Amazing place to get work done on your vehicle. Very helpful people and committed to customer service! I got some front end work done on my wife's car and it was totally in the price range and definitely drives like a new car now! They even found that the brakes were in need of servicing and fixed them within the quote that they gave me with no extra cost!A+++++++

I have had several amazing experiences with John and his team. From spark plugs grinding, to under an hour oil change and replacing a starter. I'm here for it! The dealerships try to charge outlandish prices with women but John took the time to explain his services and price. He is much more affordable, professional and personable. He has my business to service all my autos.

Manager said he was not Firestone and I said you are listed on Facebook as Firestone Jackson and alignment, called the day before at 9am and for a simple antifreeze test and he said it would better to come in the morning as no appointments just first comes first serve,so I got at the shop 6:40 am next morning and he arrives at 7 am and I'm first customer but he wants me to go home and leave the car for 3 hours for a two minute pressure test for antifreeze leak $55 charge the shop would make , plus they might get the job to repair and he goes on to say they have two or three cars from previous day ,I never been there and I won't go back ,his mistake was not telling me the day before on the phone that anytime I might have to drop off for 3 hours or more . Why was I coached to bring the car in 22 hours later if the situation wasn't going to be better more punctual.I doubt they wlll turn down tire repairs for the next three hours so i dont beleive him and. Don't like their protocols ,why would I wait 22 hours to bring my car in at 7 am to still wait 3 hours ,I feel he should have done the pressure test and showed me where it was leaking and charge me the $55 and build an estimate of future repairs for the leaks he found,but instead of that he lost a potential good customer,

For every story, there's a 2 side story. Going back to what Mr. Reginald Barney said. He brought his vehicle for front end alignment. Once a vehicle arrives, we take it for a test drive in order to experiment and feel what the car do and not do. Once we put it on the alignment machine, we check all the main components (front end). After the inspection, we came to the conclusion that the vehicle arrived with all 4 tires in bad shape and need it an alignment. Tires were worn out, cupped, out of round. We informed Mr. Barney of the tires condition, in which he agreed to replace all 4 tires. After 5 minutes, Mr. Barney changed his mind on the 4 tires and requested to align vehicle with the current tires (worn out, cupped, out of round). We informed customer verbally and on paper that we cannot guarantee car will drive correctly with current bad tires and Mr. Barney agreed 100 %. If you are a new customer and you are reading this review, we have all the proper documentation in which Mr. Barny agreed to align his vehicle with bad tires. Once a cars comes in for a alignment, is our duty to inform the customer of the worn out parts that need to be replace in order for the vehicle to perform as the factory suggested. We can also align a vehicle with bad tires all day, but what I found really offensive is to blame someone else than yourself for not taking responsibility of your actions. We did recommend to replace all 4 tires since they were no tread left in them. Mr. Barney declined the new tires and was informed of the possible consequences. We did not sold TIRES to Mr. Barney. We have been providing automotive services since 1971 for Memphis and surrounding areas. Future new customers, don't let this negative post stop you from visiting us. Thanks to John and his team I'm back on the road before noon!! I came in for a balance and knew there might be something else wrong but I didn't really know. After the balance didn't fix the shaking they replaced my lower ball joint....still didn't fix the shaking so the replaced the lower control arm and put 2 new tires on. They were so fast and so friendly!! 10/10 recommend!!

I got a wheel alignment from this place on Tuesday and 30 minutes later my right front tire blew out. Got two new tires. On Friday as I was traveling to Dallas, both of my front tires ended up being blown out within an hour. I knew something was funny when they also wanted to get a new set of tires and I refuse to get them. I don't know what the endgame but this company almost.had me killed on the road just the cause I didn't wanted new tires. I definitely recommend to not use this place.

Not too Please, With the Service's..I Went There too Get a All Wheel Alignment for $92+Tax & Supplies = $108.85Made my Appointment on line for Today too be See At 9am. - Got There at 9am., didn't get too my SUV Truck till 11:30am. & was Done Around 12:40pm.Drove My Truck, Problem Still There...Still Pulling To The Left & My Steering Wheel is Lightly Shaking, If I Didn't know Any Better I Believe I Was Robbed out Of My Money.I Believe these Guys Are Hindinh Being The Brand Name but Not Providing the Great Quality Service's that's Being Advertise on TV. Commercials ?What Do I Do, Here...Go Back For a Refund or Better Service or Go Somewhere Else ???

This place is a total rip off! I payed $1,300 to get my car fixed and the mechanic John tore my car up. Before I brought my car here I had absolutely no service lights on my vehicle and now I have not one light, but three service lights on my dash. My husband is a mechanic himself but doesn't do work on Ford vehicles and he himself said that, they tore up my car. I do not recommend anyone to get their car serviced here. You'd be better off taking it to a legit dealership.I gave this place one star, only because I couldn't give it a zero. Unprofessional unreasonable rip offs!!

I have have used them multiple times. My wife s car and mine had issues around the same time. I took them several places in midtown that had no idea what was going on and charged $100 to tell me so. They diagnosed both cars after driving each one once. Price was incredibly reasonable for the work and cars have both been great after. They are friendly on the phone and at the desk. If they can t fix it, they can usually send you to someone who can. After trying a ton of midtown car mechanics and not being happy, I m incredibly impressed. I don t normally write reviews, but I believe in supporting businesses that are honest and reasonably priced.

Excellent customer service!!! John was awesome! He let me know all the options I had before doing anything and explained what could or could not happen when it was done. He didn't do anything I didn't ask for. I've definitely found my go to for my Jeep!

Ladies, this place is safe for you! My mechanic and the manager were both extremely friendly and helpful, and honest. I paid a great price for a wheel alignment, new tires, and wheels! Wasn't a long wait either. I was able to see the issue and they demonstrated how it wasn't safe. Coming back for more servicing for sure!

Very reliable source for basic repairs and maintenance. Had a cracked radiator go through two shops without being noticed as the cause of an overheating issue. Took them 5 minutes to find it, quoted me a very reasonable price. Finished the work in 24 hours or so. Amazing service. Also very patient when 8 had to play phone tag about potentially having my vehicle towed when it wouldn't start and then did. Great group of very capable people. Worth the drive regardless of how far away you are.

These guys are great. They service my 1 workvan with the care of an antique corvette, and treat me like I have a fleet of vehicles that they service for me. I have spent several thousand's of dollars with them. They are the only shop who I trust with my vehicles. They have almost completely rebuilt every single part of my 1989 Dodge B350 minus the engine/trans that is in service daily.Recommended 100%

Awesome service. These guys remember who you are and are not in it to take money away from you. They give honest information like "if it were my car I wouldn't worry about spending the money because it is not a safety issue". Ladies you don't have to worry about being taken for a ride because you don't know about the mechanics of the car.

We have been a very happy customer for over 38 years. I would never go anywhere else. If you are trying to find an honest place to work on your car, do not look any further, these guys are honest. They know their stuff whether it is tires and suspension to engine mechanical and everything in between.

I saw the reviews online and was excited when i arrived. However i arrived and asked to speak to Jim who was actually out at the moment. I was a bit disturbed by how John at the front counter spoke to me when receiving news that they could not perform my alignment. Due to warn parts. I was then shocked with a fee for apparently having the vehicle checked out. Which may i remind you i clearly asked for an alignment. Robbery. Paid roughly 50 bucks for them to tell me they cant do an alignment.

I really love this place!! Mr. Jim was absolutely sweet and was reasonable with the price. I had a tire with a screw stuck inside and they even put replaced my spare tire with the repaired one for free! I would definitely come back!! :D

Spent approximately 800 dollars to get car back in the same condition as I took it to them. They couldn't find the issue. Was told I needed to just drive the car until it stalled completely.

As I was on a deadline to head to Colorado Springs, this shop was the only place that would find a rare sized tire (P155/80R13) in the Memphis area and service my vehicle in the short period of time I had. The owner and his crew are truly professionals. And the price for the brand new tires with mounting was incredibly reasonable. Don't let the old building or the neighborhood fool you with the type of quality work offered here.I fully recommend using Jackson Tire & Alignment for your next maintenance stop.

Took my vehicle there, an 08 Jeep Compass and boy when I tell you there was a detailed list of things wrong with it. I thought about it and prayed as well before leaving my vehicle and I can say I'm thoroughly pleased with their service and expertise.

Great group of guys at Jackson Tire - Professional, honest, fair and highly skilled. It just doesn't get any better than this! Always do their absolute best to get you in and out and back on the road again in no time and without spending a fortune. Absolutely can not say enough about these guys and the great work that they do! Highly Recommended!

I just moved to Memphis a couple of months ago, and was in need of a new set of tires. All of my co-workers here at Merck raved about the service and competitive prices of Jackson Tire & Alignment, so I decided to give them a try. I was thoroughly impressed with the options, prices, and above all friendly service that I received from JTA, and I will definitely continue to go here for my future automobile needs.I definitely recommend going to Jackson Tire & Alignment.

Who plays reminded you of the good old days. You had a problem with the car. You took it to a mechanic shop down the street. They told you what the problem was. How much to fix. Their work was good. their prices were fair. And well, you know about the coffee.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a clean and comfortable waiting area. I asked about a separate service I was planning on doing, potentially worth an extra thousand dollars and asked for a quote while my car was on the lift, they spotted the issue I was having and fixed it free of charge.

Got new tires in Wisconsin to come down to Memphis. Steering wheel shook a lot so had Jackson tire check it out thought it was alignment but they found three tires out of round. So I'll get them replaced when I get back to WI. Thanks for figuring it out guys. You guys run a great shop. I highly recommend them if you're in Memphis.

Took my (02) vehicle to these guys for an alignment a couple years ago. They looked at my car and told me I had so much damage that I could either pay them over a thousand dollars or get a new car. I took my car to another mechanic and Wells Auto on 3rd street, $300 later it was fixed. I drove that car two more years without a single front end related issue.. Run the opposite direction, save your wallet.
