First and for most the most helpful and quickly getting their job done.! They were patient with me over the phone for I was already frustrated having left my vehicle on and key locked inside. Was able to pay over the phone through Cash App.!!!(wallet in vehicle) I was able to track them through their location to see how close they were to me with an estimated time arrival. (He drove a whole hour to me) This man here Mike shook my hand had no hesitation to get right into opening up my vehicle (really nice guy) not even 2 minutes and my door was open. Not exaggeratingHopefully I won t have to call again but if I need it done definitely will be calling them back even request Mike to come out here himself hahaThanks again Mike appreciate it a lot.!!!GI LOCKSMITH is the way to go

Such great service!!! He was able to get in my car in less than 4 minutes, he s very very kind and very fast as well!! Not only did he unlock my car he also tried helping with my battery even though that s not what he was here for! Such a great guy, call him with your locked car troubles!

I called them and the phone rung one time. They picked up and got to me in 5 minutes. I was visiting the area with my family for the holiday. I recommend them 1 million times. There was no damage done to my car and when they got it it out, it took them less than 5 minutes to get my keys out. To be unfamiliar with the area and have people show good signs of nice and polite was everything. Thank you all so much.

Had trouble with my lockbox refusing to open. Within 30 min of being on the phone they had somebody drive out to help with the issue. They resolved my problem and had the box opened within minutes. Quick and reliable service. Thank you!

GI is wonderful!! I called at 4:15 in the afternoon expecting to schedule him to come out in a few days; however, he arrived at my house 1.5 hours later. He was able to get into my storage unit and put on a new deadbolt in about 20 minutes. Definitely give him a call!!

Got locked out of my semi-truck because I pulled the spare key to get copies made on hometime. GI was awesome. Prompt service and was willing to go outside his normal service range for me. A tad on the pricier side but I'd happily pay it again! Worth every penny to not be stuck outside in the rain.

I had a late night emergency job that was 2 hours away from GI. He answered my call immediately, gave me my (very reasonable!!) cost up front, and even shared his GPS location with me so I d know when he got there. Such a nice guy and very professional! I am not a review-leaving-type-person, but people need to know when exceptional service is available to them!! 10/10, no notes, GI. Sharing your information with my whole team!

I was so impressed with the professionalism. I locked my keys in my bus downtown Memphis. I was scared of my surroundings and did not feel safe. The locksmith was very close to where I was located and stayed on the phone with me until he saw me! He was so nice and in just a matter of minutes he had my doors open. If you are ever in Memphis and need his services CALL!! I promise you won t regret it! I told the Peabody Motel to make note of his number for future reference as well!! I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

Weather was absolutely horrendous and they still arrived ASAP. Communication was awesome throughout the entire experience. Whenever you get locked out, it's never a good feeling. He made the experience and my day better with his optimistic and caring approach.

Great and timely service. They were able to come on a Sunday and rekey my mom's house along with making additional keys. I will definitely use them again if I need a locksmith. Five Stars all the way around.

I called this locksmith when I first got locked out of my vehicle. They were so fast!! And such a great price!! The locksmith gave me a discount on a copy for my key. I followed them to their location downtown Memphis. Such a great looking space and they copied my push to start key!! I highly recommend if you read any reviews, definitely read this. They were fast, best price, professional, and definitely a number I saved for anything in the future! Thank you so much! And I found out this is a local locksmith that's family owned. I'm happy to support a local business any day!

I needed emergency services to get into my safe for work and had the owner of the company there within 30 minutes. The best thing was I had an estimate before he even looked and it was more than fair. He did everything he could to save me as much money as possible. Will definitely use them again

Lost my keys new years night and was sooo scared that I was going to have to leave my car in the parking garage for days until someone could help. I tried calling other companies and no answer. Finally decided to call this company and immediately I got on the phone with Mike. He was very reassuring and helped ease my worries and told me that he d do everything he could to help me get someone out there and to get me driving again. Well on new years everyone was super busy with other cars and there wasn t anyone available for in the morning so he went out of his way to pull some strings and find me someone that could do it! He kept me updated every step only the way and I m so grateful that he took the time to make sure I was taken care of. The person he sent to me was also very nice and super quick!! Also it did not cost an arm and a leg. I can t say how much I recommend these people. If you re ever in need of these services I would definitely go to them and I wouldn t recommend anyone else:) thank you Mike for everything!!

Called five 24 hr locksmiths at 10:30 pm and GI was the only one that answered. Told him where I was and what the problem was and he said he d be there in 15-20 minutes. I thought, yeah, right, I ll be here an hour or more. He sent a link where I could follow his route to me and he showed up in 20 minutes just like he said. Took care of the problem quickly and was nothing but professional. Prompt, friendly, courteous, and very professional. Highly recommend. Only one I will call from now on

Accidentally locked myself out while I was leaving the house. Anthony showed up and systematically worked through lockpicking options. In all it took about 5-10 minutes to get in. Super nice dude. Would recommend these guys again.

GI and his crew are outstanding. They went way above and beyond when the locks on my RV quit working. I was unable to access my tank valves because of a faulty lock. They were very responsive and resourceful finding a solution for me. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the service I received. I would recommend them for all you lock related needs.
