Highly recommend! BUT have patience being that they re the ONLY Tesla collision repair shop in Memphis,Tn! A deer ran out on me and messed my baby up BADLY! I took my car to ICON and within 2 months my car was back and better! I m a happy customer and having insurance definitely pays off!! Remember i said they re they only Tesla collision repair shop in Memphis so just trust their process! The entire team was professional and kept me up to date on everythingServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so grateful to the staff at Icon EV. It is clear to see why they are the only repair shop that Tesla recommends in the Memphis area. They did a fantastic job on my repair. The car looks as perfect as the day it was manufactured. The process was so effortless. I received communication every step of the way and am completely blown away by the level of care and service from Jonathan, Chris, and the rest of the staff. I would give them a 10 star review if I could!

I have received three excellent service from ICON EV for my model 3 and MYP. Chris and Jonathan have always treated me more than a client. They are diligent and transparent as they always do what s best for the client. I highly recommend every EV owner to go to ICON EV, you won t regret it.

Just received my car back and it looks brand new. ICON is a great experience. They kept us updated throughout the process. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. ICON could not have done a better job for us. Thank you again.

These guys are so awesome! I live in Texas, and I definitely called them every single day lol and both of the receptionist were very patient and understanding with me. When I got my car back It looked brand new! It may take a little while but the wait is worth it because these guys are the best! 10/10! Would recommend!

I have never had an experience with getting my car worked on that was this pleasant! They fixed my car quickly and they did an amazing job. They kept me informed throughout the process and made the experience very personal and showed so much compassion for my difficult circumstances. As a woman I have always felt like I was taken advantage in this industry but NOT AT ICON. They were transparent and respectful. I can tell you with certainty will never use another company for this type of work again! My 2023 Model X Plaid was wrecked and I bought it to ICON EV Collison. Although the process was not the quickest due to the damage, it was faster than the estimated time they gave. They give weekly text updates on the repair progress so I never had to call and ask for an update. Highly recommended for EV owners.

I had a car wreck in my Tesla model X on August 1. In Memphis Tennessee. I took my car to icon to get it fixed. I left my car with them for over a month and nothing was done to it in fact when I picked it up, my right front sensor was missing I was given the runaround. I was told that they were taking my car apart and trying to order the parts, and that my parts were backlogged which I totally do understand since Tesla parts are backlogged. When I got fed up of waiting for over a month with nothing done to the car , I decided to take my car to Nashville Tesla collision . I was told one excuse after another, and I had to keep calling nobody ever called me to keep me notified as to what is going on. They did not even work with my insurance company elephant. I was told that since they had never had a car with elephant insurance in their workshop, they were hesitant to get even started on it. While Tesla Collision CenTRE and Nashville started the work, and my insurance elephant paid them every single penny without any issues, when I picked up my car after I was fed up with the excuses, I realized my right front sensor was missing and Tesla Collision CenTRE confirmed that it was stolen or pulled out. This is just a shame. I would suggest if One had a wreck in Memphis, Tennessee not to take it to icon collision center, and rather make the effort to drive all the way, if possible, or even pay out of pocket for a tow and take it directly to Nashville to the main collision center for Tesla.

I had ICON EV spray a mirror cap for my Model 3 in White Pearl. They paint-matched everything perfectly and the cap swap was fast and painless!

ICON EV did a very good job on my Tesla Model Y. Had a small dent on the car. After repair, it looked as pre-accident condition vehicle. I would recommend them for the EV repair.

Has to be the slowest repair shop I have ever seen. Has taken them two months to get parts in, now they have had my car for three weeks and still not done! My damages were not even severe, just a dented fender, door and front bumper.Terrible that this is the only place you can get a Tesla body repair in Memphis! Tesla needs to add another shop to the list. Lack of competition is allowing this company to provide horrible service!
