took the car back less than 10 min after arriving. The fixed chip is nearly invisible, great job. They also offered a discount for paying cash instead of using insurance. Definitely have my business in the future.

Expert windshield replacement for my 2002 Camry; I was genuinely impressed with the clearly master level skill of the installer and the overall level of service from everyone.Since it's an older vehicle, I was concerned about whether they'd have parts in stock or be able to order it. I called ahead; got an appointment for 2 days later, and they had the exact right materials.They even saved my toll pass and reapplied it to the new windshield.

I have used them twice for chip repair. The people working behind the counter are always helpful, and I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of work. Maybe I have been fortunate with the timing, but both times I have been there they had me in and out in about 35 minutes. I will go to them first anytime before I consider the national companies.
