Dante was communicative when scheduling my appointment. Brennan arrived at my house promptly and expertly installed the refurbished battery.He was friendly and informative about what he was doing. Now my Honda Civic hybrid is back to running perfectly. I definitely recommend Hybrid Restoration if you want to get a good as new battery for about half the price of a brand new one.

I was told by a local shop that replacing the hybrid battery for my '08 Prius was going to cost $4-6k. Hybrid Restoration was able to come to my home the next week and install a new battery for only $1,300! The installation only took about 30-40 minutes and I was back on the road right away. I've only had the battery for two days now, but my car is running just like before. I was very happy with the customer service and professionalism of everyone I dealt with and would definitely recommend to a friend.

My experience with Hybrid Restoration was quick, efficient, and as painless as parting with money can be. The young man who did the installation (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) was personable and informative, explaining the process clearly to me as he worked. We also talked a bit about large dogs, as my Great Pyrenees supervised.All-in-all, a good experience.

Responsible people. Brennon and Dante both. I took my Camry 2007 to Toyota auto service. After charging me 200 dollars for diagnostics, they said they would replace the battery for 5700 dollars (and take the old one for 1300$). I found Hybrid Restoration through an internet search. The battery was replaced for 1600 dollars with an 18-month warranty. This was a huge savings. The newly installed hybrid battery had some problems and the engine didn't start after some hours. He drove five hours from Memphis the next business day, early in the morning. He picked me up from home and changed the battery again... and we had an great talk.

I am very happy with the hybrid battery replacement of my 2012 Toyota Camry. They sent someone down from Memphis, TN to Lafayette, LA to do the service. Technician was polite, very knowledgeable and very experienced. I highly recommend Hybrid Restorations and I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

I made an appointment online. The installer called the morning of the appointment and asked if he could come EARLY. He showed up and switched the hybrid batteries in less than 45 minutes. Super impressed! Now our "Lt Red" prius is up and running again! I just wish I would have called sooner.

Dante in Memphis was great at communicating and keeping in touch with me about my daughter s Prius. They traveled to Alabama and replaced the battery. I was going to have to pay the Toyota dealership 4800$ and Hybrid Restoration was a fraction of that. When they came out to replace the battery, he was super nice in explaining everything over the phone to me about what was happening and what else the car needed. We had a wonderful experience. We will definitely use Hybrid Restoration again. :)

I have a lexus hybrid and I was having issues with my hybrid and starting battery. Lexus gave me an estimate of 7,000 for the hybrid battery and 700 for the starting battery. Dante response back immediately and gave me a much better estimate. It was 2,100 for the hybrid battery and 400 for the starting battery. I am very pleased, Brennan did the installation both times and it was so fast and convenient for them coming to my location. I have never been happier with this type of service. I also love that it is restored batteries which is giving ethical. Integrity and ethical environmental business practices are top priority for me, so I am so grateful that I found them! My Lexus babe is driving like a dream. Whenever I have a referral for this service I will ALWAYS send them to Dante and Brennan. Yall are more magical than Disney! Thank you again!!!

I had taken off work 3 separate occasions for my appointments because they were consistently rescheduled without any communication other than an email. I would think there would be a phone call of sort instead of just picking random days and times for your customers. I decided to call in and speak to Dante to actually get a time that worked for me after multiple reschedules on their part. We got a date and time ironed out, he then assured me that his tech would be on time. The tech showed up almost an hour and a half late. Now, I do understand they are traveling however don t assure me a time will work and schedule times if people are going to be late. I got a call 10 minutes prior to my appointment telling me he d be there late. I can t vouch for the battery yet as it s only been 2 days, however, all seems to be working. Pretty disappointed in the scheduling and lack of communication.

Brennon was so professional and faster than I thought possible. He was so great at removing and installing the replacement battery ! I would recommend Hybrid Restoration to anyone with a hybrid vehicle!!!*Update *The battery was not functioning properly so I called in and Dante suggested that I get the battery checked at a local auto zone . i did and the codes were to replace the battery . Dante quickly scheduled to have the battery replaced in such a timely manner. Brennon ( who is amazing at his job ) came and replaced the battery and made sure it was running perfect and that everything was great before he left.It is so great and I would recommend Hybrid Restoration to anyone with a hybrid !!!

I chose this company based on reviews, price, and amount of time in business. The scheduling process was very simple. However I think because of logistics between their location vs mine, (two different states,) it makes scheduling difficult. The owner is very friendly and answered my calls, and questions confidently. The day of installation i received emails reminding me and updating me that we were still on schedule which was nice.The installer showed up earlier than expected which was fine as well. Given the distance between us, that's better than being late.Installation went off without a hitch and we enjoyed some casual conversation. It was a rainy day, and I provided a dry, cool environment to do the job.Now, as far as the product, I opted for the 3 year warranty. I have only had it a few days, but all seems well. My hope is that I never need the warranty, but it does provide peace of mind that I have help if I should need it.I believe that for the price paid, this is a good deal with a reputable company. I could have spent more than double at Toyota and came away with a new battery, however theirs only comes with a 1 year warranty. I have to give credit and props where due. I would strongly recommend Hybrid Restoration to anyone with an ailing hybrid.Service: Battery

Hybrid Restoration was awesome to work with. I needed my engine replaced. Dante was easy to work with and patient. My new engine is working great. I've gone on 2 road trips in addition to driving for work and have not had a single problem. And my gas mileage is significantly better than when I bought it. Will definitely return for future repairs if needed.

I was a skeptic, but took a chance based on reviews here. It couldn't be more simple. I called and they came out. 40 minutes of work while holding a casual conversation with me and the battery was replaced and the car put back together.I'll update review of anything changes, but super excited about the car being normal again!

The installer was fast and extremely professional. He simply amazed us with his knowledge. The cost was excellent. Toyota wanted to charge $4,800.00. Our service was a fraction of that. Bought a battery with a 3y warranty from Dante and the crew back in fall of 2022 and it went smooth.Fast forward to last week the battery started throwing up codes so Dante came out and out a whole new one free of charge. This company has been very responsive and receptive to emails and calls. We will be doing business again when the time comes

Had to get my hybrid battery replaced on my camry and it went great! I called and they squeezed me in for the next day. Brennan showed up and was fast at installing it. Great service (: Definitely will recommend this company. Thank you to Dante as well for a good company!

We bought a Prius knowing the battery would need replaced soon. Hybrid restoration not only had one of the best prices but they deliver it, install it and take the old battery cheaper than the shipping cost. Everything was super smooth and quick, installer called due to delays in traffic and let me know he would be late. I hope I don t need one again for awhile, But I ll do my next one through them too.Service: Battery

The hybrid battery went out on my 2006 Prius and I called Memphis Hybrid Restoration and spoke to Dante. He was extremely helpful and set me up with an appointment the next day. The installer was friendly and very knowledgeable and he had the old battery out and a new one in within an hour in my drive way. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Price is low compared to Market price. They provide additional insurance for less cost. I replaced my 2006 hybrid battery for toyota prius and its working fine without any issue's. Mobile installation makes them special.

The initial customer service from Dante was excellent. I was informed and set up with an appointment in a matter of minutes. Only two days later Brennan came up and had my new battery installed in no time. Both representatives were personable and approachable. Hybrid Restoration is a five star company in my book.

Fabulous, exceptional service!!! If you are debating what to do with your hybrid battery as I was MAKE THE CALL! I didn't want a new battery. My Prius had over 200,000 miles on it and I didn't want to spend $3800 in repairs to invest in a car that was being driven by my daughter to and from school daily. I called and spoke with Dante thinking he could tell me who to call in my area (Bloomington, IL). He said they could be there in a few days....WHAT! I was thrilled, a little nervous but Randy showed up and had the new refurbished battery installed in NO TIME! Let me add it was -16 the day he changed the battery out! I cannot say enough good things about this company from start to finish! I will update as time goes on to the life of the battery. It came with a 1 year warranty and saved me over $2,000 from my option at the Toyota dealership. THRILLED is an understatement! THANKS RANDY!!!!

Hybrid Restoration was so easy to work with. Dante was highly communicative about the price and process. Our appointment was scheduled quickly and we were appropriately informed of any changes in arrival time. The actual installation of the battery was very quick. Everyone we encountered was extremely professional. I highly recommend Hybrid Restoration!

I waited a few months to leave a review. My wife and I live in Paris, TN. I called Dante and set up an appointment to change out our 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid battery. We took the 4 or 5 year warranty. The representative who came out had a killer personality and was very kind. He changed out the hybrid battery and ever since our Camry has gotten back to amazing gas mileage and works like a champ!! I highly recommend Hybrid Restoration!

Great work and very professional! My car proved to be a little difficult but they went out of their way to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. They took their time to explain everything to me, and what to look for should any issues come up following the battery replacement. No problems have occurred, and I highly recommend using their services.

I am very happy with the services provided. The technician was extremely polite, punctual and professional. Hybrid Restoration LLC came to my home and replaced the battery in my Prius. The price was extremely reasonable and they completed the job within an hour. My Prius is ruining smoothly and I have the security of a warranty on the battery. I would definitely recommend Hybrid Restoration LLC. Dante provides excellent service

I checked out four such businesses when my 2006 Prius was diagnosed with a failing main battery. I chose Hybrid Restoration due to the scope of their web site, their quick responses to me by phone and email, and their many good reviews. My battery was replaced on April 28 by Brandon, who I would rate as a gifted mechanic. He finished the job in under an hour, having arrived for the appointment early but calling to check with me before he arrived (after a six-hour drive!). He was talkative but kept working steadily - he had no wasted movements. I have to admit that I had had my doubts about using such a business: was it on the level, would the job be done well, would I just be wasting my money? Well, I have had the car for almost a week now and have driven it around town on six or eight errands - it drives just like it used to. No warning lights, no problems of any kind. I highly recommend Hybrid Restoration if your car needs a good rebuilt battery. John French

I highly recommend this company. The dealership quoted me $3,200 for a hybrid battery replacement and Hybrid Restoration did it for a third of that price. And that price included them driving to my home to do the replacement. If I could give this company more than 5 stars, then I would.

HR got my daughter's beloved Prius back on the road quickly. The HR team was polite, professional, and responsive. The price and the warranty appears to be a good value. Wish I had called them sooner!

They claim to service Tennessee but my appointment was canceled after taking my deposit for being "out of service range". I tried to contact them but did not receive a return phone call or a receipt for my returned deposit.
