Terrible business miss diagnose my car and still didn t fix my problem and that bogus warranty they give you is a joke once they steal your money they will try to avoid you at all cost

Tried to over charge me after I had been a loyal customer..and got mad when I took my business else where bc I couldn t afford the price he tried to charge. Then a month later I brought it back for something different and he act like he didn t wanna work on it. Charged me almost 1,000 I paid it no problem he fixed my car. Then I brought it back a month later and wanted him to see why my battery light wouldn t go off. He changed the cables to battery and was trying get me to buy an alternator from him so he could charge me more I told him I already bought one brand new from parts store I told his to do the cables and see if that fixes the problem and then if that doesn t work he can pick it up in the morning from the parts store.. later that day he told me the car was ready and that I should be ok w/o the alternator I went to pick up the car the battery light was still on and he got mad at me and said I was trying to be cheap and cut corners.Service: Electrical

Didn t want to give them one star but i had no choice. Lady In front office tried to charge me $1180 to put struts that are only 150 or less on my car until I called my guy which he told me to put her on speaker phone. She takes my phone, takes him off speaker I m assuming so I couldn t hear the conversation as if he wasn t going to tell me. Basically she tried to charge me double of what the labor would have been. Ladies if u don t know anything about cars and pricing do not go here because they will try to rip u off. The sad thing is u don t know who trust.Service: Auto detailing

DJ and the guys are awesome!!! Very polite guys!! They will tell you what s wrong with your car in no time. They had my car in and out within a few hours of being there. I will definitely go back for all my vehicle needs.

I can't rate this place,I got charged for something I didn't ask for and got overcharged for it,if you don't get it in writing first price and all then don't go there

No good, bad technicians they will do a quick fix for an arm an leg... Had transmission repair about 2 mo. Ago and they couldn't find the problem yet they still took my money had to fix myself and found cilicone without the gasket on the pan.... DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE...

People are nice but lets be real you care about ur service and it was a nightmare. They charge for every little thing. I been to other places and they make sure all my tires got air when I drive out. This people had me there for an HOUR i get off work @5 and is 5 mns away from my job I had to ask if my car was ready it was 6:10 by the time I got out. HORRIBLE DO NOTTTT WASTE YOUR TIME AND $

Great service from my first call for pricing , checking in with front desk to the mechanic who worked on our car. We re new to E Memphis & was referred to J & K by Acima,, we ll definitely be back!

Came in with a flat tire and they told me and I quote "the rubber is stuck to the rim and the wire is wrapped around the rim" and I ended up out of 200 dollars with a now cracked rim and a flat tire. I asked for a partial refund and was rudly denied. One of the mechanics named "Alex" also lied to me and said he was the owner when I asked to speak with the owner. The owner here is a,character lol in the best way possible he has been helping me out for years with all the cars I have bought and pays a referal fee too even though sometimes it may take longer than expected you still feel good about giving up your money to,the guy cause he does good work thanks jk get it just kidding lol no,seriously family owned and operated great place

This place look close, not sure of they were closed for lunch, or had no power. The gentleman in side did not acknowledge me so I took my business elsewhere. No personal experience with shop

Charges $50 to look at muffler then almost $400 to add piping even when you have your own parts to trap you in to paying something

Bad i went and tried to buy a car from him and car was wrecked Erik told me not to waist his f#$%%ng time and so I left but he didn't know I understand/ comprehend Spanish so I will never send anyone to his shop again

Bad experience went to ask them about my muffler but instead the guy took it upon himself to look under my hood talking about a tuneup he then took 2 of my spark plugs out and switched them with old ones after I had a major tuneup...Never would I recommend anyone or any service
