I scheduled an oil change appointment for 1pm. I attempted to call dealership to speak to them in advance to make sure that it would be done in time for my flight at 4:30pm. Attempted to call 5 times a few days in advance to one day in advance, and would not pick up phone, was on hold for 20 mins with an abrupt hang up at the end. Took over 3 hours for oil change, even though my appt was at 1. Had to change my flight. It should not take 3 hours for an oil change, especially when it is scheduled. Will never come back here again. Needs a major revamp to service department and needs more employees to manage demand. If I were Hyundai, I would reprimand this dealership for providing such poor quality service.

Had used them previously and it was a standard expected experience. But now they don't answer their phone. You wait and wait, and then it disconnects.

As usual and with every place, slow service. Image is everything, and the salespeople should look clean getting in and out of our vehicles. Hair, clothes etc.

I hate hate hate when it s time to get an oil change for my car because I hate coming here. It s always something. The last visit was it, when after I got an oil change I didn t receive a full point inspection paper stating my brakes were bad. Even those my receipt says they did one. I heard the noise the next morning. I changed my own brakes versus taking it to them. I called to speak with the supervisor the man on the phone took my information and nobody has called and it s been a week. I am literally trying to change my car from a Hyundai to another brand. I hate this place wish i could give it a 0.

My personal experience with this service center was just awful. This place will Never get my business again, nor would I recommend this place to my worst enemy. My vehicle was in this place e for about a month. Each time I would call, like once a week, they would give me a polite run around with no straight answers as to what was going on with my vehicle.After getting it back, my vehicle back, about two weeks later my vehicle quit in the middle of on coming. traffic! This service center sent me back out into a very dangerous and possibly deadly predicament! I was LIVID, all this time and money out into this place to end up with the same exact problem.I am writing this review in hopes that this service center will be and do better in the future! That they may take all problems with all kinds of vehicles seriously! And for the customers that still decides to take chance on them to know what they may be getting into! I will not be surprised if this place ended up on the news or being sued. Again, this my personal experience! This may not be the case for everyone else.

We were on a family trip when our vehicle prompted us for required service maintenance. We are still around more than a thousand miles from home, and our itinerary is pretty packed. We went down here without an appointment, and despite many customers in line, they did not turn us down, and they were so kind to accommodated and helped us.

When I came in I was advised I had one person in front of me. It took my car 2.5 hours just to get a oil change. This is awful. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Will not be coming back to this location. Also my car has been sitting on the outside for 45 min for someone to complete PAPER WORK! Wth!!!! Very unsatisfied!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This is my second time I go there and wait for nothing. There is a recall on my car and I went to get it fixed and I made an appointment specifically for that recall. And after I go for the second time, and wait there; the guy comes back and say that they don't have the piece to fix the issue and to come back on Friday. So far, only bad experiences with them.

They did a awesome job... Oil change and tire rotation all in under hour n 30 minutes again. I'm happy and 21 is too. 21 is my car by the way lol.

Good morning well for one about my experience it wasn't a happy experience I usually make an appointment or sometime come early when they first open but they already had four cars in the stall and two or three people waiting before me but as I was standing there no one asks can I help you or be right with you or nothing it's always been like that every time I come they walk around like they don't know what they doing talking to each other.

I called into the location on Covington Pike regarding a part for my Hyundai Sonata... It was utterly ridiculous trying to get accurate part information from the unprofessional workers in the parts department. Three times I called, my mistake... The workers we're rude, one individual didn't know anything about the parts and told me my vehicle didn't have the part but did. Covington Pike location needs a new parts department manager and better customer service oriented workers.***Need anything from the Hyundai Dealership... Go to the Germantown Pkwy location***

They fix the car but it was more of a Band-Aid fix they didn t take care of the whole problem I had to put my car back in the shop less than a week later and it cost me another $1900 to get it fixed properly
