Would never recommend this dealer to anyone. Bought the car a year ago and nothing but issues (great car, horrible dealership). Most recent being they tell you 2 years of free oil changes but they don t tell you the mileage you can get each oil change at. After my first, they put the sticker for the next oil change for 12k miles but when I go at 13k miles to get it, they say my second oil change isn t until 15k-16k miles. Not sure why they would put 3k less miles on the sticker, other than that they are making the paying customers get it earlier than needed.

My transmission went out 2/4 and Nate got me an appointment 2/5! My car was still under warranty so I didn't have to pay and they loaned me a car! Nate was very good with communication and updating me through out! I just got my car back today! Wolfchase hyundai was no help from where I originally bought my car in 2021. Nate made the process very easy! Thank you Nate!!

I originally gave them 1 star for wasting 2 weeks of my time because of an appointment mishap but they called and apologized and asked that I take down the review...I did.But now I'm here to put it right back! I should've known when all the other local Hyundai dealerships weren't accepting cars for mechanical repairs for the rest of the year that this was too good to be true!When I gave them my Tucson (Oct. 24) they told me it would take 2-3 weeks to diagnose the issue which I was okay with. My car was there for almost SIX WEEKS and not one person had touched my car! I would still be waiting with no updates from them if I didn't go get my car!When I went in yesterday (Dec. 1) for an update, James tells me he asked his manager to have them diagnose the car that morning and that he would call me later...of course he does not! So, I went in today and politely asked to pick up my car...I no longer wanted any service, and I had to wait an hour and a half just to get it back!I never received an apology; hell, they didn't even try to give me an excuse for why they never got the job done! James just showed the tow truck driver where my vehicle was and drove off! The only thing close to customer service I received was one of the salesmen asking me if I wanted to buy a new car. FOH!!!

Got my first brand new car from here yesterday! 2023 Hyundai Elantra Limited. They were very very helpful and tried to make the process as smooth as possible. Our experience was fantastic and I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a Hyundai or Kia, Loved their inventory and especially the people who worked there.

Droped my car off at November 1st. Picked up 3 days after newyears .Went in for my car not shifting in Drive. But shifts fine. When we drive it as manual.After 2 months they telling me tune up and oxygen sensor.But also said that may not fix the problem we came for.So how are you going to charge me for something that's not why I came in for.Pickup up my and paid the fee. Smh.James was no help at all. In 2 months only received 1 call from him. While I called 10 times in 2 months. Just to reach him 2 times.

Went for an oil change which used to be $40 to $45 now it s $131.32 for a basic oil chang which supposed to include a tire change. I have lifetime tire and rotation at Walmart. Did they consider that people only needs a simple oil change? Nothing other than that and the regular services everywhere offers to check filters and fluids.

Helped me get my new ride that was in the ballpark in what I was looking for! Started out a bit aggressive but overall smoothed out after they figured out my credit score lol the building and parking lot was outdated but figured out why that was the case. Managed to leave the lot with a car that day and I think that's all that matters in the end.

I took my car to this location for warranty service (underbody coating). As far as I know, that service was completed adequately, but I am very unhappy with their service, overall. When I dropped off the vehicle, I asked for prices on getting a second key, which they said they would have to look up, and on programming a second key fob, which I had brought with me. *Someone* told me that the fee for programming the key fob would be $60, which is the only reason I agreed to that, but I never got a written estimate, which is where I screwed up. I had only spoken to the service manager on duty and to one other gentleman, so I can't swear which of them quoted me the $60 price. I received a text about 3 hours after I dropped the car off, saying to text back or call a certain number if I had questions. I texted that phone # back about 2.5 hours later asking whether the car would be ready that afternoon. No response. Also no response to the voicemail I left about an hour after that. I finally got through to someone about 4:10 pm, and I was told my car was ready. When I got to the service center to pick the vehicle up, I was told that they had programmed the key fob, but that the fee for doing so was $175!! I would never have agreed to that price had someone told me the correct price up front--especially after learning that a physical key would have only cost me $90. But, as with the lack of communication the rest of the day, no one ever called me to confirm the price for programming the key fob before doing the work, so I was stuck with a bill for $231, which included a $34 fee for "supply/EPA" that I assume was related to the supposedly-free warranty service, since I can't imagine any supplies were needed to program a remote that I supplied. I know that the service center was short-handed, but I still feel like I was both ignored and cheated by the service personnel. I won't take my car back to this location for service.

I have been to this location for routine maintenance a number of times and never had any issues until now. I made appointment online for one week out to have check engine light diagnosed. At the appointment on a Friday morning I was told there was no one to even look at my vehicle until Monday. They even suggested I bring it back Monday. I already had transportation so I let the service provider Brittany know I would be leaving it and she said give me a week. The following week after no communication I called and was told Brittany was off that day and no-one else was able to provide update and to call back next day. I left voicemail for James, the other service provider anyway in hopes of a callback, but never heard from James. I called the next day and left a voicemail for Brittany and again, never received a call back. On the 11th day of not having my vehicle I called again and spoke with Brittany who told me their turn around time for diagnostic repairs was 4-6 weeks. This was the first time I was ever told this. I reminded her that she said give her a week when I dropped the car off, not 4-6 weeks and I was told, yeah that was just to have someone look at it and there are still three cars ahead of you. I picked my car up exactly 2 weeks after I dropped it off with no further communication and without anyone ever having looked at it. Poor customer service with severe lack of communication. It would make way more sense to let people know upfront you intend to keep their vehicle for months, not a few days. Needless to say I took it to a different body shop where it was diagnosed in less than 24 hours and repaired the next day. Lesson learned.

They were very helpful to someone out of state, to make sure I had everything I needed to make the trip down and drive home in my new car. It's been fantastic so far. Would recommend.

It hurts me to say this about the service department at Gossett Hyundai South because it was just about 2 or 3 months ago that I brought both my wife and son's cars to this service center to get fixed and the service was fantastic. We worked with a gentleman named, Wayne and he was great. He was always pleasant even when it was obvious the service center was busy and he always kept in touch with consistent updates. I always knew what was going on with my family's cars and what to expect with the repair.However, that is no longer the case. I purposely went to this service center to have my 2023 Tucson diagnosed due to a very loud squeal and figured I'd see Wayne and I would have another great experience.BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE!This service center still has my car and it has been with them for 9 Business Days and I have not heard one word about the status of my car. My service center rep is Brittany Tilmon and I have heard from her once by text on the 4th business day they had my car. the text was "if I had any questions to call her or reply to this text." And that is only because I called her earlier in the day and got her voice mail. I have called every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day every day since then and talked to her once on the 5th business day. All she could tell me is that a technician is looking at it. Well this is the 9th day and still no word. I am frustrated and tired of not having my car. Brittany is inattentive and does not return calls or has provided me any updates. This is definitely the single worst customer service experience I have had dealing with a car repair.It's a shame because Wayne was great, and Brittany most definitely is not! It is shameful to treat a customer by ignoring them even though I have been patient for the previous 8 business days.

Don t come here to have your car serviced if you don t have to. Made an appointment two months out for 10:45am on a Tuesday. Confirmation said the job should take less than an hour. I m still sitting here at 1:30pm. It s clear that they are understaffed and overbooking (mostly the latter). People around me are waiting 3+ hours for oil changes. Do not recommend.

Sales is great!! Love David and Nathaniel.Service is *terrible*It took me 3 days of calling for 15 minutes a day and leaving voicemails and calling their main office to get an appointment for an oil change.Apparently, an oil change requires me to take a half day off work because it takes them 3 hours even with an appointment. This is ridiculously unacceptable, especially considering that you have no choice but to wait in the dealership in uncomfortable chairs, they don t offer loaners. The other person in there (only one other person was waiting) had been there for 2 hours already for a tire fix, and had no ETA on getting out.People waiting in the lobby should be prioritized and appointments for routine maintenance should only take an hour. It also shouldn t require hounding to get an appointment.

We brought our Ioniq 5 in for the first service along with TSB updates and V2L replacement (it quit working a couple months after purchase). After the service was complete we opened the car and saw black grease in the driver s seat, (white seats), dirt and grime on the door handles, steering wheel etc, (white interior). We couldn t believe they didn t use seat and floor covers. Black mark/scratch on the door cannot be removed. Extremely sloppy service. After leaving we noticed the V2L was still not working. The tech told me all ports were working and the problem must be our devices. I took his word for it. They were closing upon leaving so we could not go back. The next day we started the car and it states service is required -mileage, this is due to the fact they did not reset the service counter. This message appears every time the car is start so as to remind you service is due We drove an hour and half for this service. They told us we could arrive without an appointment vs waiting two weeks elsewhere. 100% would not recommend this dealership.

My appointment for regular maintenance/oil change on my new palisade was at 9:15 today. I arrived on time. They didn t begin on it until close to 10. It was done around 11. I think if you book the service time 3 weeks out, you should have a relatively accurate expectation to start much closer to the appointment time.

Nathaniel Peck was an absolute delight, I cannot recommend him any higher.This was a great experience, he was super knowledgeable, not pushy, and extremely kind. David was also wonderful. They took their time, explained everything to me, and went out of their way to make sure I was happy and taken care of.I've been to a lot of dealerships trying to sell my car, and this was the first one that I can say was a genuinely good experience. I felt heard and seen and was able to walk away from my old car with a new car that's perfect for me.If you're in the market for a new car, a used car, or to sell your car I highly recommend dropping by to speak to Nathaniel, he's the best salesman I've ever worked with and the only one I would ever feel comfortable recommending.

my hyundai was broken into and we took it here to get fixed. we had an absolutely horrible experience here. they never answered the phone or email and i had to repeatedly come in person to move the repair process along or get updated information. the car was sent to them in february and we got it back in may after months of limited information. then once it was ready we still had to wait 45 minutes for it. then we were told they hadn't finished cleaning it out and we had to wait another hour. when that was finally done there was still glass in the car door, the cup holders, and under the driver's side seat. They also never put back the driver's side car mat.Update: I just saw the response posted by the dealership. i have not been contacted by the dealership even though they claim to have tried with no avail. In response to them: how have you tried to contact me? I have no emails, voicemails, texts, or otherwise from you.

Absolutely infuriating experience. Had my car stolen along with the rest of Memphis Hyundais + Kias back in October. They found the car in November and I had it towed to Hyundai. Was told it'll likely be 8-12 weeks given the volume of cars and lack of parts/resources but no other shop would even accept any more.After about 8 weeks I called to get an update just to see how things were going since I was footing the bill for both service and rental cars (Insurances aren't going to cover ppl w Hyundais anymore so I elected to pay and keep my insurance). I tried to be patient and just call once a week, but leaving a VM doesn't help nor did people answer. Every time I finally did speak to my service rep, he acted like it was his first time looking over any notes. I had to go there in person after 12 weeks to get them to actually LOOK at my car and tell me how long it will take to order parts, even with the parts backup I understood, and then I called back again two weeks later and he started going over what parts my car needed like we didn't just do that in person.He finally calls me back and wants to go over the parts list and amounts, and how much I'd have to pay up front. We spent 45 minutes on the phone because he couldn't keep his numbers straight and the parts. I wrote it all down, and eventually was able to pay the amount up front. I hear nothing after that for two weeks... called again to get an update on the parts, and he said "I'll have to check", never got a call back. called again the next week and "I'll have to check" I leave the country for two weeks, came back calling about when I can come pick the car up and am told it'll be at least another 1.5 weeks. It has now been about 4.5 months, I can't afford rental cars anymore, nor should I have to. Today I get a call saying "oh there's another part your car needs it'll be $310 + labor" when I said it was already on the list we went over for 45 minutes TWO MONTHS AGO, and that I was mislead in thinking I had paid for it already. This is just a huge joke, and the fact that I have to continue missing out on work opportunities and other daily activities is infuriating. Zero sympathy, zero efforts on their part. AND the fact that you can not do any payments electronically, electronic signatures, etc or over the phone in 2023 is wild.

Sales team was great. My fianc� and I bought both of our vehicles here. But service team on the other hand is the worst. My fianc� set an oil change appointment and when he arrived they said there was no appointment set. When he did finally got an oil change, he asked them to rotate his tires, which they didn t. I wanted to give their service a second try, so I made an appointment for an oil change for my vehicle. I arrived early and the employee there was on a phone call and told me to hold. I waited in line for about fifteen minutes, he had his phone call on speaker, so everyone there could hear the conversation. Their conversation went nowhere. I was very upset, so I decided to leave. Never will I come back for any type of service at this location. Very disappointed. Would ve given them a one star, but gave them a two because of their sales team.

I have bought many cars in my lifetime & I have NEVER had a deal go as smoothly as it did @ Gossett Kia My. Moriah! Chuck Micci, Brian Klepco, Jerry Harris & staff are TRULY AMAZING! I went in thinking used cash car & came out better w brand new wheels! STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT~~~I highly recommend these guys!

Buying was ok at best only took 6 hours to buy a car ...but this is the 2nd time trying to get a simple oil change and they are the absolute worst. After spending that kind of money and they tell me it will be 5 weeks to get a oil change what a joke. What good is it to have a new car with warranty that you can't even get serviced. Gossett South you service is a joke!!!!!

Great group of guys here. They were very helpful in doing what they had to do to get me driving off in a new car. So awesome! You should stop by if your thinking about getting something. They can really work them numbers.

I completely enjoyed every aspect of my purchase at Gossett. They are a TOP NOTCH operation with great people and great service.My experience at the Clay Cooley dealer in Rockwall TX was SOO BAD I was willing to travel all the way to Memphis to get the exact same car they had here just to not give them any money. Either way DONT PAY CLAY!

Excellent buying experience. Managed most of the deal via phone, Corey was great with questions and notifying me of car availability. On site, Zack did a great job showing us the vehicle and answering any questions we had. Price at MSRP with no extra "mark-ups or add-ons." If we ever buy another Hyundai it would be worth the 3hr drive to do business with this team again. Thanks!
