I just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life here. I bought a car from my aunt who replaced the windshield for me with Jack Morris, and it leaks like a sieve (like filled my floorboard with rain water kind of leak). Windshield is only two weeks old! Front desk lady tells me that since my aunt sold me the car, it voids the warranty. The she tells me that it would need a 90 min air/water test, and then I'd have to return to have it fixed for another 2 hour wait. Still unclear why I had to make an appt as it seems to have gained me nothing. Of course, none of this was mentioned over the phone, and I'm sitting there with my young kids dumbfounded. When pressed why this wasn't mentioned, she said it was and pretty much called me a liar for suggesting it wasn't (it was not mentioned). This is the kind of stuff that closes businesses, and the owner needs to get a handle on it before it's too late. I'd avoid this place at all costs. Update: my aunt called for a week to get this resolved, but no answer. I ended up having to get the windshield replaced. Highly recommend Matt's Glass as he did quick/good work and cost almost $100 less. Plus, his air/water test took 5 mins and found the leak right above the rearview mirror. Root cause was poor job laying down the glue and not fully pressing the window down to create the seal. Choose wisely!

Had 8 O'clock appointment and the girl at front desk was over the top nice. I had no concerns after be greeted so nicely. They changed my windshield and was back on the road. I really appreciate the quickness and the nice ladies in the office.

I found a rock peck on my windshield this morning and since it was Good Friday I was fearful that I would be able to find a place to make the repair. I call two different places but I had a nice lady answer the phone. She scheduled a time for me at the Raleigh Lagrange location. Whe I arrived, the manager there was very nice and they took in my car and it was ready in no time! I can highly recommend thus place!What I have learned, even when you might think that it can't be done, there are still some wonderful people out there in the world, that will help you!

Had a complaint about repairs done for rock chipping on son's car. Expressed that no work looked like it had been done. Receptionist comes out and tells me all chips looked like they had work and been done. Asked to speak to the technician and they tell me they only did 2 chips. Wanted to try to make things right but Receptionist wanted to charge son again. Instructed them to leave. Not pleased at all

I called jack morris due to insurance suggestion. I spoke w call center. They used my vin number to order correct glass etc. they scheduled me for 11/17/23 and said the shop would call me w specific time. I did not receive a call. So I called them. I knew it would have to be brought in because the call center said they would have to calibrate it w camera or defrost something special with the glass.. so I took off half of my work day. I was told to expect 4hr wait time. The office on Raleigh Lagrange rd told me to be there at 8am. I arrived and checked in. I waited 2 hrs before they took my car back. To be told they do not have the glass. They told me the call center ordered everything correctly. But the glass was at another location. They could not schedule me there for another 2 weeks. And I could use the other location next week. I CANNOT MISS WORK! I ve already taken a half of a day today for nothing. So I will never use Jack Morris again, and I will tell everyone else not to use Jack Morris. There is no reason if I scheduled the appointment in advance for them not to have my windshield at that location, especially when I also called on Wednesday to confirm it and waited 2 hrs before they told me this. I live/work over an hour away. What a good demonstration of how no one values anyone s time or business. Poor customer service in not making this right.

Top notch! Had a last minute chip repair. Safelight had no appointments, but Jack Morris did! I arrived early, and I was still in and done before my appointment time. This is the 3rd repair I have had on my cars. Previously they came to our home and replaced the windshield in my 22 F150 (Memphis roads). They were in and out in less than an hour with OEM Ford glass. Safelight told me it would be 2 weeks....I will always use Jack Morris Auto Glass as long as they are in business. I can not tell you how polite, and just downright friendly this company is. They treat everyone like family.

The lady at the front desk was obviously having a bad day. She seemed very short with me and couldn t understand why I didn t have an appointment time, when the Jack Morris rep on the phone the day before told me to just make sure you re there early in the morning. They open at 8am .

Last Monday I had a small rock hit my car and it left a tiny crack on my windshield. I called and set an appointment with Mrs. Jessica. She was very knowledgeable, warm hearted, and super easy to talk with about my concern regarding the rock chip on my windshield. I was able to get an appointment the next day; and the gentleman that serviced my car fixed it in about about 20 minutes! My car looks perfect again. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I had 2 door glass windows replaced that were broken by some Memphis thugs. They put 2 glasses in a Ford F450 in 44 minutes!! Super quick!

They were fast, professional, and affordable. I had them replace the driver window in a 22 challenger. They actually had the window in the shop and hr after I called and I was able to have it replaced immediately considering everyone else was giving me a 3-5 business day wait.

My car was stolen and Jack Morris had to pull the glass for the police dept. They cracked it during the process. When I called, they scheduled a day to inspect it and possibly fix the issue. The day before I had to push the appointment back as there was other work still being done. The person I talked to couldn't find any notes from the first call and said that they couldn't/wouldn't do anything about the windshield they damaged. It could be their policy but I could have been told that a week prior when the appointment was set. It sounded like they couldn't guarantee their work but they could sell windshields based on the attitude. They used to be a good local company to work with but they seem to be big enough to not care anymore.

Jack Morris was the silver lining to having my car broken into through the passenger window. I called them the morning after it happened, and they got me an appointment THE SAME DAY. The man on the phone was very nice, gave me a quote, confirmed he had the glass I needed, and made my appointment for that afternoon. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk was so kind, and gave me an estimate of 1.5-2hrs for the repair. It only took them an hour! And they vacuumed up all the broken glass for me so I wouldn't have to deal with it which was so appreciated. The price I paid was less than what I was quoted at Safelite, and I'm thrilled to support a local business.Service: Auto side window replacement

Rubber molding around the corners of the front windshield on my Ford F250 started to come loose, so took it back to Jack Morris where I had my windshield originally replaced, for evaluation. Kathea McIntosh, Assistant Manager brought out a technician to look at my problem. Without hesitation, she told me they would take care of me and fix the problem as soon as possible. Within a couple of hours, she called to let me the truck was ready, and at no charge. The first visit the window regulator was the wrong part and the window tint was scratched. The second visit was at 10 am and waited till after 11:15 am before the technician began the repair. The reason why I gave four stars because the Manager arranged the replacement tint with Howard's Tinting.

I literally just left here and knew I should review quickly so I wouldn't forget. I was quoted and charged the price I expected, the service was fast (30 minutes to fix a totally busted rear driver's side window), and they vacuumed up the glass left in my car! Thanks to the nice front desk ladies and the technician for doing a great job!

I got a pretty small star chip (smaller than a dime) in front windshield and called in the morning and polite receptionist said they were available to fix it now and to come on in. Quoted me only $40 + tax. Price paid was as quoted. Priced same repair online with nearby Safelite Auto Glass and their quote was $104.00. She said time to repair should take only 30-40 minutes and it only took 30 minutes and I was out the door. So glad they could fix it before it spread to the point of a full windshield repair. And very happy they fixed it at a price under $50. Quiet, clean, and cool waiting room. Very happy they were located only 3 minutes from my home, so very convenient. Thought I'd have to drive 30 minutes away. I highly recommend Jack Morris Auto Glass!

I used them for two vehicles. The receptionist was courteous and helpful. The prices were great...actually better than some of the other larger services I checked out. They got me in right away (I mean within 15 minutes of me calling) and my car was ready in less than 2 hours. Great choice!

I called after having my windshield hit with a rock and was told i could come right in. I didn't have to wait they got right on it. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The waiting room was clean and cozy. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and my windshield is as good as new!

Very busy, but ABSOLUTELY attentive Team and Front office staff Lady Team of Kathea and Shondra! After Easter (still COVID times) my windshield had a crack that kept spreading and needed replaced. When I called I spoke with Shondra and I could tell it was busy in the background, but as promised she called me back within the same day. She was quick to take my information on the first phone call and ensure we god an OEM replacement windshield and explain the entire process with order and replacement. Within less than a week she had it ordered, delivered and replaced by her team at this location.The waiting room honestly looks like a very nice living room and enclosed from the front by a big window, where Kathea and Shondra are always busy receiving customers as well as the phone being busy. But, they don't ignore you ever, they juggle and care about their customers! They said it would take 2-3 hours on the phone and on the day I came for my appointment, and it was over 2 hours. It's been a few weeks and no issues whatsoever with my windshield. Was recommended to this place, so maybe they were just having an off day. The ladies behind the counter real nice. Wait time was an hour longer than quoted. Price was quoted without tax. So a little surprised when I got the bill.lastly, there was dust and grit left all over my dash from the windshield replacement.

After my driver's side front door glass unexplainedly shattered while parked, I contacted another nationally known repairer and was told the earliest I could get a repair was 5 days later. I called Jack Morris and was given an appointment for 2 hours after my call. They also more forthcoming on the total price which was less than my $250 deductible. I highly recommend them.

Scheduled an appointment for windshield replacement. Was informed on arrival that they didn't have the windshield. Rescheduled with a mobile appointment because I wasn't about to drive out there again. 30 minutes after the tech was supposed to arrive, he called and canceled the second appointment.
