Integrity Auto, I couldn't think of a better name for this place. Jo and his lovely daughter provided impeccable customer service. I dropped my vehicle off that morning, the same day got a call with a diagnosis and a quote. Straightforward, no haggling, just- here's what's wrong, here's how much it'll be. Got it fixed in 48 hours or less. Easily the least stressful experience I've ever had with my vehicles. Recommend 10x over. Stop looking for a mechanic- go to Integrity.

Had my 2008 Ford Edge and my Chevy s10 worked on. Joe and his team did a great job on my vehicles. Joe let me know everything he found wrong before fixing them and showed me the parts after he replaced them. I highly recommend this shop.

These guys are awesome! It seems redundant to talk about integrity when its right in the name of the business, but it is the foundation of why I always recommend and take my autos to Todd and Joe! I own new, middle aged, and old cars, they can handle it all.

I have had both of my vehicles worked on by Integrity. They always do a great job. Joe and all of the people are super nice people to deal with. I recommend them if you have any problems.

We were recommended Integrity Auto by a friend after receiving a ridiculous quote for some work by the Sunrise dealership. I'm so grateful for this recommendation! The staff at Integrity are very friendly and they give honest estimates and quotes for their work. They got my vehicle running great! We will never use another auto shop again. Thanks, Integrity! This is by far the best shop for any of your automotive needs. The people that work there are detail oriented and strive to please their customers. I was referred to Joe by a friend. He was professional on the phone and delivered what he promised on time and for a reasonable price. We took the car first to a dealership and they quoted us double what it cost us. We will be using them in the future with our other vehicles. These guys are Great!. I went in for a leaking radiator and it was quickly replaced. Found out they're knowledgeable in Jeeps..they did my lift and tires! I'm So pleased with their service. I definitely recommend them!

THIS SHOP IS GREAT! I was referred 2 this shop about 3 years ago, when 4 shops ( including Dodge dealership them self) I drive a Dodge Ram, couldn't figure out what was wrong with my truck. Integrity Auto were able to tell me the problem with in an hour. Explained everything to me, gave me two options on how to fix. There professional, Todd gives a fair price and he's honest. I've been going here ever since.Just took my truck in for a check up. I have NEVER been told by a car shop, nothing need to be done at time. I love these guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

A great shop that truly takes pride in the work they do. With a down home atmosphere customers should always feel comfortable doing business here. They also offer a nationwide Warranty, and only recommend services that a customer truly needs. They only install quality parts and do not take shortcuts. The name of the shop has a true meaning to these fellows. Would definitely recommend!!

I have never written a review for anything before, but I had to take a second and brag on the guys at Integrity Auto. My family and I have been taking our cars there for the last 7-8 years. They always give a fair price and fix it quickly. I have never once felt like they were overcharging me or trying to make up a problem like SO MANY other places do. But here is why I am writing this review...I moved from Memphis to Texas and yesterday, my car broke down. Obviously Integrity can't fix it this time, but I called them anyway thinking we had worked on this problem before. Todd was awesome. Remembered me by name and looked up my repair history. Then he helped me diagnose the problem over the phone. THEN he asked me what the local repair shop was trying to charge so I could be sure it was fair. That just blew me away. Great guys, great service, great prices. Thanks y'all!-Heather Haumesser

I've trusted my '01 Mustang GT to multiple car shops over the years, and most either try to trump up extra work that isn't needed or over-charge for relatively simple work.The guys at Integrity Auto have earned their name in my book though. They have good realistic pricing. They do great work. In the cases where there is something they missed, they'll have your car back in the shop and fix it on their dime.This shop is made up of a handful of guys who decided that they're tired of working for companies who don't appreciate their customers, employees, or sincerity and only serve to increase the bottom line. They banded together, started this shop, and have lived up to the promise of running a shop with integrity. I'll never trust another shop with my car again after seeing the difference in how these guys run theirs!

The word Integrity just isn't strong enough to describe this company, their service or the quality work and subsequent explanation of my Minivan or full size trucks needs. Try them once and you will understand. I won't go anywhere else.

Seriously, this is the only auto repair shop you will ever need, to go anywhere else would be a waste of valuable time and hard worked for dollars. Does great work had to get some head gasket work done His staff knows what they're doing.and tried to keep the price as low as possible.and also got it done with 10 days, my Dodge ram running like new he will be my go to GUY.

If you're not using Integrity Auto then you're doing it all wrong. Seriously. Todd and the guys were absolutely fantastic. We felt more like friends than customers. Can't wait for something else to break!

Called with a question and received an honest answer rather than letting me pay for a diagnostic that wasn't needed. Honesty goes a long way and I will definitely visit these guys for my next repair.
