Shawn is the man to see if you've got questions or concerns about your vehicle. He listened attentively while I explained my issue. While examining the problem, he noticed some other issues and made reasonable recommendations for vehicle care and the safety of my family & myself. Despite being late in the day on a Saturday, he made sure to get me in and out in a timely manner. Additionally, he gave me instructions to make a follow up appointment later in the week for another issue I've been experiencing. Super friendly, professional, intelligent & honest.

Jason Dustin and Brandon have been there with me every step of the way. These last too months have been a process but those gentlemen were amazing. They answered every question concern and kept me updated everyday. My vehicle is running like new thanks to them! Good job guys. I hope I don t have to come back but if I do they are my first choice.

I went in for a simple oil change. They destroyed my oil pan, and put a butterfly screw inside which meant it would leak. They told me I needed a new oil pan and they could put it on for hundreds of dollars. I said no and the guy kept saying "okay but you're going to need a new oil pan real soon". He kept repeating "real soon". It's the second time I had trouble like this with them. Do not trust them with your car.

Unfortunately, I had to come back to this review to edit my rating and comment. My engine splash guard fell down again less than two weeks after having it fixed there. The method they used to fix it which was zip ties didn t work that well. I have to take my car back to see if anything else can be done to fix it if not it may have to be removed.Original reviewOne night I hit a pothole and it caused my engine splash guard to come loose. I took my car into Firestone the next morning, they got my car in quickly and fixed it for a very low price. Since I had a great experience I will be taking my car to this location in the future.

Visual inspection showed oil coming from the oil filter found it loose traveling to the rear differential. Found oil filter finger tight and engine was depleted of oil. This is the note from the North Knox dealership on our close to $400 bill after trusting the Firestone in Lakeland, TN with an oil change. We have been loyal Firestone customers for years. Unfortunately we will not be taking any of our vehicles back to any of their locations. Our daughter was away at school (nearly 375 miles from home) when her car shut off on her middle of a hwy. It would not start back and she had to get help to get it pushed off the highway and then we got it towed to the dealership. The dealership confirmed the recent oil change done at Firestone in Lakeland, TN was not done properly. We did file a claim with Firestone, but it s been nearly a month and we have not heard a word from them. I have called and been told I would receive a call back and of course nothing. They could care less if they are negligent and cause damage to your vehicles. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO CARE ENOUGH TO DO THE RIGHT THING!!!

I be soooooo irritated whenever I leave this place. A simply oil change with an appt should not take almost 3 hours. That s probably one reason I decline the recommendations BECAUSE I don t want to wait another hour or two. Now I don t want to run any errands.Walked and checked in at 8 am . 1st in line. 30 mins later, keys no longer on counter. Fast forward an hour later, look up and see car parked. Great, it s time to go. Took a restroom break and came out to a missing car. Whyyyy are they just now pulling my vehicle to the back. I was getting so happy because I thought I was leaving. Disappointment is what I got instead.

Staff was honest and courteous. I advised that I needed my vehicle back the same day I dropped it off. They assured me that the work would be completed that same day. The store closed at 5 pm, but the staff stayed late to finish my vehicle.

Went to get a tire repaired and showed up when scheduled. I waited in the lobby with no help from an employee for 45 minutes and eventually just had to walk out.

I had the AC repaired on my vehicle (cracked condensor). The repair was made on the same day I dropped my vehicle off and AC is blowing cold again! There was a slight mishap during billing but Dustin went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and I ended up paying less than expected.

I needed an oil change in preparation for a cross country road trip. With no appointment, they quoted me 40 minutes. I had time to walk across the street to Walgreens. They finished the change shortly after I walked back. The staff was friendly.

I took my vehicle for an alignment 1.there wasn t anyone at the front desk so I had to wait over 10 mins just to speak to someone ( they weren t very friendly)2. I did not receive a call when my vehicle was done the same day so I had to check with them the next day even though my vehicle was done the same day3. I did not receive the before and after alignment sheets that shows what my alignment was and what it is after the crew worked on it and refused to give it to me when I asked about it.this is my first time in a Firestone and honestly I would never go back and definitely wouldn t recommend it to anyone

took my truck there as it was running hot - they told me $1092 for water pump and thermostat. Took it to Uncle Dave's in Bartlett and a hose was leaking coolant - total $115. they also ripped me off on a coolant leak on my Buick -- do not go here for auto repairs.

I would discourage anyone from doing business with Firestone, at this location or any in the Memphis area. Like the Wolfchase location technicians need additional training.

I stopped by after 3pm to get two new tires put on my car. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The wait time very minimal. I compared prices and shopped around before coming here and found their price to be most reasonable. I will definitely use this place again

Horrible experience 18 Sep 2023. Ladies, please be aware of staff trying to sell you something that you don't need just to make a extra buck...I went for rotor repair (2nd time)..was waived since I was just there 3 months ago for same issue. I'm thinking it would be a quick in and out BUT Dustin comes out with a new plan higher than the previous bill to include new findings...I politely asked Dustin to have my GMC 2016 Yukon ready for departure and I DIDN'T APPRECIATE the false findings to include a $525.00 cost higher that I just paid a few months ago. I ended up going to GATEWAY on kirby whitten and just say NOTHING FIRESTONE said I needed was TRUE...ALL I NEEDED WAS MY ROTORS TURNED costed me $89.00 with my military discount. THANK YOU GATEWAY FOR YOUR HONESTY AND GREAT SERVICE!!!

They fixed one issue but caused me another serious problem. They did a pressure test and it blew oil up through one of my spark plugs. I confronted them about it and they wrote on the ticket that I brought it up there already like that which was an absolute lie.... beware of dealing with them !!!

I am so sorry but Firestone on 64 and N. Houston Levy let me down. I had them do a job replacing my vehicles rack & pinion and paid a pretty penny. Later I noticed that my power steering pump was leaking so I brought it in for their review. I was told that the pumps seals were bad and I needed a replacement pump. Upon further review by a certified professional mechanic, it wasn t the pump. The fittings from the rack & pinion were leaking. I had them tightened up and I was good to go. Don t know if I ll be going back to Firestone at all!

I m sure plenty of people also get anxious when taking their car to get repairs, because the employees sometimes try to rack up your bill and tell you about problems with your vehicle. It s happened to me before but not here! I had such an awesome, smooth experience setting an appointment and receiving 5-star service at this Firestone. Thank y all for not hassling me for more money or taking too long with the oil change as a busy person who values good, hard work, this was an extremely pleasant experience. I had an appointment at 12:00pm for a simple oil change. I sat there for almost 2 hours waiting for it to be completed. What is the point of scheduling an appointment? If it s going to take that long they should tell you.Also, they try to upsell you like crazy. We recommend this, we recommend that, etc. My car has 22k miles on it. I shouldn t have to tell you I don t need/want extras multiple times. I m highly dissatisfied and will not be returning.0/5 do not recommendService: Oil change

I made a reservation for my oil to be changed at 11:30 AM. I waited in the lobby until 12:30 PM only to be told it would be 40 more minutes now it is 2 PM and I am waiting on an oil filter that I did not know they did not have it in stock. this is a terrible experience, and I hope that they treat others as they would want to be treated. What s the point of making an appointment if it cannot be honored in a timely mannerService: Oil change
