Walked in the front desk person was sleeping. Took me 1 hour & 30 mins to get an oil change keep in mind i scheduled an appointment which i was told does not count because it was made online (i was the only person in there still). Finally gave them $100 to get it changed to find out later they left off my oil cap. The store manager was a calling me to let me know i dont have a claim and he would give me a free $10 inspection not knowing how much oil was lost, what could have possibly gotten into my engine or even mentioning refunding me for the oil change or the oil cap i had to buy. It has been a week the area manager has not called. This store sucks i will never in life go to fire stone again and nether should you. Make sure you tell a friend.

These people at the Madison Avenue location in Memphis TN will give you an appointment and then it s an all day thing when you drop your car off. They lie to you about the amount of time it will be for pickup. They schedule to many appointments and try to make all the money. Then when you call about your vehicle they have all the excuses. They will even tell you that you can come on they are bringing your vehicle up and when you get there they haven t even started on it. This will be my last time coming here. I have been with Firestone for oil changes for years but there customer service is getting worse and worse!! It s just not worth the frustration.

I brought a car in for a tire repair. I was treated well by the staff. I was told it would take about 2 hours which seems like a long time for a simple reapair but not too bad. The main issue I had was the condition of the restroom. I've seen some pretty bad restrooms in my life but this one would make the top 10. It was awful. To me that's an unacceptable way to treat customers.

Everyone was so friendly. I m from out of town and got a flat tire. I have a company car and the company was giving Firestone a hard time about a specific tire brand needed they they didn t have in stock, the workers advocated for me and got it taken care of so I was able to leave in the AM rather than getting stuck in Memphis waiting for a specific brand of tire! I really appreciate them

I dropped off a wheel with a flat tire and Tim entered my details in the computer, he said they would call me the next day with an update. I never get a phone call the next day, I call them at 4pm and someone else answered and said they had the wrong phone number on file. They told me the tire was severely damaged and a new tire was put in on the wheel. They said I could come in first thing next morning and I would be able to get the spare tire replaced by them. So I drove there at 7:15 this morning and I see Tim at the counter. He said the tire was ready but there was nobody who could replace the spare tire with the new one right now. When I asked for an ETA he said he couldn't give me a time. When I pressed him to give me a time because I can't be sitting there for 1-2 hours waiting and had to get to work he then said they were busy and it would take 3 hours. I took the wheel with the new tire on and left. Overall very dissatisfied with the way I was treated by their staff and would never go here again.

The absolute worst, most horrific experience of my life as far as car care goes or customer service. I have no idea how Addison ever become a manager, he lacks the people skills for working backstage let alone as the face of a company. The car was there for an oil leak and they claimed to have fix the problem but sent it home with no oil in the pan and engine seized. Zero effort went into fixing the problem so legal got involved. After finally getting the go ahead to have the car towed to the dealership, suddenly the car is missing. At first the local store said it was corporate who had it towed but when asked a second time they actually said they had no idea where the car is now. Could have been towed by corporate or the city (on a private lot? I think not) or stolen. Since the store still has the key I m guessing it s option 3.

I had 2 tires delivered to Firestone on 1055 Madison Ave. They both were delivered. But when I actually get to Firestone, they tell me one of my tires wasn't delivered... To make a long story short, they are either too lazy to check for my tire, or they tried to steal my tire. Calling my provider encouraged with to.. LOOK a little harder for my tire. 1 star

Great service and great staff! My vehicles belt broke and it caused alot of damage and my vehicle was unsafe to drive and I have to have my vehicle to get to work because I just started a new job, they were able to quickly take care of my vehicle and get it back running in the same day and the price was great!I highly recommend them for any of your vehicle needs and I will definitely be using them from now one!

After waiting 3 hours to get serviced, I was not told about the repairs needed until I got home and someone from store called. I wasted a day of my time.

WARNING 2 of 2! On January 2, 2024, my car finally got towed to the Firestone on Madison. The Firestone in Southaven almost destroyed my vehicle and probably would have if I did not use the commonsense God gave me to stop driving the vehicle after I realized there was no oil in it after I paid for an almost $80 oil change. I got my car there and I was told they would do a full vehicle inspection on my car. They Lied! I was called and told my tires dry rotted on the side and they would give them to me for a discount price under my warranty. I asked when I get there can I see the tires for myself? Mike said yes. He Lied! He got my car confuse with someone else and then told me oh, all the tires are piled up out back. He should have set my tires to the side until I got there. He is not a man of his word. The tires they put on my car were really old new tires. Let me explain. I told the man, I guess Addison, that these were not new tires on my car, and he came out to look at them with me. And he argued with my up and down that they were new tires. He said that "they were dated for the 16th week of 2023 so they are brand new." Well, the 16 week in 2023 was April 23rd and that makes these old, brand-new tires that I am getting in January 2024. You're telling me I need new tires on my car and then selling me the oldest ones in the warehouse, making me think I am getting new tires when I am not, so you all can rid your warehouse of old tires is not cool. They are tricking all of these customers into buying new tires when we don't really need them. A young lady just told me they were trying to do that to her a month prior and her mom called them and said she don't need new tires. I wish I would have gone down there to investigate the tires on my car when he called and told me that lie because from my recollection those tires were fairly new. They are in the business of tricking, scamming, overcharging, ripping people off and destroying people's cars and lives. After driving my car for less than an hour after the repair of the oil pan from damage from the Southaven location and con into buying new tires that I didn't need, my car started putting really bad as if it was going to cut off. I was so scared because I had my son with me and I did not want to get stranded. I stopped in a parking lot and called Mike (the manager) and told him what was happening. His reply was "Oh yeah, after we got the car it was already sounding funny." I told him my car was not doing that before I brought it to you. Mind you, they said they would do a full vehicle inspection and if my car was making this noise, putting loud, why didn't you tell me when you called me about the tires and offer to fix/repair whatever the problem was? Liar! He told me about my car needing control arms, sway bars, stabilizers, another $1,038 worth of work, but you did not mention my car stalling, putting, not running right when you called me? That's because they did not do a full vehicle inspection. My car did sit for 3 months because they refused to fix the oil leak problem that THEY caused. I am so done with firestone. So many people I know talk so bad about Firestone dating all the way back in the 80s, 90s with issues they have had with Firestone. I always told people that I never had an issue with Firestone. I have been taking my Camrys to Firestone for over 18 years and never had these types of issues, distrust, tearing up my vehicles, lying to me, ripping me off, telling people they need work or items that they do not need, mainly almost destroying my vehicle. This is so sad. I will NEVER take my vehicle back to firestone. I'm scared to take it back to get the tires rotated on the warranty. PLEASE, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SUPPORT US AND TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS OR OUR VEHICLES!! Consider yourself warned.

I hit a pot hole and punctured one of my run flat tires. I usually go to the Hack Cross location. This isn t my first time getting a tire replaced. My tires are less than 2 years old and the store manager, Addison is the name he provided, said he wouldn t replace my tire unless I got all new tires because he didn t have my run flat in-stock. Hacks cross charged me the warranty fee but gave a tire until my actual tire came in. His tone was extremely disrespectful and it seemed like a money grab.

Do not use this location. I made an appointment for 9am and it is now 3:30pm. I still do not have my vehicle. The appointment was for an oil change and wheel alignment. This shouldn t take over 2 hours even on a busy day. Also, I called twice before my appointment date to confirm, and I was placed on hold for 20 or more minutes until I just hung up. This location is very unprofessional. This location is giving Firestone as a whole a bad reputation.

I made a reservation two days in advance, all I needed, was to get a tire change, that s it. I arrived at 11am and managed to get out after 4pm, it took him five hours to replace three tires. If this is what you get for making a reservation two days in advance, then you can count on fire stone to ruin your entire day.

Terrible!I had a warranty on my tire and they still charged $200 for a replacement tire! Customer service sucks, told them to call the corporate number and the manager said he doesn t have a number on them. I will never go back there!

Stay away from this place. Addison the store manager, though he speaks with chilling etiquette, is rude and will never apologize for anything he did wrong and does not care about customer service. Here were the issues I had:1. I called 4 days ago to schedule an appointment for an oil and filter change. I arrive this morning and I'm not on the schedule. But he fits me in anyway without apologizing.2. When I called to schedule the appointment (I spoke with someone at the shop, NOT the call center), I was told it would take 1-2 hours if I wait in lobby. So I went prepared to wait up to 2 hours. This morning, Addison told me it would take 5 hours. So I had to scramble to arrange last minute transportation because I was not going to just sit there for 5 hours.3. 5 hours later, I call for an update. Addison says the oil change isn't done yet, but they do have "recommendations" for other car fixes like battery replacement, brake fluid exchange, etc. If they had all this time to diagnose other issues with the car, not sure why they didn't just go ahead and do the oil change while at it. It's what I'm there for after all.4. Addison says he'll call me once the oil change is complete. 2.5 hours later, still no call, so I call them back. Addison says he "tried to call me", but sometimes their "phone lines don't work, sometimes we call but there's no ring." Just fess up and say you forgot to call me and apologize. Even if you're not lying to me, why as a store manager would you not have the prudence to simply call me again, or text me. I want to know when my car is ready for pickup so I can move on with my day.5. I go to pickup my car and pay for the subpar service. I get charged $30 more than I usually do for the oil change because all this time, Firestone's been giving me the "wrong oil".6. There was another lady in front of me in line who also had an issue with Addison. She said she would call customer service to complain and Addison just goes, "Go ahead, you can call them. All that'll do is just make me give you a callback later."Needless to say I already called the customer service line myself to complain about all of this. Thought I would post here though to warn others.

Made a appointment for 9am at the Madison location for a quick suspension check. The employee informed me that it would be at least 4 hours to get to the vehicle. Defeats the purpose in a appointment don't you think....never had this issue at the park ave location.

I had a nail puncture my tire right before my vacation. So I called this location to see if they could get me in. I was told that it would be no problem to get my tire patched and it would be ready by closing. Reasonable, I thought! I called when it got closer to closing just to make sure it was almost ready - they said it would be 12 noon the next day before it would be ready. So I delayed my vacation by a day to get the tire patched. The next morning I called at 10am to see if it was going to be ready, and was told that they hadn t even started on it. So I arrived at 12 noon and picked my car back up to take it to Goodyear. Goodyear gave me an estimate of 2 hours for the tire patch. I should have chosen Goodyear in the first place. Lesson learned!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst experience I ve had getting my car serviced. I dropped my car off and was told it would take 5-10 days before they would get the part. During this period my car was broken into while on the premises and nobody notified me. I went to get an item out of my trunk and it was missing. I asked the manager about it and he was completely dismissive and even accused me of lying about the item being in my trunk. I said verbatim it was in my trunk when I dropped it off . He replied No, it wasn t . Never go here if you want good service. Still haven t heard back from the area manager about this and I ve filed several complaints.

3-16-23 Today I sent a really nice customer of mine to this Firestone. I was shocked at how this customer was treated. She was sent with a copy of her diagnostic for her vehicle and wanted them to take a look at the issues she was having. My customer informed me that the manager refused to even look at the paperwork and gave her such a nasty attitude. I have been sending all of the customers that come to my Transmission shop with engine problems to these guys because I thought they did good work and took care of their customers. I was completely wrong. I will never send another customer here to be treated as this customer was. It is so hard to find honest people in this industry that remember customer service is extremely important.Firestone drop the ball this time.

I called this location about 30 min to closing time with immediate need for a new tire, having blown the front passenger of my rental car, which was uninsured. The manager, Mike, graciously accommodated me despite a heavy workload at day's end. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a new tire that looked better than the old. SUPER grateful for the quick, efficient service I received. Mike even steered me toward the better BBQ place in town, which turned out to be some of the best had. Great service all around. Thanks, Mike and team!

The location in under new management and it s very obvious in a good way. They actually answer the phones now and the work you expect to be done the same day will get done and inspected as expected. If you have to leave your vehicle, you don t have to be in fear of something being missing when you return. Keep up the great work team.

I have had tire replacements at this location on 2 different occasions without appointments. I thought the service was exceptional and timely. The first time they didn't have my tire in stock so I left it overnight and it was ready by 10 am the next day and on the second occasion I dropped my car off at 3pm and had it back by 6pm. I will confidently return again for future maintenance.
