I purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Overland on June 2 on June 9th the truck was having electrical problems call them had it towed in they supposedly fixed it but it was still wiping going dash lit up side mirrors blinkingI have taken the try back 6 more times with no Satisfaction try to trade it that didn't work took it back to the dealer with lights flashing lit up Service man Stan, put it on the machine Gave me a loner call back Stan had erased all the codes. Goasett Chrysler Jeep ram on Covington pipe are people

I highly recommend Gossett! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from them and they are very nice & professional. They went the extra mile to make sure I left with my dream car! Special Shout-out to my sales consultant Mr. Chris Foley!!! He was awesome all around, from the time I walked onto the car lot; He had a positive attitude and a great personality & was very patient with me the entire time! He even followed up with me days after I got the car to ensure everything was okay! Thanks again Gossett/ Chris Foley! This experience has made my whole year thus far.

I'm not upset. I just want to leave this here to warn people when purchasing a used car from here to make sure you thoroughly read through the paperwork.It's been a year and my bank has not received the title due to the dealership not having signatures from the previous owners. This probably doesn't happen often, but I'm one of the unlucky customers that's been in a battle with this dealership for a while. They are slow to respond because I've already purchased the vehicle.When the bank doesn't recieve the title what happens is your interest rate goes up until the the title is recieved. When the bank doesn't recieve the title the loan also becomes a signature loan and not an automobile loan.I had to go the the Shelby County Clerks Office and do all of the ground work to see what was the hold up. I also brought the paperwork to the dealership to show them where they had gone wrong with the signatures of previous owners. I did this to help them help me. I'm hoping they handle this as soon as possible.I just don't want anyone else to experience this. We go through enough with day to day challenges. Just be careful and READ before signing.I've tried to reach out to Carl Williams in finance several times, but he will not respond or return my phone calls. He handled my paperwork in May of 2023.

We highly recommend Gossett. We have been purchasing vehicles from Gossett for 15 years. They have always been straightforward and very helpful. Several times they have gone beyond expectations to help us. We moved from Memphis to Florida two years ago and still come back to Memphis to give Gossett our business. We purchased our first vehicles from them15 years ago, a new truck and minivan on the same day, and Jane continued with them. We leased a new Jeep from them last year after we moved to Florida. While back in the area visiting family during the holidays, we had a road incident that required serious mechanical repair. We would have been stuck in Memphis if it wasn t for Gossett. They got our Jeep right into the shop, found out the problem, and told us it could take up to 4 or 6 months to get parts because of all the shortages last year. They promised to work hard to get the parts as soon as possible and helped us get a vehicle to get home to FL. Well within six weeks they had been able to get Jeep to send them the parts, due to their reputation and service to the area, and they helped us get the Jeep from Memphis back to Florida.David Dryphus, the General Manager, is a great guy and has personally bent over backwards to help us many times and always answers questions. Even when he is off work and spending time with family, he still answers questions and makes sure his people take care of you. From the management team, to the sales people, to the guys in the shop, to the fellows at the parts desk, all are polite and respectful. I have never felt pressured to do anything. Even when signing the documents with the financing people, we have never been pressured to purchase add-ons like extra warranties and such. They provide you with the info if you want it, that s all.We will continue to give them business, even though we live 9 hours away.

Larry baker is a great guy to do business with,But when you have a problem all you get a false promises.Ask to speak with the manager and let the message and never gotta return call.Not only that, you cannot even get a service department or a service manager to even get your vehicle and to get looked at for repairs.I have purchased many vehicles from this company and I'm telling you. It's my last buyers beware

Due to the lack of customer service, I initially arrived at the dealership with one trouble indicator, now I have two. I made an appointment for the initial issue that I was having with my 2021 Jeep Cherokee. When I arrived to the dealership and met with the service advisor, I tried explaining the issue to him. I even showed him a pic of the light that was on in my vehicle, but he told me he did know what it was. I asked him could he at least have someone to look at it? He explained that there were a month worth of cars in front of mine. I told him I can leave it with him to just find out what the issue was and could possibly make arrangements getting it fixed. After advising that, the time frame went up to 6-8 weeks before someone could even look at my vehicle, which is absolutely ridiculous. He just showed no interest in assisting me. I guess he saw the frustration in my face, he then deciding that he would take a look at it. After checking it, he told me he didn't see anything, but it could possibly be the battery due to the stall when he cranked my vehicle. There was no solution offered and pretty much I was sent on my way. I never saw the battery light come on during the time of driving and now the check engine light has come on. This was just unacceptable. I plan on taking this issue to the next level of management and maybe I could get some answers.

excellent experience! Jeremy Timi was our sales consultant and his knowledge of the van we looked at and bought was very impressive. Everyone there was friendly and very courteous. Our trade was appraised and was 500 more than I expected. Would definitely recommend friends and family.

My experience was nothing short of exactly the way buying a new car should be. This was the first time in my 60 years I have ever ordered a car. I called and spoke with David Dreyfus the GM of the dodge dealership. David set my expectations and walked me through my order, it took dodge 8 months to build and deliver the car, David was there to keep me updated through text, email and phone calls keeping everyone up to date with the production, shopping, and delivery. I will drive from Nashville every time when in need of a car at this point, David stayed in contact with me weekly about my order, the day the car was deliver David s staff were there taking pictures of my car on the delivery truck and during the unloading of my car to make sure my custom ordered car was delivered perfect just as if I were standing there, even per my instructions having my windows tinted and taken care of so when we took possession of the car it was perfect. From the moment my wife and I walked in the door until the moment we left with our 2022 Dodge Challenger Jailbreak David s staff made the transaction absolutely perfect. I have purchased over 50 new cars in my lifetime, and this was by far the best service and absolutely the best buying experience I have ever had. David does exactly what he says he will with NO surprises. For my money and time I will drive 4 hours to Gossett from Nashville to save a full day of BS with the Nashville dealerships .

Purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee working with salesman Travis on 12/30. That same evening, the front driver side steering knuckle failed, making it undrivable. Travis, manager Carl and mechanics were uninterested in helping me get this resolved. I'm currently paying for a vehicle that I won't be able to drive for MONTHS! I'm out of even more money for insurance. Shame on Carl, Travis, and most importantly, the inspector responsible for ensuring that this part failure wouldn't occur. Steer clear of this lot, especially Travis. I'll never set foot in a traditional dealership again.

1st time in the service department about a year ago, I was told it wasn t safe to leave my car there overnight as it would be stolen.Today, in the Express Lane for a simple oil change, I was told it would take a least 2-3 hours. When I said I was not going to come back to them, they said Okay like they don t care.

No stars!! I nade axservice appointment online and received a confirmation email. The day I showed up for my service I was informed they don't accept appointment, they dont know who confirmed my appointment. No remorse or anything. I drive all the way from Southaven..don't waste your time. Also, they terminated two employees on the same day and people had been waiting since 8am.

The worst experience ever. Everytime I try to bring a vehicle they say come back. The first time I had to wait over 4 hours for an oil change a they didn t want to fix my truck radio which is still under warranty going to say bring it back Saturday. I bring it back Saturday now they saying bring it back the 16th which is almost two weeks from now. Wouldn t do an oil change on my car today either. They just don t care. This is the 3rd time I ve had a problem at this location. I would never refer this location for any type of service. A going to tell me why I wait so late. Like I haven t been trying to get the radio fixed. You ll close @3 it s 10:15 I could have still got an oil change.

Usually buying a car is worse than getting your teeth pulled, not the case with Jim Fiore, Chris Allen, & Larry Baker. Top notch - no pressure, fair business people who want to make a fair deal. I couldn t be happier trading my 2019 Chevy for my first ever Jeep.

Took my Sorrento in for service.. Just thought that I would inquire about a new hybrid Sportage. I'm really not ready to purchase, but the salesperson that showed me the models was really great. She answered all my questions and was really knowledgeable. I was very impressed with vehicle. Not buying today but when I'm ready I'm definitely asking for Alvis Garcia. If I was you I would do the same.

Scheduled a service appt online, showed up at my time and was told there were 200 cars in front of me and it would be a month before they could get to it- no worries, I get y all are backed up, I ll go somewhere else. They then asked what year my car was & when I said 2012 I was told they don t work on cars older than 10 years old. My car has 103,000 miles on it and has been regularly serviced through Jeep dealers since it was bought new off the lot but whatever. Would ve been a much easier experience for everyone if I could ve gotten a phone call, email, anything with this info before I made the trip out there. Just a heads up to anyone looking to get service done here - don t schedule online and don t schedule at all if your car is older than 10 years old.

To the owner - The service advisor manager "Bob" who sits right next to the customer waiting area told me directly that this dealership started this process a couple of years ago due to customers not returning for repairs after parts were ordered. The only way I would get service from your dealership was to leave it with them until they had time to work on it. Three of the four parts needed were in stock but it would be at least 1 1/2 weeks before they would work on it. I agree.... this make no sense at all. My service advisor (new guy had been there less than two weeks) talked with the head mechanic and Bob several times trying to understand why I couldn't make an appointment and bring my truck back when the last of the four parts came in.There is a huge disconnect between what you think is going on and the reality of your service department.

I'm waiting 2 hours just to change oil in their drive in system super fast I spoke to the attendant he came with my car key for me to leave the dealer without my car having done the service. very bad service I asked if my car could stay and I picked it up on Monday said I had to wait

If I would give zero, I would have done. My request to get it fixed while my car couldnt turn on. They changed battery, then few days later, my car has problems again. My husband called and asked to check another battery which they did not check because my van has 2. Made appointment, came in, told them again what I want, they still just checked the battery they changed to make sure its not their fault. Bad service. If you need to get your car fix, dont come here!

Zero star if I could!! Poor customer service this past Saturday. I had a 4 pack Jeep oil change I paid for that the oil service guy (Ross) didn t want to honor it because it wasn t in their VIP. Called Jeep customer service and the rep confirmed I had one in my essential car 25 packet, which Ross refused to search on his computer. Ross was so adamant on looking at the VIP that he completely ignored the Jeep customer service representative and didn t want to listen to what the rep had to say to him. The customer service representative couldn t talk sense to this old man. On top of that Ross was rude to me, my husband, and the customer service representative. Also had asked another service advisor who sat by the door (opposite end of Bob) to help but he refused me and told me to go back to Ross. Took my car to Wolf Chase the next day and they didn t know how to access essential car package on their computer but they took the time to learn from the Jeep customer service rep on how to access it so 5 stars to them and they didn t rush me or give me a nasty attitude. Wolf Chase oil change was an 1 hr turn around time.

My experience with this dealership was excellent. Christopher Foley made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. He made the process very smooth. I look forward to buying my next vehicle from him at this dealership. All of the staff is amazing. They help you whenever you need them, and they are super friendly. 8 new vehicles in 18 years. This makes my 3rd Dually I've bought from them. Over the years customer service has always been spot on. They have always been over backwards to make sure I was happy with whatever vehicle I was purchasing.

Got some tires for my 2020 ram yesterday my new tires were dirty from the service no one wiped them off plus my spare tire was swapped out for another spare tire and now they are saying the one I got is mine that's what I call stealing

This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Chris Foley was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I always came in with my car salesman filter, but I didn t feel like Chris was trying to sell me on anything making me very comfortable. He was upfront and honest, which I knew because I had already done my own research on the car and price. Chris stayed in touch with me the whole time and was a pleasure to work with. Chris Allen the finance manager was also very easy to work with and made things seamless. If you need any car head to see Chris!!
