Official I hate this dealership, one of their employees had a car accident in my car and told me directly to my face it s nothing they can do. I don t recommend buying or using services at Kia or dealing with Steve Edwards. He s unprofessional and is inconsistent with communication and failed me as a customer. I expected more from them but I received nothing but complete disrespect from from Steve Edward s. I felt racially discriminated, and felt that he treated me less of a person on top of being female. I felt as if he took advantage of the situation. If I could give zero stars I would. 10 out of 10 I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!!I had a Kia k5 get line that is now totaled out because of them.Update April 10I was able to have everything resolved once I spoke with Mr. Gosset. I was able to find me a new car that I m happy and excited about getting. I appreciate the help to get this issue resolved and handled.

We drove from Arkansas to Memphis to browse vehicles and went through 10 or more dealerships before Gossett. Want to know what made me stop there instead of driving on? A hand shake. Timothy Jones walked right up to my car window and stuck out his hand. He thanked me for stopping by just to look and offered his assistance. He also told me that they had multiple dealerships under the Gossett name and that he d be happy to sell me any Gossett vehicle that made my heart smile. I tried to drive away, and I told my husband that if I found one I liked, I would buy it from him just for his kindness and professionalism. Needless to say, I bought a car with Gossett Kia. My very first new car, and it was off the showroom floor. The dealership manager Floyd spoke with us multiple times and worked hard to get our payments within budget and even searched high and low for rebates and credits to help. The finance manager, Michael Hall was amazing and walked us through each step even finding us a higher mileage warranty since we put a lot of miles on cars. I was impressed start to finish with this dealership and Timothy made sure this purchase was about memories being made and not just another sale . I was even going to purchase a Sorento or a used Stinger to make the payments what I needed, but Timothy wouldn t even entertain my requests knowing my heart s desire was to own a new vehicle. Even the extra set of keys and book were at another dealership and they shipped them out immediately just as they said they would. We ve never ever had a better experience buying a vehicle, and we wish they were our local dealership for service work! I still may drive back and forth just to know my car is in great hands of folks who truly care.It s too bad we don t need new vehicles as much as we need other things because Gossett Kia is a wonderful place to frequent. Thank you again to the kindest salesman ever Timothy Jones, Floyd the dealership manager, and Michael Hall our finance manager. Who knew talking about money and payments could be so fun?If you re in the market for a Kia, look no further than Gossett.

My experience was great Brandon was my service Representative and he was very helpful and so nice as always. He made me feel at home. My wait was long but that was because I had two recalls done. Kia has some of the greatest service representatives.

Our car was stolen and located and our insurance recommended using this place so we had it towed here. I think they only had two service advisers. Ours always took at least a 20-40 minute wait on hold before answered or if you left a voicemail never called you back and at times was very rude. They never called to tell us our car was ready. I called one day to check and they said it would be ready that day. We waited 2-3 more days before we could get there and I called that morning to make sure it was going to be ready. When we showed up that afternoon, the car was fixed but had not been detailed as part of the repairs since it was stolen and totally nasty on the inside. They offered for us to wait but we had waited over 2 months to get the car back at this point so I had him take off the detailing charge (which I had to point out there was a charge because he claimed there wasn t one). Overall a horrible experience, horrible customer service (although he was nicer to my face than he had been on the phone) and it seemed like they were all overwhelmed with too many customers. We will NEVER be back.

Went with my daughter to purchase her car. She was worried that she'd get a terrible deal on her next purchase because she'd totalled her first car in less than a month. So thankful that we went to Kia and got Mr. Quincy Odom for our sales rep. When I tell you Quincy Odom was top notch and is excellent at what he does, I mean just that. He made the entire process smooth and easy. He was very accommodating, professional, full of charisma and very charming. Oh and the car was nice and came at a really great price too. Go see Quincy, he's the best of the best! Tell him Christin's mom sent you!

10/10 do NOT recommend. We had a warranty issue and they replaced it, but then didn t put the correct battery back in our car and gave us a bad one. Our battery was still under warranty and we took it back to where we bought it, but they scanned it and said that s not the battery we bought. I called for two weeks trying to talk to someone at Kia and no one would return my call. Finally spoke with Brandon today and he said they don t take the batteries out of cars when they replace engines and that s the battery we dropped it off with. He was very rude and argued with me that it s the battery we dropped it off with. Now we have to purchase a new battery because we can t file the claim under warranty for the battery that was in the car when we dropped it off 3 months ago.Update: We did take the battery back for them to recheck it and they said it s not even the same model we purchased.

So today I was able to purchase me a NEW 2024 KIA K5 GT LINE. Ahmarey was NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. He was patient and kind throughout the entire deal. I didn t feel pressured to make the deal. I wanted a particular car and he was able to do what no other dealership could.Mike also showed EXCEPTIONAL behavior. He was really there for me and helped me when it came to all my financing so I could get the BETTER DEAL. If I could give 10 stars i would.This was my FIRST big girl purchase and the service was phenomenal. If you are in the car market, please go to AHMAREY AND MIKE .

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Gosset Kia. Waiting 45 minutes on hold to speak with a service technician is unacceptable. Additionally, my car has been in their possession for over two months with no visible progress. Despite bringing my car in for a diagnostic on November 20th, where it was determined that the engine needed replacement, there has been a lack of communication and action on their part.After the diagnostic, I had to initiate multiple calls to the service customer service representative to discuss the next steps for my car. Given that my vehicle has a warranty, it was their responsibility to contact the warranty company to initiate a claim for the engine replacement. Regrettably, On January 25th after reaching out to my warranty company for an update, I was informed that my claim was closed on January 17th due to the service provider's inaction. After receiving a call back from the rep he stated that he has reopened the claim and that they will be providing my warranty company with the supporting documents needed. It is now January 31st and I have called my warranty company once again and they have stated that the warranty claim is closed again because of inaction.This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect immediate attention to rectify the situation and resume progress on my car's repairs. I urge Gosset Kia to take immediate action and address this matter promptly.

Hoodwinked, the salesman told me the car would require a $500 down payment, on this info alone, I paid someone to bring me out there from midtown thinking that I was going to get a fairly decent used car. Different story altogether, he tried to sell me a new car with an over my head down payment and blown out insurance. Finally after almost two hours, I told him I couldn't afford it. But, I guess the salesman was only doing his job. (I should have asked before hand how much was the d. payment and ins.) Even tho he should have known better than to have me to come out there thinking I was going to get a car. He knew $500 was not going to get anything on that lot.

If I could give 0 Starz I would. I had been calling for a month the service advisor Tristan or triten I don't know. But the service lady would answer and they would keep taking down my information, saying they were gonna call me back. NEVER did. How am I supposed to go up there if I don't have my car. How they can't let you know updates about your car. Customer service sucks.

Trenton McClain (service center) is wonderful. My Soul was broken into and getting it fixed was not an easy process. No shops in Southaven would take it. Kia Gossett was the first one who gave me any good news. He gave me an accurate estimate in the time frame when I would get it back and I got it back good as new. Kendra on the service center phone was also super sweet and understanding!

My wife's Sportage's windshield washing fluid quit and Gossett Kia service tech Trent took the order. I waited about an hour and was told washer pump had gone out and had to be replaced. Trent said part was under warranty and I was back on the road quickly.Way to go Gossett, Trent and service specialist.

Really awesome experience with Justin in the service department! I went in to have my front brakes replaced on a Friday. When I arrived I did not have an appointment showing, but Justin was quick to resolve the issue and got me in! Justin thoroughly explained all costs as well as financing options available. I left with new brakes and a new tire to enjoy my weekend safely while on the road! Thanks so much Justin! Keep up the good work!

On January 16th the check engine light of our 2016 Kia Forte popped on. A quick check of the oil shown it was about a half to 3/5 of a quart low on oil. Timely because we had an appointment scheduled for service with Gossett KIA on January 18th for an oil change.Service advisor was happy to learn that we could leave the car to pick it up the next day Friday the 19th. On the morning of the 19th a call from the service advisor that the car would not be ready because they were awaiting a part that has been recalled to arrive. He promised he would have the car ready for us on Saturday or give us a call.A week passed without phone call or our car, prompting a telephone call to the manager of the Gossett KIA service department. Again assured he would pick up immediately and again, Mr. Tripp was too busy to take a customer call, but I left a voicemail. Three days later no call back we leave a message for the Area or District Manager Jason Tripp his office promised to call back shortly. Another call following day to Jason Tripp manager of service for Gossett KIA and again no answer phone call.Doubtlessly prompted by our now several calls we finally get the car back on January 31st and the service engine light is still on!We are advised by the service advisor that he had been instructed to tell us the service engine light might go off after we drive the car for a while. We must bring it back in for another oil change. Keeping in mind the original attempts to "up-sell" us on expensive and unnecessary engine flushes and fluid flushes had already annoyed me. TThe recalled part was an alternator pulley with a manufacturing defect, yet we had to pay for a replacement of the serpentine belt, most likely affected by a known issue of a malfunctioning part causing excessive engine vibration at idle. $331 later I have a car back with the check engine light still glowing.The advice to continue to drive the car with the check engine light still glowing is questionable. In fact I question this entire process with Gossett KIA. I'll reach out to the manufacturer today to find out more about the recall and possible internal engine damage raised in the technician's notes.To say that I am unimpressed by the Gossette KIA service department would be a gross understatement. I will add to this saga when more information is available.

Update after being upset about a bad experience with the service department I received a call from management and from one of the owners. I was able to bring my vehicle in and had my rims fixed like new. However, when I went to pick my vehicle up I was just handed the key. No explanation on what was done, no one walked out with me to make sure things were fixed to my satisfaction, and my truck was dirty and had black hand prints on my light gray leather seats. I took it to be washed and the hand prints were cleaned. This place has potential but really needs some help with training in the service department. I do appreciate the time the owner took out of her day to call me that speaks volumes.

Timothy Jones went above and beyond to help my wife find the perfect car. He made the ordering process super easy and called the minute he found out it came in. He sat in the car with us for a solid 30 minutes explaining all the features and how to use everything. He made the process easy and was quick to tell us to reach out if we ever need anything.

I just bought a telluride last night and it is amazing! I absolutely love it! I went to look at buying one and they didn t have any available for purchase at that time, but Timothy Jones helped walk us through the ordering process and make it a breeze! Timothy Jones was the absolute best and we would highly recommended using him for all your car needs! We were told it could take up to 8 months for the car to come in so I was shocked when he called less than a month later telling me it was here! He was super helpful and happy for us! He genuinely cared and felt like we had known him forever! He wasn t just pushing us to buy a car, but actually helped us pick exactly what we wanted/needed.

Sales was wonderful and attentive. My husband and I both bought brand new Tellurides with additional warranties on tires and rims. I was assured if ANYTHING happened to our tires or rims all we had to do was call and schedule a service time and bring it in. Well, I had a pretty significant scrape not long after buying that coverage and quickly found out all the attentiveness was gone. I waited on hold for the service department for 15 minutes. I finally called back and pressed the key for sales instead of service and was immediately answered. I informed the operator that I had been on hold for 15 minutes previously and was told we hear that all the time and I have no idea why they don t answer the phone over there. Once I explained that I needed to schedule an appointment to bring my vehicle in so my rims could be assessed and repaired I was informed she couldn t set an appointment. I could, however, bring my vehicle with the key and leave it for about a week or until they could look at it. This was not including the time it would take for the repair. I was shocked. I have been a Toyota owner and have never experienced anything even close to this at Wolfchase Toyota. I tried something new cause my husband liked the look but I will be trading this Telluride and going back to Toyota at my first opportunity. My advice for anyone thinking about this dealership is to tie your laces tight on your sneakers and run!
