I m from out of town, I would like to add they took care of everything on my 23 Spyder RT unlimited, I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking services. The best people around!!!!

Purchased two spark trixx in February 22. 2nd time out one quit, in spite of me commenting that it acted like battery was bad I was told after they held it several days several different times that there was something wrong with charging system but because of corona they had no mechanic. They told me to charge battery each night before I go out and and before my two year warranty expired they would have a mechanic. I removed battery from the one that ran and the faulty one run perfect. Looked at battery that they said was ok and it was beat and scared with two holes in the bottom so you could see metal. I called and told them, he actually laughed and ask what did I want him to do "give you a new battery"? Buyer beware!6/22 was shocked (wink wink) customer service reached out suggesting I contact their customer service department to resolve the issues with my spark trixx, the same customer service that I have pleaded with to honor the warranty that they imply is included in the purchase of their product for nearly a year and a half! Maybe it's me, but I get a feeling the last thing their customer service department is interested in is conducting business in a reputable manner, they only desire to erase the damage they have brought on their reputation. I have repaired my trixx and only post this to other people who are interested in buying a sea Doo product, think much before purchasing from frs.

After a horrific experience at Wholesale ATV in Memphis we came here to purchase a go kart for our boys. We had such a great experience here. We purchased the perfect go kart.Very satisfied with the service here. We had issues with the go kart we purchased, took it back the next day and they repaired it no questions asked. Paul really took excellent care of us and made it right. We have zero complaints! Thank you Paul for the top notch customer service!

Second time coming in no one showed any interest if I wanted to purchase anything. I walked from one side to the other of the sales floor. I never had this problem when the original owner was still alive. He was very helpful RIP to great customer service. I sent a guy friend in he had no problems even bought a very over priced Ryker. I now do my business where I bought 2 bikes being serviced as a welcomed customer in Olive Branch. I insist comparing prices before purchasing.

I would 100% recommend frs powersports. The process was easy and some very friendly employees. I will definitely be back in the future for a upgrade 4wheeler

Throughly pleased with the service and attention received at FRS Powersports. Recently purchased a Bad Boy mower at a great price. My first zero turn. Staff was kind enough to go over every detail about the mower and even gave me a quick driving lesson before loading it on the trailer. To Brantley and his team, keep up the good work.

I purchased a brand new Canam Spyder in February of 2023 - Since then, my experience with FRS Powersport has been nothing short of a delight. As much as I want to mention my sales person and everyone else.....I have to shout out the service department, I added some stereo equipment and LED lights, since my purchase and ran into a situation two days ago. I was getting a VSS fault error, I reached out to FRS Service (Paul) and his level of responsiveness has been unheard of.Not only did he take the time to assist me, he began by asking was I safe, what's my location, he believed I said Collierville and offered to come to me, I was in fact 1.5 hour from Memphis, from there. Paul asked me did I have facetime and gave me his number and guided me to troubleshooting. I discovered through Paul cell phone and his video conferencing that my battery connections needed to be tightened. It meant the world of a difference to an already hectic day.THANKS PAUL AND FRS.

Worst experience, very unprofessional! Waited 3 months after paying a $500 deposit for a Can am that was to be delivered to this facility in the next two weeks after the deposit was paid, I was told that my can am had been sold. I had to call to check on it constantly because the delivery date was always being pushed back. The company called me and said the can am had arrived and had to be put together. 3 weeks later it was still not put together. Called today and it's sold plus they don't have an more in stock. I'm so upset right now! Do not do business with Bobby. He is full of lies. I'm convinced that he sold it to one of his friends. I'm African American and feels that's the reason why I have waited since May now it's almost fall and I have no side by side

Had a problem with ignition switch we were from out of state from Central Illinois and they got it in and diagnosed it and drove to another designation to get the part and got me back on the road friendly helpful teamwork

I went in the dealership this morning about 10am. I was very interested in purchasing a Spyder. They only had two on the floor and one was red and I love the color red. I looked around for about 20 minutes and was never greeted and never asked did I need help. At least three people saw me but no one was interested in making a sale. I guess it wasn t meant to be. This is my second time in this place the first time was to buy a big boy mower. I looked around for about 20 mins and they seemed too busy to care. I went to the big boy dealership in Tipton county and paid cash for my mower. I m an impulsive buyer. They probably could have made a sale if someone just said do you need any help. I won t waste my time again.

I bought my 2021 Spyder Rt limited from FRS and was expecting to get my service here! I made appointment 6 weeks in advance to drop off on a certain day and when that day came I dropped off and was told they were short handed and I should have back in 3 to 4 days. I called a week later and still wasn't done and another week later and still not done. I then was told all the mechanics quit and they had no one that could service the Ryker or the Rt Spyders and if I wanted to pick it up and take it somewhere else then come get it ! That's exactly what I did and wouldn't ever carry it back for anything else!You would think buying it there would make a difference but apparently not

I was near about ready to sign on the dotted line for a Can Am Maverick. Then I asked the salesman if we might could toss in a sound roof as a deal sweetener. I was told in a very cavalier tone that we don t cut any sort of deals when the supply and demand are so lopsided. We only cut deals when we need to move inventory. No alternatives, just a flat NO. He then proceeded to tell me some story about how a dude drove all the way from PA to pick up an ATV there. I'm a customer; it's your job to sell me something I want or need. I'm not indebted to you for the simple fact you sell ATVs when they're short in supply. And mind you I m a first time customer there. You just deprived yourself of a lot of business between machines and maintenance in years to come. I had heard the guys in these Memphis atv shops were jerks and my experience proved consistent with that.Edit response to owner: You already had a big miss on the experience side of things.

I went in with $5000.00 to put down on a side-by-side. The customer service rep asked me how he could help and when I told him what I was looking for he states GOOD LUCK . He then preceded to tell me I could purchase from a list of what the might be getting in. I asked if I could special order one and was told no. I left and went to the Polaris dealership was greeted very friendly and told they would have no problem ordering what I wanted and it would be there in a few weeks. I then went to Bass Pro and was told I could take one home today. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

This business gets my FIVE STARS because they serviced me in the midst of what they DID NOT have? Mr. Fred was so nice in redirecting me to other alternatives to help find my 10 year old son a scooter. He was patient, resourceful, and just all around the best costumer service ever!!

Recently took my Defender in for belt service at FRS after the service department at the dealer I purchased at wouldn t return my messages to setup an appointment. The service guys at FRS were super helpful and had my rig ready the next day. You ve got a new customer for life. A+

Dealt with the manager by the name of Harper in the service department. Incredibly respectful, prompt, and helpful young man. Seems to know more than your average service manager...especially compared to other local dealerships. This place is always busy so make an appointment ahead of time.

Bought 2 Seadoos there, covers, services, etc. I been dealing with them for many years. Took one Seadoo for service and I end up with my Seadoo cover tear they did not wanted to be responsible for it because they said it was old, so they ended with a rack glued to the cover that is now coming off. I know it was an accident but very unprofessional way to handle it by the manager JAKE BIHM for a customer that have spent thousands of dollars there.

Apparently they are one of the only powersports dealers in the region that will work on jet skis. I took my old Yamaha in to have it fixed since it stopped running. I was told they have a guy that can do it, bring it in! So i drive 45 minutes and drop off. Cut to the chase - 4.5 months later, they messed around with it, a little. But spent more time complaining about it than doing anything to fix it. So i drove another 45 minutes to retrieve it, not fixed, and the only words i got was " have a nice day". I've never seen a business that tells a paying customer to bring them work, then declines to do the work. Service at FRS is garbage.

Ensure when you drop off your machine for service that you don t accidentally leave ancillary equipment in its normal storage location. Otherwise, like mine, it s likely to disappear to someone who obviously thought they needed it more than you. Also, it s a good idea to inspect your machine to ensure it s at least as clean as it was when you dropped it off. Nuff said ........After being able to communicate with senior management, the problem with disappearing ancillary equipment has been resolved at a very satisfying level. Thank you to Ryan and Jake.

Picked up a leftover for a reasonable price. Received impersonal feeling on overall purchase from this dealer. Customer service was very poor. Team spirit was nonexistent. Travis and Marion are the only considerate staff at this location. Browsed the floor for over an hour looking at the bikes, apparel, and accessories without anyone offering assistance. They didn't care if I was there or not. If it weren't for Marion, I think this dealership would be out of business! They are not professionals. There organizational skills are lacking significantly. They failed to order aftermarket parts that were paid for in advance. They failed to know when the parts actually arrived once they did arrive. The front desk folks failed to communicate with the service department mgr. Had the bike serviced but the service department was not capable of fixing the issue. Took it to another dealer that got it right the first time in. Thus, FRS is either very inexperienced, simply not knowledgeable, or didn't care to address the problem. If this is the Triumph Experience and loyalty to their brand of customer then I will PASS. Anxiously waiting for this machine to sell and I will never purchase this brand again nor will I recommend Triumph to any of my colleagues. My 50+ years of experience with other manufactures over the years surpasses the Triumph adventure by far! This experience will be shared with all I have an opportunity. I m sure there are reputable Triumph dealerships but this isn't one of them. If you are really interested in a Triumph, I highly recommend dealing elsewhere.

Called to have turn signals installed on my Suzuki Boulevard. Determined that the job could be done more successfully by myself. I had hoped to meet the staff at Powersports, however over the phone conversation I had with their service department I'm glad that I didn't not work with them. I must have talked with the male employee on a bad day or maybe he lacks conversation skills because he came across stressed and sarcastic. I had a few questions for him pertaining to their services and he snickered at my questions. After thinking it over and understanding that the rate for the job was over priced and the duration of time suggested for the job was 2-3 days for installation (that I did by myself within hours), I decided to leave this review. I hate to admit I was not impressed and hope to see their customer service improve... Leaving 3 stars in good hopes. Live to ride and ride to live!

Took my 2021 Defender HD8 in to get a window switch replaced. Now only 1 of the 3 switch work. They never put my wiper blade back on so now I have to order a new one. Thats 100 dollars in just parts on a 2021 can am. They had my side by side for nearly a month to replace a switch and fix a hose back on the wiper assembly. I did add an over priced oil change to that as well. 180 dollars for oil and filter change.

Very friendly even though I had no plans on buying today. I was treated with respect and the salesman answered all of my questions.That is rare in the power sports world these days. The increased demand has turned many salesman into jerks.

They have really good equipment and a very good looking lawn! They have an area in the back yard that is quite a nice size that we have to cut. Good people, good product. I miss Travis being there.

Paid deposit on can am side by side waited 4 months on it just to find out they sold it to who they wanted to have it poor communication skills NO ONE REACHED OUT & said anything DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE at all they ve mess our summer up thinking we have a Machine on the way .

Well google led me to your website. I was hoping find a price on the website but i did not. Kind of a shady way of doing business I don t want to chat and I don t want to text so I can continually be bothered by salesmen. Just post your price on your site. It s much easier for everyone involved.
