Came in with my mother because we kept having to add coolant, We suspected a leak but didn't know where it may be coming from. Rico and his team were very professional. They took excellent care of us and we were on our way. Very pleased with this location. Would recommend.

Bought 3 tires from them in August and few days ago one got completely flat due to a nail and when I called about it they just ask me to come over and they gave me a replacement ..it was such a relieved..I do appreciate their service and will recommend them to my friends

I called and spoke to Rico the assistant manager, he said come right on, I will take care of you. I walked in it s very clean and smell great, I made it at 11:20, my truck was in shop at 11:22. I needed a tire, he said they re already gone to get it. Rico is very professional and prompt. My experience was amazing.

Outstanding job on my 2008 Ford Escape. Restored the ignition cylinder. Works like new and the cost was half what other companies wanted. I will be going back for a couple more things that must be done on that vehicle.

Worst experience of my life!! They refuse to service my car I had to call corporate on them and they sent me a false vehicle report because they never checked my car I do not recommend them to anyone. Negative 10 Stars for me.

It s been a long time since our 2010 HHR rode so quietly and smoothly. We had no idea what the problem was; but their professional technicians found it, repaired it, and we were on our way the same day! Thank you Gateway tires! The Hills

Rico and the other staff members were so kind this morning with repair if my tire. My alarm on my truck was malfunctioning because the battery was rusted. He changed the battery. They got the truck started and repaired the tire. This morning started off really rough but this has made a difficult start so much better. Thank you so much!

If you haven't been uckt around lately, try these folks. I didn't tell em what was wrong with my vehicle. So they found one thing that had nothing to do why I took it to em. By the time they got to the problem why I took it? The bill was $2000. I should told em what to do instead letting them find it. Might saved myself $1000.

I came in with an emergency situation where my car wouldn't be drivable if not fixed right then. Even though it was rush hour and even though they were short on mechanics at that time the team fit me in and handled my issue professionally, quickly and for a fair price. Christian especially was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service. Thanks Guys!

I came here on a Saturday morning for an oil change. I was here in line with others standing outside when they opened. I sat here for almost 3 hours plus for just an oil change! Then he told me that they don t even have oil for high mileage! I was still willing to stay there but after waiting for almost 3 hours, I decided to leave and go somewhere else. Horrible customer service!! While waiting . I saw two men come in complaining about work that was never done on their car while they were trying to get an oil change!!! Never will I go back there!!!

Christian is God sent. He treats everyone as if they where his mom. Very attentive and caring. As a woman I hate dealing with men when it comes to my car. I have been taking my car there almost 2 years now and I have had to take it nowhere else. They have fixed every problem I have had from tires, oil change, tune up, and other maintenance issues. My warranty company also deals with them even my rental car company sends me there for a flat. Ok I love GATEWAY and Christian..

Caesar was amazing and the service was great! We needed special tires for our wheelchair van and Caesar researched what we needed, found a creative solution to our issue, tested it out to make sure we were safe, and was so kind and respectful to my husband when he and the caregiver brought our van in. We would recommend this Gateway location to anyone. Such an easy and pleasant tire shopping experience!

I really use to love this shop when Ceasar ran it. Now I don t know what the heck they got going on. I like Christian as well. Very nice guys. However, Rico has a slick smart mouth and very nonchalant about everything. Never greets with a smile. He gives the blankest look like he doesn t want to be there. Recently I referred someone there and was told they couldn t work on it because someone worked on it before. That was over a month ago. If you bring your vehicle in for an issue , how do you know if one relates to the other if you not gonna even look good enough. Aren t most vehicles worked on prior to coming in to a shop? Then still charge a diagnostic fee? What did you diagnose?!?!? 60 dollars to say what? I promise I miss Ceasar. As they say nothing good lasts forever!

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. They are so unprofessional and their representative are liars. I went to get a front wheel alignment and I was told it couldn't be done because I need a rod replacement while I was away from the establishment. Once returning to pickup my vehicle, I was informed that a 4 wheel alignment had be done. Work was done without my permission. I will never go back there again.

I wanted to give this place no stars but had to in order to make a review. We took our car to this place for a water coolant outlet replacement in November 2018. The first time we came with our own brand new auto part (order 2 days prior to service at gateway). They serviced our vehicle and things seemed to work fine.However within weeks of our first service we had to return for the same issue in December 2018. So, we had it service by them again and allowed them to use their part that time. Again, everything has appeared to work fine.However today (January 2019) we are having the same issue. I m stuck between wondering if they have no clue of what they are really doing here. Or if they are crooks that temporarily fix cars to have them return again and again for service by them. Either way, it is truly sad for anyone to take advantage of someone. We will not be returning our car here for service. I do not recommend this place to anyone!! If you want your car properly serviced take it somewhere else because you will not here!!

They have great customer service. I distrust mechanics but they are always honest and helpful here. I previously came in for a headlight because another mechanic told me $400 and it would take hours that I didn't have because I was traveling out of town. I took it to Gateway and he tightened the connector and said it was fine and I didn't need anything...no charge. I'm now here for a complete diagnostic before I ship my car and they told me not to get a lot of things done because I may have to redo it when I get there. They also told me I could only get two tires because the front weren't too bad but I chose to get them all done. I appreciate their honesty because they could have taken advantage of me since I didn't know what was really needed.

My coworker recommended this place to me. We had great service from the manager who explained everything to us. The mechanic was knowledgeable and showed us what was wrong with our car. We came in for a tire alignment and a suspected coolant leak. They checked for a leak and it ended up being no charge since no leak was found. Our tires were old and was recommended new tires. The price we paid were fair and the car is no longer shaky and it drives straight. I would come back here again.

The team was very patient, fast and informative. They explained which tire was best and told us why. I purchased 2 new tires and an all wheel alignment. Earlier I purchased a front tire.I went out and hit a pothole the next day and had to return, they didn t charge me for the replacement tire. I trust this business even when I have to go in without my husband. I don t feel like they are trying to get over on me.

Horrible service, I dropped my car off at 8:30 a.m. and they guy told me 4 hours. I call about 1:30 to check about the status of the car. Still hasn't been looked at, and he said over the phone I was up next. I get up there at 4 and my car hadn't been seen. The man at front desk was very nonchalant about it. And asked me to come back tomorrow. I would never spend money with these people!

I would give 10 stars if I could! I had a blowout at the intersection of E. Raines Rd and Riverdale Rd. on March 14th. Roger at Gateway was super kind and professional. They did not have my odd tire size in stock. He treated me like family and quickly located me a tire and told me that my car would be ready the next day. He also told me the total price. The next morning he called me to say that he had a problem getting that particular tire (if failed to get shipped) but that he found me another tire and that they were sending someone to pick it up. My car would still be ready on this day. I asked if there was a price difference - and yes there was..... $60.00 LESS!When I got there to pick up my car, I still received the same great customer service as the day before. Everyone at the store was A+ in professionalism, kindness, and friendliness! I made sure to speak to the manager to let him know my feelings!! He was super friendly also, even though I am sure he thought i was going to complain (no on asks for the manager unless they want to complain!!!) I hope my review makes it to their superiors! They deserve a pat on the back for a job VERY well done!

The services here are great each time I've brought my vehicle in for repairs I've received excellent customer service, details about my repairs and recommendations to keep my car in good standings! I recommend this location to all!! The manager and staff really establishes rapport with everyone you're not just a number you're a priority!

Brought my car in because I picked up a nail in a tire. They were able to plug it for me. Even though they were backed up and busy they were still able to work my vehicle in in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was very courteous. I would definitely come back if I didn't live out of town.

I literally almost had a blowout. Memphis heat and these streets will do something serious to your tires. My tire was losing pressure at a quick rate. My tire went from 40psi to 30psi to 20psi to 16psi all within 15 minutes. I looked up Gateway tire while driving and went straight there. I pulled up and told them what was going on. They got me right in, checked my tire and found sidewall damage...go figure smh. They changed out my tire and had me rolling in less than 30 min. Now that's great customer service! I will be going again to replace my other tires as well!

I had a warranty that they wouldn't honor.I call 2xs.The first mgr said if u drive it up to the store it must have a certain amount of air.The second person said to bring tire and they would take of it.When I came with the tire I went in and he looked up info told me to bring to the dock.I did and watch him look at it he told i would be next call when ready and start talking about a wheel alignment. He didn't say anything until after I went home and said i rode on it on flat.The store was close Sunday so ocourse the air had went down.I told him I didn't want to pay for a tow so my brother brought me and the tire.They wanted to sell a 60000mi tire for $100...why get warranty protection when they don't honor .Companies always trying to get over on women when it comes to auto work.I left and found a tire for a reasonable price.

I have been going to this location for years and I went to get my oil change on 11/4/16 and when they look at my car they notice that my belts were worn and crack so they changed my belts they service was great. I received a call from the location on 11/7/16 and I was informed that they made a mistake on my bill and that they owe me some money back. I really appreciate that they caught the error and informed me about it. Great employees and Great service!

I was told my car was going to be serviced in a few minutes by the service desk after being checked in. I waited 30 to 45 minutes before my car was moved. I told myself I would just come back Saturday early in the morning. I told him that he then says my car is going in next. They move a truck that was just sitting there that the tech was leaning on talking to someone and wheel my car in. The service could use a little work if we already have to pay nearly an arm and a leg.
