I went to get my oil changed a few minutes ago, and this was my first time trying Good year. The staff was superb and very knowledgeable about my beat up Chevy Impala. They were very professional in telling me what needs repaired, and the cost of the repairs. I highly recommend this auto shop if you want a great experience in auto care and services!

I haven't given many 5 star reviews in my life, but these guys deserve it. This is my second time coming here. I'm happy to report outstanding service both times.My bill, the first time reasonable, for the cost of high-performance tire.My bill the second time was zero.A valve stem cap's o-ring had slipped and was down in the valve stem. No charge! Now that's honesty! They checked it thoroughly, and there were no other leaks.Kudos to Goodyear. Honest auto service. That's rare in this" make a buck" world.Right across from Popeyes on Winchester Road

I will never buy Good year Starfire tires again they either sold me bad tires or they are cheaply made. My tires are brand new and they slides and they also keep catching flat have to keep airing them up and 2 of them was no good after getting a nail in them please don't even waste your money on Starfire brand

This place is amazing. My wife had a flat on 385 and after waiting hours for roadside assistance she was able to make it in just before closing. They kept the tire overnight and then put it on first thing in the morning, at no charge! I can't thank them enough.

We have had good service in the past but we had this shop do a alignment on our Yukon (3 year warranty alignment) two days after installing new tires. Now 4 months later we go back to have them check the alignment as the front tires are wearing uneven. They put it on the machine and read the measurements backward and will not listen or consider that they are wrong.Took to a different shop and they found the problem and fixed but now we are out an additional cost and have two worn tires to replace.

This place, staff, and location is wonderful! Andy gave me exactly what i requested no questions. Also found that my tire was about to blow with warned down shocks from all the pot holes i been trying to avoid. Quick service. Way better than Walmart. This is my new and only place for my current and future cars. Ecstatically pleased

Mandy is the BEST! She goes above and beyond for EVERY person that comes in. She made our not so great experience with a car dealership tolerable. Cannot thank her and the team at Goodyear enough!

I have been a customer of this location for more than 5 years and have ALWAYS been an extremely happy customer.Andy the manager takes care of all his customers in a professional, honest, polite, and courteous manner. He always communicate with the customer throughout the process.Andy and all of the employees are always professional, courteous and polite and knowledgeable of the services you are requesting.I now live in TX, but whenever I return to Memphis, I make sure I bring my car in for service when needed, and I am never disappointed.Hands down, this is the ABSOLUTE BEST place to bring you vehicle for service.Family and friendly atmosphere Always!!!!!!!!!

I hearing some faint tapping when I put my foot on the gas. They told me I needed a timing belt for my Lexus . Went to Lexus and they explained the car find. I have a high performance fuel pump that's the way sounds. NO CHARGE!

DON'T RECOMMEND. Took my truck to get a full carcheck. They didn't Honor the FREE service that's advertised on their website said something wrong with the site but mentioned he's had other customers to ask for the same thing. Spoke with a short black man I'm assuming the manager. Wrote up in chicken scratch the recommendations but didn't go over them with me. Handed me the paper and he walked off. RUDE!! Then my car wouldn't crank back up the next day! Don't let them do Anything to your car. Waste of time!

Excellent service. Manager (Andrew B.) answered phone and was polite, professional, and explained what my wait time would be upfront and why. Had a tire repair and it was done on time as promised and he even took the time to explain the repair process and all the steps they take to do the job right and make sure the repair and the tire are safe. Considering work limitations due to covid and the volume of cars they work on, it's amazing how the manager takes time to care for customers like he does. Would definitely go back!

A very positive experience at the Goodyear of Winchester, Memphis.I spoke with Damien Osborne on my 1st visit, who recommended making an appointment, as the wait time would be long. I made the appointment on Friday and came back on Monday.The team saw me within the hour, checked my tires, filled them with air and did not charge me. My Subaru tire alert was on, and I thought a tire was punctured. Everything was fine.Its great to interact with such a professional team at the Goodyear at Winchester. I appreciate Damien's commitment to providing a positive client experience in a certain time period, even while assisting multiple clients.

I had some tires put on here, and Andrew helped out with that. It was a smooth process and fairly quick. I've always been happy with Goodyear tires and appreciate the free balancing, rotation, and basic services that go along with them. I got a nail in my tire yesterday and had a flat this morning. I called and Damien informed me it would be about an hour to fix. I came in and they fixed it right up, his estimate was almost exact. I appreciate the accurate estimates and timely service so I can plan around it. I've always had friendly service here and never feel like I'm getting ripped off.

Honest Trusted and DependableI've been a customer of Goodyear Memphis on Winchester for more than a decade. I only trust this location because the Store Manager, Andy, has been there and his customer service coupled with his teams service literally makes all the difference.I have 2 vehicles and after the dealer warranty expired, both of my babies, a 2004 Dodge Durango "Charo" and 2013 Buick Verano "Cherry" ONLY go to Goodyear for maintenance and repair.I'm very particular about how they are serviced and Andy and Damien make sure the work is done right...they even use their names with me! Moreover, when repairs are needed, I'm thoroughly advised and shown, if necessary what is needed. I've always been treated with respect and appreciation.This location isn't near my home or job, but it's worth it to me to know I'll get consistent, quality, comprehensive service for my vehicles. Goodyear, do all you can to keep Andy, he's an exceptional asset to your company! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all looking for great car care!

Jerry Henderson was a real nice and helpful person. I like the fact that he showed me the part that was bad on my car and explained it to me. (Especially me being a woman not knowing anything about cars) If I ever need service on my Nissan this will be the place I will go back to. Thx a lot Jerry THUMBS UP to Goodyear!!!

I have been using Goodyear Auto Service-Winchester more than 10 years for preventative maintenance, service, repairs and tires. The work performed has always been excellent! I had major front suspension work done last week and Andrew kept me informed on the status every step of the way from beginning to completion. My GMC Sierra has more than 250,000 miles on it and now rides like it did 18 years ago when it was new! Thanks to Andrew and his great team, I'll probably get another 250K or more out of it!

Wonderful service. They worked on my car for two days to change the brake which had major rust issues but didn t charge me for the extra labor they had to put. I would definitely go back for all of my auto service needs in future.

I needed new tires and had called multiple carriers and Andy went way above and beyond to find what I needed. Not only did they find the tires but the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend using this Goodyear for any auto service you may need. Again thanks Andy for your help.

If you are in Memphis and need a good place to have your vehicle serviced I highly recommend this place i was passing thru and my car had some issues and they helped to get me and my car back on the road great service very professional friendly and informative and helpful and for the times reasonable pricing

I have been coming to this Goodyear location for several years and I have always experience great customer service, considerate and friendly staff. Andrew the store manager is an awesome guy with excellent customer service. They also do great work and I have recommended this Goodyear location to many people.
