The staff took care of replacing my windshield same-day drop off. They even helped get the windshield wipers one-track after getting home and noticing days later that they were off after the installation. Office staff very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. And the office English bulldog, Rowdy, steals hearts as he greets folks politely and gets pets. Great experience all-around!

My window is making a scratching and rubbing noise when going up or down. My door handle was accidentally broken when doing the window repair.They took responsibility to replace the door handle.Now when you open the door there's a loud popping sound. Also, the person damaged my wood grain when fixing my car window and acted as if it was broken in a pieces and it was on the floor. When the car was broken into a clip was broken off the wood grain, however it was not broken. Needless, to say i'm disappointed.

I needed 2 windows in my car replaced after a break-in the week of the giant snow storm and although getting the glass in was delayed due to their distributor being closed, they still got me in and fixed as soon as they could! Alexis was so friendly and kind. They even cleaned out the remaining glass in my backseat that I had not had time to deal with yet.

I have used JMAG for windshield replacements in the past and was happy with the service. My last time there was not as good. When I was picking up my car, I was informed that two rubber pieces at the base of the windshield were "dry rotted" and unfit to be reinstalled. They function to keep leaves and other debris from falling down under the hood into the engine compartment. The pieces were returned to me, and I have inspected them. They are not dry rotted, they are flexible, not cracked and completely solid. However they have been damaged by some blade, I assume in the windshield removal process. They have obvious cut marks and slashes in the rubber. My conclusion is that the repairman damaged them accidentally during the removal process. JMAG is now gaslighting me, trying to make me think they are dry rotted when they were actually damaged by their employee. I have complained through their complaint process, and the best they will do is: "If I purchase new ones, they will install them for me". One star.

I made an appointment and came here to have a window put in my truck. After spending a few hours I was told they ordered the wrong piece of glass. Their compensation for this was to give me a $10 discount (3 hours of my time).. Whatever and sure, I said I would return after Christmas to have it done. Now the day after Christmas they no longer will honor the very small compensation offered.. Huge waste of time and not to be taken at their word.

Great service, availability sooner than expected. Rating a 4 only because it can take multiple attempts to get through on the phone and if you submit an online request it takes longer than 48 hours to hear back. They conveniently file insurance claims as well.

I took my car at 8am . I had 8 am appointment, and I didn't get the car until 430pm. Today is raining, and they didn't connect the windshield wipers. So I have no car until Monday when they are opened again!!!

The customer service and the workmanship at this Jack Morris Auto Glass location is superb. The staff worked quickly and efficiently to get me back on the road as soon as they could. Their straight kinda pricey though .... so I had a rattle in my door they said it was the regulator and quoted me about 200 for the part and 200 for labor . I took it to discount auto glass and the told me someone left rivets in the door from when the regulator was taken out so their kinda shady, be careful my friends.and youtube is your friend

I dropped my truck off this morning @ 9:00 and picked it back up at 11:30 After getting back to my office I noticed they didn t bother to clean up the window post on the inside or outside of truck. They didn t bother installing the weather stripping back in correctly it s twisted. I ve used them many times over the years but will definitely not think about doing business with them in the future. If you Listen to their phone message while on hold it states they are not a big enough company to have one unsatisfied customer. I guess that s out the window I suppose.

Today's experience with the Union location was horrible and disappointing! I have used their services several times in the past and for the most part, have been satisfied. However, today's front desk customer service was by far the WORST I've experienced in a very long time. First, my appointment was scheduled on the wrong date (small issue- they were still able to get me in). Secondly, they quoted me one price and at check out, the price almost doubled. Originally, I called in March and received a quote. I called again on May 4th and received the same quote for $250 and scheduled. The final bill was $471.00 and I could not understand why. The lady who I assumed was the manager (she sat at the desk away from the front counter) came over to assist. Because my original quote was not far above my insurance deductible, I decided to pay out of pocket. This lady had the gall and audacity to ask me, in a condescending and snarky manner, why I didn't pay with my deductible anyway (when the bill was only $250). I was LIVID, what business is it of yours how I choose to use my money?? UNACCEPTABLE. OUTRAGEOUS.Perhaps if the same energy was given to making sure the office staff quotes and schedules properly, I would not have to write this review. Furthermore, if you are allergic to cats, chose another location because there is a large cat that sits on the counter and lerks around while the staff eats their lunch at the front counter and greets customers.I noticed in the reviews there was a response to favorable reviews, let's see if I get a response.Jack Morris @ Union - DO BETTER!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

My experience with this company was horrible. They never answer their phones. They gave me the run around for weeks. They quote you one price & triple the price when you arrive. The secretaries don t speak when you walk in. Go some where else & save yourself the time & hassle. Also, prepare to be left on hold for 13 to 17 minuets each time you call & the phone will occasionally disconnect when you re on hold. They rush you off the phone mid conversation & are very unprofessional. Worst time consuming experience ever!

Hands down the best experience I have EVER had as it pertains to window replacements. I filed a claim through my insurance and they use Jack Morris. I called my insurance company at 9:00 am, and Jack Morris was calling me around 9:30 am to arrange a time that works best for me. Bridgette was very prompt and professional and scheduled me an appointment for the same day. She explained everything to me thoroughly and what was all involved, little to say my car was at their shop around 12:00 pm to be serviced. They replaced my windshield and the car was ready around 2:00pm. Do not waste your time going to any other window dealer these are the people you need! Excellent customer service! The young lady at the front desk made a very stressful situation extremely pleasant for me. My windshield was replaced quickly and they kept me informed every step of the way.

I love this company. Professional, efficient, and gosh, they actually seem like they care about their customers. How rare is that?? I've had to use them twice now in difficult circumstances, and they've always made me feel I was in good hands as soon as I walked in the door (esp the lovely Ms Bridget). Can't recommend em highly enough.

Khilee was the most professional, patient and knowledgeable agent ever! She took the time to see if they could get the windshield in sooner than where Nationwide scheduled us. She called back promptly when she found they could get it within two days and explained how to get the claim moved over. She was even able to get us in a day earlier when the windshield came in. This location is very convenient to downtown and midtown businesses. I am super impressed with this young lady and Jack Morris!!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I went to Jack Morris on Mount Mariah. I was greeted with kindness and respect when I walked through the door. The ladies in the office and the glass installers treated me like family. I called two companies before this one. The first was not open, the second was taking appointments and said it would be a week before servicing me. The third company was Jack Morris Auto Glass.The phone associate was friendly and understanding. She was able to order the glass for my windshield replacement/front driver window asap (made the first morning glass delivery)...My car was ready the same day I called to have the repair. I didn't wait all day neither. It felt great to have a timely and professional service.Especially since, many businesses are having to make people make appointments and wait longer due to short staffing per Covid pandemic.As far as the pricing goes, I'm a firm believer in "You Get What You Pay For"... Thank you, (JM)... Keep up the good work and hiring of awesome associates.

I would definitely suggest that you go to Jack Morris Auto Glass. They do excellent work and some of the best hospitality in town. Great drivers and and there always on time. They came to my house today and I wasn't feeling to good. The drivers name was Wade and this guy is good, he's obviously been doing this for a while and he's got it down packed. Assume dude with a great who puts the customer first. He kept asking me, " Is everything okay and if I was satisfied with the service. I would definitely give them 5 stars. Thank you Jack Morris

Took new jeep window frame in to get old windshield glass from previous window frame switched out that was rusted through. Lady in front calls two weeks later and said they broke windshield getting it out of rusted window frame (all they had to do was cut it out) and had to order a new windshield to install. They did not consult with me on the price of the new windshield before taking these steps. Final price they gave me after doing the work Costa the same as a complete new setup so I obviously would not have given me consent to do the work in the first place. Asked them to just keep their windshield and give me back my frame but they decided they will keep it hostage until I pay them the money I never agreed to. There are multiple better shops out there to use, don t settle for this garbage.Service: Auto windshield replacement

It was a great customer experience. My appointment was scheduled swiftly and Michael, the repairman that showed up to my apartment, got everything fixed up within a half hour. He even vaccumed up the shattered glass in my car.

Absolute fantastic had a crack in the windshield dropped my truck off and it was completed within less than 2 hours and they were extremely busy. Miss Carmen was extremely helpful, professional and extremely courteous along with all the other office staff the office was fantastic the waiting room was very nice all around perfect experience and couldn't beat the price!

I just always love the service I get from Karen S. and the Jack Morris team. I have a small business in Mid-town and they have always accommodated me, pick me up, drop me off, and deliver my car to my office. You simply do not find service like that anymore! While I hate the circumstances that bring me in, I always love the result!!! Had me fixed in less than 3 hours!

I have a brand new Audi. Truck sprayed me with pea gravel and cracked my windshield real good. I called Audi and asked who could repair it as I was apprehensive about having it replaced (My previous Audi had its windshield replaced by another company and nothing worked right afterwards).Audi sent me to Jack Morris. Their front desk was competent and friendly. They ordered my windshield and it came in about a week later. They called me when it came in and upon arrival the windshield was replaced within 2 hours. Looked pristine and all the sensors work perfectly. Will use Jack Morris going forwards for all glass repairs and will recommend to anyone that has similar issues.
