This place is a circus I called to make an appointment the old lady at the desk said it s ok just come in we have nothing .i walk in there s 4 oil changes ahead of mine . I told Mike at the front I called to make appointment but was told just come in your weren t busy..he says it doesn t matter if you have an appointment you still gtta wait til we get the other cars in(what s the use of even making an appointment)so I understand you can t predict a day so I m patient and understanding of being busy I wait for 3 1/2 hours until finally my car is done which it was sitting in the parking lot for 25 minutes I go up to the counter and ask mike can he check on my vehicle or can I lay he says he doesn t have paper work instead of communicating and saying let me check he just brushes me off like you gotta wait..a few minutes later he decides it s a good time to grab my paperwork. Just to confirm what was done and if there were any recommendations he says no I then ask about the extra quart of oil because I know my vehicle take 5.8 quarts he says no it only 5 ..I then ask about the filter because I know it needs to be ordered it s a premium on I drive (2023 Volkswagen atlas) mike starts to say well you got me worried let me verify he then calls the tech who says well we ran out so I just used 5 . I tell mike I been here this long I ll wait as long as my vehicle I la done right I trust you all I only use Goodyear other than my one free oil change at the dealer Mike states I gtta wait now he been he since 7 am not his problem etc after 5 1/2 hours I left . No communication no customer service or apology or sympathy at all most importantly accountability!

I was on a road trip when and I ran over some kind of plastic shrink-wrap type sheet on the highway that got wrapped around something under my car. They were able to get me in right away even though many of their people were out at lunch. They were friendly and helpful, super quick! And they even talked me through how to get back to the highway after I was done. Thanks for the wonderful service!

My family & I were customers for several years, but NO MORE! I am tired of being grossly overcharged and cheated and being taken advantage of. When asking for discounts, being coldly told " there are no discounts". Just cold, careless service and trumping up made up prices! I feel much like a victim after being a long time loyal customer with all my vehicles. Goodbye to them! I am filing a complaint to BBB for fraudulant and predatory business practices.

My fianc� went to get one of the tires on my car patched and had an appointment, yet had to wait almost 3 HOURS for a PATCH only for them to tell him that they didn t do anything at all other than fill up the tires with air because they were low. They also said that we needed to get the tire pressure sensors fixed because they weren t reading the pressure, but they work just fine. You just have to be driving the vehicle for the pressure to pop up. Clearly they didn t even know. Lastly, he said the lady up front was very rude to him saying that he was mansplaining things to her when all he wanted was to make sure they were on the same page; the exact same way he would ve said it to a man.We had heard bad things from this location from people we know, yet decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but clearly that was a mistake.

The BEST Good Year in Memphis! I drive out of my way to patronize the Union Ave location. The best staff ever... I have been coming since 2006 Never been disappointed. Best Service, Quality, and Selection, I trust them with all my vehicles.

Four hundred for a single flat tire replacement. They also lost my hubcaps. Save your money and hubcaps. Literally anywhere else is half the price.

Went in to do an alignment at 12:30. I was told it would take about 1hour. Left at 3:13pm almost 3 hours later and they didn t do anything to my vehicle. Said it would take another (hour) to get me fixed up.

I only needed my tires checked for air but that your man was fantastic. It was very cold and he did it with a smile. The office personnel was great also. I dont live here but if I came back and need repairs I would stop there. The all around service was an A+++..

We were here on vacation and got a hunk of metal in our tire. It couldn t be repaired so we had to replace it. We decided to replace both rear tires. They were able to get us in and out in just a little over an hour. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

Didn't have the tire I needed in stock (wierd size) but they helped me get back on the road anyways (put on my spare). Appreciate the manager Brian and their great technician James.

Great customer service. Everyone I talk to at this Goodyear is very personable, upbeat, and incredibly helpful. They ve never tried to sell me something I don t need, or add on extra fees just to check things out. I always feel like they go the extra mile to make sure my car s taken care of.Generally service is very quick, and I m usually surprised by how fast I receive a call saying my car s ready.

I made an appointment on line three days ago only to be told they had too many walk-in customers and could not service my vehicle. I am not convinced the on line appointments are reviewed. I drove twenty-two miles to be turned away without any feasible options. I was highly insulted at the disregard for my well established appointment and it was very inconsiderate to tell me to call next time or drop my vehicle off when the doors open at 8:00 a.m. Mind you, the earliest you can make an appointment on line is 9:00 am. Then of course you're going to have more walk-in customers. WHY NOT TAKE THE ON LINE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM DOWN. IT SERVES NO PURPOSE!!!!! Goodyear, you just lost a valuable customer who has decided to take my business elsewhere.

Very friendly atmosphere, you will not be charged for services you didn't authorize.They tell you about approximately how long it is going to take. Great people on Union Avenue.

Was facing the reality of taking my truck to the dealership for a water pump replacement and potentially not getting it back for 2 weeks and the fine crew at Goodyear got my truck back to me on the same day.Can't recommend them enough.

Manager is careless. Had a blade in our tire and went to get some help. We arrived 15 mins before closing and he said he didn't want to stay passed 5 to help us. I understand not wanting to stay after, but we offered more money for his service. Didn't care whatsoever about anyone but himself. Very arrogant and rude. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend

I wish I could give these men a million stars. I have never felt so welcomed in any place that is going to take my money lol. I will continue to give them business. They broke my service down. They were packed and still let me come in early ( had an appointment at 4pm). They called me and welcomed me to come early. Barely was in there an hour. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

Unfortunately, their customer service swings drastically depending on the day apparently. We began our journey with Goodyear because my wife ran over a nail and the shop is only down the street from our home. I made a appointment online and was pleasantly surprised to find the tire repair was free. We dropped the car off and also went ahead and made an appointment for her to have an oil change Mon 4/26 because we are so impressed we had planned to make this our regular shop. Then the trouble began. I made a second oil change appointment, again online, for my vehicle for the same Monday after my wife s appointment and figured we would go have dinner during this time since the service time was 3 HOURS. I screenshot the confirmation and went about my weekend. Monday comes and my wife takes her car in, no problem. I get to Goodyear an hour or so later, see her car up in the air, and walk into the service center to get checked in. It s a different young man for me (Preston or Presley ?) and I tell him I m a little early for my appointment but would like to go ahead and check in. He proceeds to try and tell me off for actually being late which I m am shocked with because you would think this professional would know that the car he is accusing of being late is already being worked on Anyway I explain the earlier appointment was my wife s (across the room) and I am there for my 4 o clock. He says he doesn t have it so I show the confirmation page. He looks at it twice and at his computer and all he could say was That s weird, didn t come through. The whole interaction with him was rather rude and as if he didn t care if I was a customer or not. It was very irritating that this fumble was on their end and the best this man could come up with was that s weird and a half baked attempt to try to get me in tomorrow. He even had the nerve to come back over to me and my wife and try to sell her some additional services. I think not. Very disappointed to have to try another shop after finding what we thought was going to be a good fit

A friend and I were traveling through town when an idler pulley started to make a terrible racket. So I dropped the truck off Friday evening and picked it up Saturday at lunch with two new idler pulleys. There was almost no interruption to our trip, the work was done efficiently, and the cost was reasonable. Thanks.

This is a great place. The service they gave me was above and beyond "normal." They found that my problem was not a tire issue but a wheel rim (crack) problem. They then connected me to a shop that repairs wheel rims. They handed me the rim and I arranged to get it to the repair shop. Upon returning, my car was still on the Goodyear lift. They remounted the tire and I was all set to go!After all that, you know what they charged me? $0.00. They didn't do this 'cause they hoped to sell me a tire next time. I live 500 miles away. You can't get better service than that. Thank you Goodyear!

I've caught them being honest. Who can really say that about most auto shops? Great customer service and reasonable prices, too. This place is nearly 10 miles from my house, and there are probably 20 service centers between my house and them, but this is where I go because I know they're honest, reasonable and just plain good people.

I have been bringing my car here for about 5 years. I live near by and usually drop my car off for service. They are busy and sometimes it takes longer than you would think. I call first and plan my schedule around it. With that being said, they always do a good job, and they are nice to me. When I picked up my car today, they had washed my car and replaced a tire at no charge, in addition to the scheduled work.

Wasted my entire lunch break waiting on them to change my tire out. At least two guys sitting around talking not doing any work. Walking by me, making eye contact but nothing is being done to service my car. Just a bunch of old white guys wasting time. Didn t help me at all but could stare at my body when I walked in. I got tired of waiting so I just left. Meanwhile another white guy is there and they re breaking their necks to help him. Racist much? I won t be returning. Ever.

Showed up with my new car, asking for road hazard and an alignment. The mechanic showed me the dealer should still be responsible instead of just taking my money. Didn't have any work done so I can't review the quality of the work, but the manager was up front, honest that he couldn't help, , personable, AND had INTEGRITY. Again, no data on mechanical work, but management is top notch

Customer service is good but they take a long time. Good for everything else I m sure but don t go for an oil change. I dropped my car off at open then went to work. I got back at close to closing and it still wasn t done. It always takes at least two hours there. They also forgot to update my sticker from last time.

I would highly recommend the store at 1200 Union Ave in Memphis. I needed an oil change for my Mini Cooper, ran into a small problem, but the manager, Dave, went above and beyond to help me. Honest and great work!!!
