My overall experience with Jim was great! He was very thorough and went over everything in great detail which I appreciated. He was very nice, and I would recommend him over and over! I love my 2024 GV70!

I bought a Genesis last year and it is time to be serviced. I called to make an appointment and was told that a service advisor would reach out to me before my appointment date. I have had to call three times to speak to an advisor in which I haven't spoken to yet. The guy told me unfortunately there is nothing he can do about it except send another alert for someone to reach out to me and still nothing. here it is the day of servicing and still no advisor. The lack of professionalism baffles me. I don't get it, everyone wants to get paid but not do their job.

Genesis at Wolfchase was such a great and phenomenal experience. I was not hassled on the car lot by any means. My sales person Tyreese had asked me if I had any questions on the G90 that I was looking at and was glad to show me the vehicle at any time. They did not have The specific one that I had wanted in stock but he as well as his sales manager Josh went on a complete hunt around the country to make sure that I was well accommodated and continued to stay engaged with me via text message. With all the positive communication they were able to find my car! There was nothing pushy about this experience. They had explained everything and it was such a wonderful experience and even after my purchase they had continued to follow up to make sure that I had a great experience and if I needed anything and have any questions about the vehicle. If you go, I highly recommend seeing Tyreese and getting to know Josh, the general sales manager.

Armand and Sadie are wonderful! I always feel taken care of and like I got the best experience with them. I ve heard horror stories about some Genesis dealers around the country and I m so glad we have such a high quality dealer here.

Excellent! Ben is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is very energetic, always hustling, and always pleasant. While at WC we noticed the everyone there looked us in the eye, smiled and greeted us every time we saw anyone at all. To me, that shows excellent leadership from the top! I would recommend Ben and Wolfchase Hyundai to anyone I know that may be looking for a car. I recently went in for routine maintenance and the service was great. I was told the expected wait time upfront and it was ready in that exact time frame. SUV was also given a good rinse which I appreciated. See Chris Stoke when it s time for your first or next routine maintenance!

It was a pleasure working with Joe as I shopped for a used van. He answered the phone when I originally called Wolfchase; answered my questions; and quickly sent me a text with updated pictures of the van to answer one outstanding question. I had a checklist during our appointment and very much appreciated his patience and no-pressure attitude. After test driving other vans at other locations, I decided on this one. We were in the area and when I texted Joe to see the van again, he was very accommodating despite having another upcoming appointment. He even followed up a few days after the sale to see if I had any questions or issues. I highly recommend Joe!

Ben made my car shopping experience very comfortable which is a good thing because in order to be comfortable you have to trust. I haven t driven my Highlander since I drove it home because I haven t been feeling well at all, but my experience with shopping with you guys at Hyundai was great.It s been a week since I did this survey and I have driven my Highlander a few times since, it s been great. I was looking for a used SUV, which buying a used vehicle can be really scary (to me at least) but reassured me that Hyundai puts all of their used cars through through a thorough inspection inspection which is extremely wonderful! Ben also said we would not sell a car that didn t pass our inspection. It s very reassuring. Before needing to buy a new car because of my accident I had thought in the future when I buy my new vehicle, not used, that I would buy a Hyundai so that is one of the reasons why I went there to look for my used vehicle this time. I know that I will go back in the future to purchase my new vehicle from there.Ben is a good honest person who will work to get the best possible deal on a great car for you. I am so happy with my new vehicle because it was seriously exactly what I was looking for and wanted. Thank you so much Ben and Hyundai! I m happy! -Lisa

I did not enjoy my purchasing experience when I purchased my Genesis. The first thing I said to Chris, I should have bought a Mercedes because I was looking to purchase a luxury car with luxury overall experience. Until I worked with Chris, I didn t feel appreciated. By the time I finished working with Chris, he had changed my perception of your company. Chris was excellent and was patient with me because there were things, I needed to know about my Genesis that I had not been taught. I am a business owner and I look for employees like Chris. Going forward I look forward to working with Chris!

Jim is one of the Service Managers there and did an awesome job getting my used vehicle taken care of prior to me taking posession. He had his guys go through it top to bottom and they replaced defective equipment with the proper stuff. Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Highly recommend!

Joanne is a wonderful person to work with. She keeps me updated every time I bring my vehicles in to be serviced. She always answers calls or text or gets back to you quickly if she is unable too at that moment. She gets parts ordered quickly and my cars serviced in a timely manner, which helps a lot due to how my work schedule is. All in all, my experiences with her are always wonderful and she is always smiling and easy to talk too.

Had a service appointment with Chrisfor my Genesis G80. I showed up late but no big deal he changed my appointment start time and got the service department right on it. Quick and efficient service, they took care of my needs and gave my a car a courtesy wash with my request of cleaning the inside windows. I was in and out quicker than I thought I d be. Thanks Wolfchase Hyundai/Genesis for the continued awesome service.

Ben is by far the best car salesman that I have ever met. He's honest, fair and a man with integrity. I like the fact that he has a in-depth knowledge of the vehicles he sells. I would describe him as a very personable young man. I whole heartedly recommend Ben.

First, we arrived with no appointment intending to just look at cars. Anthony met us and asked if he could help. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us one car. While going to get the keys, he was approached by another customer. Anthony helped them and still co ti ued to help us. We went for a test drive and Anthony had a scheduled appointment show up. He managed to help us both. While working out our deal, he had another appointment show up and he still managed to help both of us. I never once felt like I was ignored or not important to Anthony as a customer. He worked with me and managed to produce a deal that was very fair and ultimately caused me to purchase the vehicle. I have already recommended Anthony as a salesman to several people and would gladly continue to do so.

It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had, and I think it is due entirely to the attentive service I received...I never had to wait on an answer to my emails or calls...they answered all my questions fully and then went beyond to explain further. I cannot think of even one area that could be improved...the service made the final decision about the sale!

Extremely helpful and friendly. Quick to respond and answered any questions I had about my vehicle. Very flexible with my situation and were able to accommodate me with anything I needed during the buying process. Provided visuals and videos of the vehicle and generally made the experience painless and quick. Highly recommended and I would definitely shop here again!!

The valet service that comes with my Genesis I bought from this dealer is fantastic. Very smooth and easy. Very nice people to work with. Thanks again for all the help. I would recommend their service department to anyone.

Ask for Ashton when you go in. She will definitely help you get in what you want. My credit isn t the best but she got me in a car the same day after i had been to numerous other dealerships. Highly recommend Ashton Adams.
