Very professional, quickly, and great customer service. I called to get an estimate for broken windows at our boutique and they came out to look at it same day. They also offer different glass type and options that works best for you. Depending on the type of glass you re getting you may have to order it. The glass installment was extremely quick and they got straight to work. I was pleased with the service and I highly recommend this company you will not regret it!

Todd and Dylan were very professional and got the job done proficiently, accurately and timely. The men explained everything in detail and provided information on other services the company offered. I have a year warranty on my replacement.I highly recommend this company if you need any kind of glass replacement.

Todd and Dylan did an excellent job or replacing my window. They were on time, professional and the Glass Doctor communicated clearly and promptly throughout the entire process. They quickly and correctly fixed my issue the first time. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for my future window and glass projects. Great work in all aspects of the job.

Wonderful job! No one would ever know I had a large glass door window replaced. Technicians were fabulous, extremely courteous and cleaned up all. If I have any other breakage or need repairs, i will definitely call them and you should too.Thanks again for your service, installers ,Todd & Dylan!

This was my second time using their services. The are fast, friendly, and affordable. My son kicked a soccer ball into our bathroom window. We needed it fixed quickly. Brandon was great. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He had my window replaced the same day. Will definitely use Glass Doctor of Memphis again.

Glass doctor was the perfect choice. Brandon Powers came out to my house and was very professional. Knowledgeable about the process of installing a shower door and answered all my questions. Glass was ordered and installed within a week. The two Installers were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again. Thanks guys- Bo Reed

Carl & Tony came out this am to look at a glass shower door that was misaligned and allowed water to leak out onto bathroom floor. They said might be able to re-align and started drilling and banging and I walked out of the room. About 90 minutes later they called me back to the master and it looks as tight as you can get. So far looks like a really good job by two very knowledgeable guys. Will report actual working when we use it next.

Glass Dostor technicians were quickly scheduled and showed up on time to give us an estimate for replacing the cracked glass in two very large storm windows. After agreeing to their reasonable estimate, they quickly and efficiently removed the screens, removed the two broken panels of glass, and replaced the screens. Invoices were generated on their computer and sent to our email. We also used them recently to seal a rock chip in our windshield which they quickly took care of. I highly recommend them for all your glass needs.

Awesome company to do business with. I had a half moon window replaced. Service was top notch. Todd Avery and his colleague did a professional job on the replacement of the window. process from start to finish was uncommonly excellent. Jimmy and Jeff, the installers, listened to my inputs and the result is a long overdue upgrade that looks like it has been there since 1954! Now we have triple insulated fluted side lights to our front door. No more single pane winter sweats!

CONSUMER BEWARE !!I'm utterly disappointed with this company ! My truck was broken into while at work. Two of my passenger windows were damaged (including a regulator & window trim)...Also, I needed a windshield replacement; because it got damaged during the winter storms. I chose this company over a few well known competitors due to their 5 star rating and positive reviews online. However, I just noticed the bulk of positive reviews are reflecting on home glass installations "NOT" auto. Moving forward, my first windshield installation was sloppy done. It was glue bulging out of the windshield's trim in varies areas and through my window guard. Even now, if I roll the passenger window up/down "new" clumps of glue would get back on the window again. It was evident, the first tech was inexperience. Somehow, the second tech managed to crack my window guard trying to remove the excessive amount of glue. I told the GM, Safelite replaced the front window and regulator without any issues with the window guard. So, he offered to replace the guard, but quickly stopped after ordering the wrong sizes from Amazon. Why he chose Amazon, I have the slightest idea when it's other truck accessories companies out here ! However, he was nice enough to come & pick up my vehicle and reinstall a new windshield. Unfortunately, the second windshield installation wasn't securly intact; because it leaked badly during rainy weather. This morning, the GM came out to my home and installed the third windshield; and offered a full refund for all the inconvenience...And left me to find & replace a window guard which "THEY" DAMAGED !! Only time will tell if this windshield is installed properly. If not, than I'll be utilizing my refund at Safelite Auto Glass or Jack Morris Auto Glass.Overall, this has been the absolute worse auto repair experience in my life !! Mentally drained and furious is a understatement ! My truck looks horrible now, because of this company. The pictures doesn't serve any justice. Don't patronize this company unless you have time to spare and money to waste. Their expertise isn't auto glass repair by far !!

I believe it was Brandon that first came and took measurements of a broken window and I needed three glass shelves for my China Cabinet. He did a great job measuring for the glass, everything came together great.Carl was the installer and he too was absolutely great. He had the window in in no time, perfect. At first, weren't sure how to put the glass shelves in the cabinet, but he figured it out in no time. GREAT JOB, Brandon and Carl. I'll certainly use Glass Doctors again, if needed and will certainly share my experience! Thanks again!!

My mirror to my dresser was broken in a move. I contacted the Glass Doctor and they immediately scheduled an estimate for replacement. They did quality work and in a timely manner. I would recommend the Glass Doctor of Memphis for any needed glass repairs. Awesome staff and customer service!

Technician was very nice and quick with estimate. He came back to repair glass pretty fast and was great quality work. Would recommend glass doctor to friends and family.
