This is the slowest Kia ever!!! I have brought my car twice. Each time it has took at least 3 hours. I came as a walk in the first time and I only wanted an oil change. I got there at 7 and didn t leave until 10:30-10:45. The second time I asked Matt how long and he told me an hour and thirty minutes. I explained to him that my tags were stolen and if it was going take longer than that. I will come back. I am currently still stilling up here and my appt was at 10:45 and I arrived at 10:15.

Took my 2022 in Sorento in for a repair (coolant leak) a few minor recalls and 30,000 miles maintenance. Matthew Richardson (Service Consultant) was absolutely amazing and professional keeping me well informed and updated on service department steps. Honestly, I expected to be without my vehicle for weeks, but the service department was very efficient and finished within 5 business days. I'm still very pleased with my purchase (2022) and with the quality of customer service from Kia South Service Department. Thank you!

We purchased our Kia Telluride in June of 2023. The sales experience was great. I would give 5 stars if the vehicle did not have a warranty issue. But the service experience after the sale is horrible. I would give negative stars if that was an option on Google.It's very obvious that they do not care about their existing customers or their warranty repairs. I have wasted my time and effort on 4 different trips just to get a seat wiring harness (blown fuse issue) replaced and a blown speaker fixed. The items were discovered right after we purchased the vehicle. Here we are 8 months later without a solution to the problems.To top it off they were very rude on three of the 4 visits to the service department. It's also no wonder that the staff is completely different each time we have come in to try to get this problem resolved. I'm pretty sure this issue falls on the service manager for the location. This review should be a wake up call for the managers but I'm sure it will go unnoticed.I have contacted Kia "customer support" only to find out I will have to start the whole process over with another dealership. So now we have to drive over an hour away to get our car repaired. At least the Kia support person was not rude and was very understanding.My advice to anyone that's thinking about buying a car from Gossett Kia South, go to another dealership in Arkansas or middle Tennessee if you want good service after the sale.In reading the previous reviews I see that we are not alone in the service issues with Gossett. I will however think twice before buying another Kia vehicle in the future.

Super pleased with my experience at Gossett Kia South. I had been searching for a specific vehicle and not one dealership within a 500 mile radius had one. I was working with Patrick Powell and he was doing everything to find me a vehicle. Dave was also looking high and low to find what I was looking for in my price range. I finally got a call that a similar vehicle was in, but not the exact one. They were honest with me about the chances of getting the exact vehicle I wanted so I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle that they had on the lot. I worked with Bobby on the finance side and throughout the entire process, everyone was so incredibly kind. I can't thank everyone enough for everything they did for getting me in this beauty. If you are looking for a vehicle, visit this location because you won't meet nicer people to truly help you.

I came into Gossett Kia south I was referred by a dealer at a different car lot, I was told to see Alvis who would help me, which she did, I was told that I was approved for a vehicle and just needed to send my co-signers pay stubs (which she saw before hand but they wanted the actual pay stub format) that was a Saturday so I sent the stubs that Sunday, she offered to drive the car to me Monday and everything as if we where good to go, Monday comes and no contact from her no communication finally got a response saying that they where super busy I said okay I understand, long story short the communication was horrible, I had to hunt her down to get updated information to see what was going on, my calls where being ignored text messages where being ignored, I had to actually call the dealership to get ahold of her just to get information on what was going on I was repeatedly lied to saying she would call back and she would do this, this it week 2 and I have yet to hear anything from anyone, all I asked is to be kept updated on what was going on and to communicate and be told the truth. I m very disappointed and upset just a very unprofessional experience I would not recommend honestly.

Domonique Madden was an AMAZING and Professional adviser. She was constantly in contact with me letting me know each step of the way regarding my car being fixed. I was very pleased with my service and the customer service I received. Not to put anyone's business out there but the day I was I picked up my car there was a personal matter that Mrs. Madden had to attend too, and YET she was still in communication with me and still kept the same professional customer service going ! If you are considering leaving your vehicle with Kia for repairs DON'T!! ( Simple oil change, tune up mirror work ,ok) My vehicleStayed there 5 weeks!!! I needed side window replaced and cover over steering column!!They never called or reached out with a possibleTime line( not even approximate) I could never reach service manager byPhone( left voicemails)Carol was rude and impatient!!!finally got my vehicle back and had it repaired in 1 week!!!

They don't follow Finance Law nor do they exercise valuable consideration for consumers when it comes to financing. Totally fraud and scams... they denied my right to speak to the underwritten who denied my extension... treated me despicable and very discriminatory forced to signed , threatening to the extent where I called BBB filed a complaint and asked for a refund in full... Consumer not a Customer, I was extending my credit lawfully they stole the consumer transaction and denied it existed, told me I was a borrower and they where the lender... sheessh... I'm traumatized literally beyond belief

I have nothing but good things to say about this place..they helped me get a car!! The man was on a mission from day one, it took about 1 week at the most. I eat looking for a crossover but the one I was looking at had problems so the salesman made a few calls and got me a car.. I'm not big on Cadillacs but he showed me a 2014 ats4 fully loaded. I mean everything, 1 owner, leather everywhere, heated seats, heater steering wheel, rear camera, etc. With all comfortable note, I'm loving it!!

Very pleased purchasing my wife s telluride from Gossett. I flew to Memphis from Idaho and drove it home and I would do it again because they were very helpful. Matthew helped me and was one of the many sales guys that actually sent me pictures, videos and even took the time to FaceTime me. Very friendly people in the office. Also, it s worth mentioning that they do business right and don t charge over MSRP. There are dealers in Denver that also don t charge over MSRP, however I chose gossett because Matthew was very helpful and responded quick to my texts and phone calls. I flew in on Matthew s day off, however he picked me up in the telluride and took me to the dealer for paper work! Great experience.Thank you Gossett!!!

Craig Worthy did a great job of handling the sale of my new telluride especially since I was coming long distance! He was very thorough, friendly, not pushy and sincere... what you do not always get in a lot of car dealerships.He sent me into the finance guy which I think the signing of the documents took less than 10 minutes!They topped off the vehicle with gas, washed it up a few got me on my way!

My buying process was good, they worked wonders, HOWEVER, I DIDN'T GET THE EXTRA WARRANTY AT THE TIME AND AFTER HAVING MY CAR FOR A COUPLE WEEKS, I QUICKLY FOUND OUT THAT THIS LOCATION ACCEPTS TRADE INS WITHOUT SERVICING THE VEHICLES. THEY JUST PUT THEM ON THE LOT! I ASKED MY SALESMAN IF EVERYTHING HAD BEEN CHECKED AND HE ADVISED ME THAT IT HAD BEEN AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I NOW HAVE A VEHICLE WITH A BAD TRANSMISSION AFTER ONLY 2 MONTHS! TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU MAY BE MISLEAD!UPDATE:The GM Jeff called me and told me the my initial review was fabricated. Jeff was very rude and impolite, but advised that the Service manager would give me a call. I dropped my vehicle off and asked them to check the fluids while they were checking the transmission as well, mainly because i was a quart low on oil and windshield wiper fluid. Later, I learned that my windshield wiper motor was clogged. (Something else they failed to check!) After about 45 minutes, I received a call and was advised that my vehicle was ready. The service manager did not speak with me, however one of the salesman did. He advised me that my transmission did not throw any codes and suggested that I speak take my vehicle to Coleman Taylor transmission shop. I advised him that I had already taken the vehicle to Coleman Taylor prior to contacting the car lot that I purchased my vehicle from and that was my reason for addressing the car lot with the technicalities that I was having with my vehicle. I even provided them with the paperwork from Coleman Taylor Transmission Shop. When I asked him if they checked the fluids as well, he flipped to the back page of the report which only showed the electrical portion which only included the engine codes, transmission codes, antilock brake codes, adaptive codes, and the amplifier codes. I was also advised that they couldn't check the transmission without the proper tools. (Red flag) I purchased the vehicle on 9/22/23 and had to take it back in to get serviced on 9/26/23 due to needing brakes. Well when the shop actually took a look at the brakes, they noticed that I needed rotors as well. So like I stated, this lot does not inspect their trade in vehicles if they're not Kias, because like I was told by the car lot, THEY DONT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO FULLY SERVICE ANY OTHER VEHICLES OTHER THAN KIAS! MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A MECHANIC! I deleted my previous review in hopes that the car lot would have rectified the problem, but they were a complete let down.

My wife and sister attempted to trade in a vehicle and purchase a new vehicle at Gossett Kia on Mt Moriah a few months back. However, they were not able to move forward with the deal and purchase the vehicle due to dishonesty and deceptive practices. What the sales persons attempted to do was unethical, devious, and partly criminal in our eyes. Consumers should be protected from excessive fees, interest rates, and price gouging by consumer protection agencies placing a reasonable limit one should pay for a vehicle. However, consumers are left to be devoured by inhumane vultures at our own expense. Gossett Kia on Mt Moriah and its salespersons are committing Highway robberies and are putting their own people (community) in horrendous financial situations. Greed caused Gossett Kia to lose out on a great opportunity and longterm customer customers. Furthermore, had they done right by my sister-in-law, they would ve been able to generate more customers and revenue longterm from that one sale. Buyers beware and please, please consider buying your vehicle from another dealer. If you still plan to purchase at this location despite our warnings, please do not sign your paperwork digitally. Request for a printout of all of your sales and disclosure documents so that you will be able to read all of the fine print, including, the fees, interest rates, and total cost of the vehicle after all payments are made.

I bought my Niro here a month ago. It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Mr Tim Cannon got me in touch with a sales rep named Sal Cordova. Sal was EXCELLENT! The whole process was smooth and easy. They ve provided superior customer service at every point. Today I brought my Niro in for the fist oil change and to discuss 2 warranty issues. Mr. Jason Tripp, without hesitation, stepped up and took care of everything with no hassle. Most places, once you buy, you re no longer important. Not at Gossett! Mr Tripp, Mrs, Hope, and other service staff members, made my service appointment enjoyable and easy. They made me feel valued, appreciated, and important. Gossett has been nothing less than impressive at every contact point! I am a HUGE GOSSETT FAN! They have a customer for LIFE! If you need a vehicle this is the auto group you want to buy it from!! Ordered an Ioniq 5 from this dealership in early 2022, delivery was expected in August 2022 at the latest but the vehicle never arrived. Almost a year after I placed the order, I was contacted by someone from sales who asked me to send him an email requesting my security deposit back and when I sent the email the reply I received was that the security deposit was non-refundable??? Very deceptive business practice. These kind of tactics is why dealerships have such a bad reputation. Avoid this place at all costs.

I made an appointment for what i was told a 20min recall. So when I got there they told me it would be 2 hr before they can get the car in the bay. I talked to the service manager and he tried to tell me that an appointment is only a slot like a doctors appointment. I told him i don't wait 2 hr for my doctor. Really why make appointments if you going to tell a customer it's a 2 hr wait. Why don't you call and tell that customer that you behind and give them the option to come in or make another appointment . Shame on you Mr. Gossett for running your service dep. like that. I have bought cars at the family Gossett dealerships for years and just spent 40K 3 months ago on a car. Dealerships are know for overpricing and pushing work not needed on to customers. There is a saying never go to a dealership unless its warranty work. But you have people still going cause they don't know better. Mr. Gossett sits high up and don't care about his long time customers. 3 months ago I spent 40K on a car and they only put a half a tank of gas in the car. What happens to fill it up for the customer who just spent 40K. The extra $25 to fill it up is really effecting your bottom line Mr. Gossett. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM A GOSSETT DEALERSHIP. But you have plenty of other people who will. Mr Gossett enjoy that $25 you saved by not filling up my tank. BTW it cost $50 to fill my tank.

My fiance was notified that her car would be ready from service at 4:45pm. We got to the dealership at 5:10. We waited for 2 hours before we got her car. There was only 1 person in front of her. They didn t pull her car around until 6:15 (they close at 6) and then the guy told us that they never installed the anti-theft software which was the entire reason the car was brought to them in the first place. His response, Well, you have brakes now. Workers are just walking around doing nothing when all they had to do is bring the car around and let us pay. Never coming back here. The guy working the Hyundai side worked as slow as humanly possible while chatting with people instead of getting customers on the road. Zero sense of urgency and zero care for their customers. They could have told us to come back tomorrow instead of wasting our time.

The dealership had my vehicle in for an issue relating to my transmission. ( 2019 Soul- 65k miles) The initial diagnostic was wrong( which took a week or more) The shop foreman with myself, identified the problem after the dealership called to tell me nothing was wrong and I came back into the dealership to discuss it. Then after that ,the dealership took 3 months repairing the issue. If I had not called to follow up my car im afraid my car would still be at the dealership. No loaner was offered. No communication unless initiated by me was given. No care at all.Areas of opportunity that I noticed:Care- customers pay good money for your product and warranty. Relationship should not end at the sales deskCommunication - I was frustrated because I had to constantly initiate " how is my car" type of calls and textsCommunication internally - the service department used to tell me when I called to check on the status of my car that they were waiting on "Kia" to let them know what to do. Weeks would go by .....I'd call, same answer. Unacceptable.Sadly , I don't think I'll be considering the Kia brand in the future .

They don t take reservations on Saturdays even though they have it on website.Wait period for just engine oil change was around 3 hrs and I got charged $107 with all the fees .The reason I was there was to chance transmission fluid, they never notified me beforehand that they wouldn t do it at that day. I got to learn that only when I was billed.Not a good experience at all.

They told me my 2015 kia sole had a extended 150,000 mile engine warranty it burns 2 quarts of oil per oil change they made a appointment for me to have it fixed when I came back to the shop for my appointment they told me it's not gonna be covered without even looking at it and wanted me to pay 300 dollars for a diagnostic and a oil change I do not recommend this place they are not honest and I have filed a complaint with the kia corporate office a engine consuming 2 quarts of oil without any leaks is definitely a engine issue apparently they do not honor there warranty

Went here because I had three recalls and my KIA had a rough idle and was feeling like falling dead. It was a long wait but car is running noticeably better. Check engine light is still on though at the moment.
