Extremely professional employees in garage and in the office. Every person involved made the process very easy and even enjoyable. They were able to offer me an oem option for little larger fee, which is worth it. The employee showed me the box directly from Nissan. I will for sure be coming back to Jack Morris Winchester if my glass brakes again. Great people. Great service.

Quick and Efficient, the physical location gave me pause, but the staff was great including the knowledge the Administration and Installation staff had. I had used all types of sealants and glues on my windshield over the years making their job a little tough but they completed everything way beyond my expectations. We parted with a handshake and a smile.... And my $200 insurance deductible.

I could not be any more pleased and complementary for all the staff at Jack Morris auto glass on Winchester! I stopped in today having an issue with the gasket around my windshield. They applied adhesive to temporarily fix the issue, taped the windshield, and then did not charge me anything! They did not try to sell me anything I didn t need, instead they just provided great service! I would highly recommend them for their professionalism!Service: Auto windshield repair

Made a call and they instantly picked up. I called about getting some old cracked or chipped glass that I could use to practice tinting my vehicle and they were more than welcome to help me out with no charge just good people and trust worthy business.

I originally contacted Safelite Auto Glass on 09/28/2020 to file an insurance claim to replace my windshield in my new 2020. I had requested mobile services due to my work schedule and was scheduled for 10/02/2020. I received a call on 09/28/2020 from Safelite Auto Glass stating that mobile services were not available for my car due to the recalibration of the front facing camera and the next available date was 10/10/2020 to bring my car into the shop. I called Jack Morris Auto Glass on 09/28/2020 and spoke with Rachel and explain my problem. She was able to transfer my claim, order my new windshield from the dealer and schedule my appointment all in the same day for 10/02/2020. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm to 5pm and the technician call at 10am and asked if he could come around 11am. 30 minutes later I have a new windshield.... WOW!

The window install was fine. However the installer left glass all in our car. We found close to 25 pieces of glass shards in the seat and floorboard. When I called the office they acted like they would send someone to detail the vehicle. This never happened. I called back to try to speak to a manager and the best they offered was for them to email their boss in Nashville who would reach out to me. This never happened also. I called several times and left messages regarding nothing being done and to this day I still have not heard anything. I paid around $450 for a standard front windshield. It took the installer 15 minutes to install. It seemed great until he left and it was too late. I feel like for as much as I paid the least that could happen would be to ensure glass was not left in my vehicle. But the icing on this cake was definitely the failure to make it right. I do not recommend.

Absolutely great experience with Jack Morris Auto Glass today very courteous service men came to our house, replaced my quarter panel with the Nissan part, swept/vacuumed all of the glass/debris and was through in no time at all highly recommend them

My CX9 was broken into and the front and rear passenger windows needed to be replaced. My front windshield was also cracked and I decided to get it fixed too. The ladies working at the front desk were always friendly and helped get me the correct replacements. They were communicative and when the front window had problems with the heads up-display they fixed it. I definitely recommend the Jack Morris on Winchester and they will be my first choice if I ever need another window. Thanks!

I had a window ordered, replaced within days, and my mobile at home service was fantastic. He was on time, efficient, friendly and courteous service. If I ever need another window replaced I'll be calling Jack Morris Auto Glass again.

My rear passenger door window was busted during a vehicle break-in, in Memphis. I called manufacturer dealerships who told me that the glass is on backorder for ~4 weeks. Concerned, as I need to drive this vehicle with my child in it, I called Jack Morris. Khailee at the front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did they have the glass in stock, she said that if I dropped off my vehicle (2 days after the incident), she would work me into the schedule. And Jack Morris was cheaper that the dealerships and other competitors. I will definitely use them in the future!Service: Auto side window replacement

I ve had work done here twice and both times I have been treated promptly. The staff is very transparent about fees and offers several options, if available.My 2009 Ford Expedition needed a new regulator for the passenger window and I found the price well worth. I dropped off at 7:35, had a quote by 10:30, work was done by 1PM, SAME DAY. They ll be getting more of business should I need it.

Mobile glass repair was quick and tech was great. Customer service quoted me one rate, but tried to charge me another rate. I had to call and get it fixed. She had to listen to the recording to prove that I was not lying. Not a happy camper.

I visited the Jack Morris Auto Glass Center on Winchester in Memphis, and I can not say enough about this company. Having transferred my information from another store, I came into the store and was immediately greeted in way that I did not expect. The courteous and friendly manner that I was given went far and beyond my expectation. The person that helped me (Carmen) even offered me a cup of coffee when it was 20 degrees today. Fortunately for me, a glass tech took my car into a bay and was finished with my car within 35 - 40 minutes. My out-of-pocket expense was extremely reasonable and a lot cheaper than I anticipated. She also gave me a quote to fix another windshield for my daughter and the cost was much cheaper than I anticipated.If you are reading this review, if you ever need to get your auto glass repaired, Jack Morris is definitely where you need to take your car/truck. And, based on some advise given to me, never, NEVER take your car to an auto repair shop. They will outrageously over charge you for the glass itself and will probably treat you like any other customer.I will most definitely take my car to Jack Morris next time.

We had a windshield replaced by Jack Morris in 2016. They were easy to work with and the process was simple. Fast forward to 2020, we discovered a slow leak in the seal. They came out and repaired it within 2 days, no questions asked. Love that they stand behind their work and will for the life of the time I own the car. I went to Jack Morris for a window peck which had spider legs coming from it. This was on a Wednesday. I wasn't comfortable with the results from the glue and pressure they applied to it. I was told they could order me another windshield and I had a choice of bringing it back to the shop or having it installed at my house. I chose my house. The agent was on time and efficient in doing the job. I'm a satisfied customer.

Incredible service! I had a small knick in my windshield and they fixed it within 15 minutes! Not only am I amazed with their customer service but their work is impeccable!! You can t even tell my windshield was ever damaged.

So man I wish I remember the name of the woman who helped me. She's a lifesaver. I went to Safelight across the street and they told me it would be $270. I just so happened to see Jack Morris across the street. I stopped by and long story short reduced my costs by $220 by telling me to check my auto policy. Thanks and great work too!
