They have taken care of my vehicle several times. I used them the first time for the convenience of being by my work. I return because they take care of my vehicle. They keep me notified of the status and get the work done in a timely manner. They are decently priced. I got an oil change for less than $80

Brought my Nissan Rogue in for a standard oil change/tire rotation as well as topping off my fluids. Asked the guy at the counter when I dropped it off if they could secure my right tire fender (Service King on Covington Pike did not secure this when I had my vehicle there for repairs from a minor accident) and he assured me they would. I have paid for my car and this is the second service place to neglect my request to secure this to my vehicle. I am not sure why I was blantly ignored but I m writing this review as it would appear people working here aren t listening to all requests they are being given. Thanks.

Update: Management called and made this right with refund. Still, just ask questions when you go in.According to the manager I spoke with today, it is standard practice for employees to take your vehicle and run a check on it without informing you how much you will be charged. Even if the service you are wanting is declined, there may still be a charge which wasn't verbally spoken up front. I was also told that I could contact the district manager but the district manager would say the same thing, that verbal communication doesn't have to be given because of the signs that are posted in the store that the customer is supposed to read and therefore know what they will be charged even if the service cannot be performed. It is my personal opinion that as a business it is not a good practice to just assume that the customer can read every sign in your store rather than whoever you are dealing with having a conversation with you to say "yes we can look at this but this but it will cost you this amount and we may or may not be able to perform the service but you will be charged X amount either way." Just be aware.

Great service and helpful input with the questions I had. They are, as alot of employers, short on help. So be patient with them. I watched them gracefully and helpfully answer questions, and fill up people's low tires. Will be back.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! They open at 7:30am I arrive at 7:35am to only have a screw removed from my tire (repair) I m told it will be a few hours! Ok fine! Sooo 3 hours later!!! It turned into wasting 3 HOURS OF MY TIME!!!!!! They never touched/moved my car!!!!GATEWAY TIRE YOU NEED SOME IMPROVEMENT ASAP!!!!

If it had not been for the first employee encountered when visited, would not have gone back after the second trip due to the next employee being less than nice, friendly and caring. Acted as if he was being bothered. Once repaired, After 5 minutes had to drive car back. Mechanic was gracious to meet me at the door and quickly fix his error.

I'm new to memphis coming from California I needed to fix a tire that had a screw in it . Jason and his crew welcomed me and fixed my tire . Super friendly and fast . This is my new tire and oil change spot!!

They fixed my bent wheel, put a tire on and changed my oil in 40 mins. Please stop taking your cars to the dealership for service and come to this Gateway!

Excellent experience. Took car in at 1130 and they put on 2 new tires, aligned wheels, replaced 3 sensors and changed oil in just a few hours rRandy explained all needed work in the future which is very helpful.

I have been going to Gateway for years and have always had good service at this location! If you're going in on a Saturday, the wait time can be a little extensive but they will take care of you and if for some reason they can't, they'll recommend someone who can. Highly recommend this location!

I went here due to having leakage from my vehicle. They told me it was radiator so I let them go ahead and fix that problem. It wasn't until a few months later that I noticed they didn't put a part back on. Since a couple of months had pass I didn't even bother to ask them about it. Then a few months later a have leakage again. It seems to me if when they replaced the radiator and noticed warped pipes they would have suggested that I replaced it then. Well that didn't happen so ended up paying 275 for less than 20 parts that could have been done when the radiator was replaced. Just the pipes replaced the beginning of this year and just noticed the weekend it's leaking again! I think it's time to try a different place.

I am disappointed. The wait was really long which I'm fine with, but they told me I had a problem with my TPS system-which I didn't have when I brought the car to them- It's a fairly new car with less than 20k miles. So just say you don't know how to reset the system, don't say I have a problem with it, because I didn't come in with one. Now I have to go to the dealership because you created a new problem.

This was my first visit to Gateway Tire, and I'm a fan already! The Manager Joel was exceptional. Very personable, honest, and attentive. I was impressed with the timeliness of the service, and comfortable waiting area. Will definitely come here for any tires, oil changes and brakes work in the future.

Thank you Gateway Tire in Bartlett for excellent service today. I had a flat tire. Stopped by a competitor because they were close and was quickly turned away because they were busy. I live in Brighton, Tn. and was nervous about getting home with just putting air in the tire. I took a chance on Gateway in Bartlett and was taken care of quickly and no charge!!! You have made a customer for life! Thank you again Justin for excellent service!

I'm a repeat customer because I've always gotten great service from the staff at this store. I've never felt like they where trying to take advantage of me because I'm not auto repair savvy. reasonably priced, and quick to complete the work.

I have never had a negative experience at this location. I have always felt they were honest and the work is well done. I had a 95 Neon that kept having issues and like an idoit I kept having it worked on. I respected the fact the front counter rep said unless I am really attached to this vehicle I should walk away.

I buy all my tires from Gateway because I love their service. I came by today because my tire light was on. In less than 10 min, probably closer to 5, I had my tires filled and was ready to go. Fast and friendly, always!

I went in for an oil change today around 345 thinking it would take a while before my vehicle could get serviced. But that wasn't the case! I was out of there in under 40 minutes, UNBELIEVABLE!! The staff is always courteous, the popcorn is always fresh and the service from the mechanics it's Exceptional. If you're looking for a friendly, reasonablely priced tire and service center look no further than this place!

I think it crazy how you leave your car up there and, they just act like it not there problem once something happens. my catalytic coverter was stole off my car. they didnt care really. they will charge you 60 bucks for a check up on your car and really dont tell you anything. like is there other problems, no just needs a battery and a tire. cool. charges you 494.00. thank god the battery was taken off. i only had to pay 232.00 but still. now im out of a cat and 232.00. no i have spend a additional 300 dollars to get my cat replaced. didnt offer anything not even a small refund for my trouble. just awful.just awful.

I have to share this story about Gateway because it really happened. This is the Gateway on the corner of 70 and Kirby Whitten road. I helped out some ladies who were on their way to church but both tires on the front were bald with steel belts showing. I helped them change one tire and told them they really needed 2 new tires immediately, the were no going to make it to church. They followed me to Gateway which had just closed. I knocked on the window and the owner opened the door. I told him the issue and he directed one of his guys to put new tires on the car. The ladies were on their way quickly thanks to those helpful men.I have always gone to this Gateway because they know what they are doing. You will wait sometimes but it's worth it. It is a tire store with a heart!

They do a great job when it comes to tires, the only problem with that is the long wait tines. But the real problem i have is they want to charge you sixty dollars for a diagnostic that they dont waive even though you basically know the problem. And when i was told to come bavk at a later dare i tool it to O'Reilly who did a one minute diagnostic and found out my spark plugs were misfiring for free. Only a tune-up needed. Saved me $60.

I have had only positive experiences with this business. I have 3 vehicles all over 10 years old so one is always needing work. This location has always been prompt with a diagnosis and fair with the price. The quality of the work is very good as well.

Gateway tire is a con shop, they lie and say your car needs parts and won't give you a alignment and then charge you $27.00 for lying to you. I took my vehicle in on three different time within a few years and everytime they say I need parts and work that cost over $900 for them to do the work before they can align my vehicle. Then I go to another alignment shop and they align my vehicle with no problem and said that I didn't need any other work or parts. This place should be on BBB list as a con shop.

All the sales men seem nice but Randy the Salesman is always very nice. The waiting area is always clean and they get you out of there. This one is so much better that Gateway on Covington Pike where they are rude and put friends of the owner and people that work there ahead of you.
