Customer service (and maybe quality?) has declined. I've had multiple cars worked on here in the past, for tires, servicing, etc. I came in for 2 new tires. 3 hours later, still not done. Told later that they didn't actually have the tires in stock and had to go get them. Couldn't you have communicated that earlier and given me the choice to wait or not? I feel that a couple years ago, the service was better, especially the communication.

I had raised white letter tire delivered, they sit in their shop for two week no one called or tried to set up the appointment. We had paid receipts of prepayment, they refused to acknowledge and I had to pay twice for installation. They installed the raised white lettering to the inside (why would anyone order tire with raised white letters and have them install backwards) and they failed to put proper air pressure in the tries the array of PSI from these newly professionally installed tire went from 34 PSI on one tire to 44 PSI, that could have been caused by the fact that the professional failed to put the valve stem caps on. Never give them your business!

I've been a loyal customer for over 10yrs but this location is TERRIBLE. I needed 2 new tires. The mechanics fixed one but broke my wheel lock key and damaged the wheel lock on the other. My car sat in the shop for a few days. I eventually had to get my car out of their shop and drive on a bad tire to the nearest BMW dealership to determine the right key to order. Turned out the damage they caused to the wheel lock wouldn t allow a new key to fit. I had to try other DIY means to remove the wheel locks myself. Finally, they charged me more than the original work order I received when I returned car. They claimed they "deleted" the original work order but I still have the emailed copy. I asked for a rotation on the original work order but apparently the manger removed it after I disputed the charges. The manager, Marc, was arrogant and rude. Other employees I interacted with, Jacob and Alex, were polite and courteous.

Went to get air conditioner checked and wasn't gone from them 1hour my checked engine is now on. I spoke with someone there and told them about it . They talking about the engine light doesn't have anything to do with the ac. My engine light was not on before I took it to them and now it is. I need some answers.

Traveling across the country with my cat when my alternator belt blew. I called them and immediately knew they would take good care of me. Absolutely wonderful emergency care here so I know they'd be perfect for regular maintenance! I always thought Firestone was just tires but this experience has changed what I know about them. Incredibly friendly and professional people here who are fast and very through. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you all for amazing service and for putting me and my pet at ease while we waited to get back on the road.

I had a 7:15 appointment and I got in and out quickly. They saw that I needed an oil change and that my cabin air filter was filthy and brought that to my attention. I was able to get my oil changed and my air filter changed and still was able to get out quickly.

Swindlers. Do not come here unless you want to be told you cannot use your warranty. I had a ball joint go bad a week after receiving the alignment (I was not notified of the possibility of a bad ball joint), and after replacing the ball joint, I attempted to use my one-time warranty to re-align my vehicle properly. This establishment said that I could not use the warranty. I have called around at another Firestone location describing this exact situation, and was told that I would be able to receive the alignment for free with my warranty. The day I got my alignment, they were attempting to get me to replace tires, engine filters, and fog lights instead of telling me ther was any issue with the ball joint. This place WILL take advantage of women, especially if they are young, I urge you to be careful.

Called at 1pm on Black Friday to order a heavy duty battery for our teenagers Jeep, Laurie was professional and efficient in getting us the perfect Die Hard at a reasonable price and had it ready for pickup in two hours. On.a.holiday!!!! Perfect experience as always. Thank you

I called this place for a brake line repair and they told me to bring my van but when I got there they told me they were too busy but if I wanted to leave my vehicle it would be a $116 diagnostic fee that would not go towards repairs. People please beware of businesses that charge absurd diagnostic fees that do not go towards the repair of your vehicle, please don't be taken advantage of.

We've been coming to this location for over 15 years. Although management has changed throughout the years, we still get great service. If there is an issue, there's no hesitation for them to correct it.

STAY AWAY!!!! This location is led by an arrogant prick, Mark, who hits on every woman who comes in! If you don t fall for his sick pick up lines, he ll scam you and false quote repairs!!! Beware!!!! My aunt and I will be calling corporate!!

This is the Worst experience of customer service and company in the community. I drop of my vehicle at 9am with 1 car in front to get 4 tires balanced and mounted. Went back 7 hours later vehicle still hasn t been serviced yet omg ! Her response was that we closed at 7 pm you can still wait no apology, no justification, no concern for neglecting to get service. This location needs new team members starting with the management!! I will rate no stars 0But , I had to select one to reply.

My first time without my husband,they told me what s wrong ave me space to talk to my husband,then a few hours I had to go back my rear windshield rubber was gone. please purchase a coffee maker for your customers who decide to stay for that 1 or2

They are unprofessional. I dropped my car off to get tires mounted and balanced @920am. The clerk tells me it should be finished by 1:30pm. No call from her@ 1:30pm. So I get a ride to the location@3:30pm and they have not touched my car. But have the nerve to tell me, that they close @7pm. I politely told them to give me keys , I won't be waiting until 7pm.

1 star because that's as low as I can rate them. Went in for my tire wobbling 4 hours and 360 dollars later my tire is still wobbling, and I'm at another shop down the street. Out of the almost 5k worth of repairs they recommended they missed the actual problem. My CV axel needed to be replaced.

Wow what a great experience. Totally satisfied and happy. My technician was Jamean and he was great. He took his time and explained everything in detail. I was about to leave with car as is and he explained that that would be a bad idea. One of my brake calipers was locked up. Because of this he was unable to change my brake pads. He took me back and showed me how I had one pad completely worn down and one that was brand new like it had never been used. So effectively my car only had one brake. Jamean looked genuinely concerned for my safety. Took his time and answered every annoying question I had. And he was able to fix and free up caliper which saved me money. Instead of taking the easy way out and just replacing the part, he took his time fixing mine and saving me a lot of money. He is a great person who genuinely cares about customers. My sales person Alexander was awesome too! Explained everything upfront so there was no hidden or unexpected fees. It was truly a great experience! I highly HIGHLY recommend them. You can trust them to take care of you. I give my word it s true!November 2023,They have done it again! I can t recommend this place enough. Good people who care. Marc gave me an unbelievable deal on 4 new tires. Then Alex in the service area discovered that my factory dealership had been rotating my tires with different size rims on front and back. I currently had back rims on front of my car. Dealership assured me MULTIPLE TIMES that it s ok to rotate tires on my car. Boy were they wrong. Thanks so much Alex! As soon as they put wheels in proper place car s alignment straightened right up. WOW awesome work! Thanks again for everything! I give my word everything I said here is true. Buy with confidence

The worst location in Memphis. They are very expensive and lairs . My first impression when I arrived at this Location was the fact it s wasn t crowded. 1 person was in front of me and a man was behind in line . The young Mexican guy seen us two woman and ask what we needed done . The woman in front of me stated she was there to get her car diagnostics information he told her that they don t check the engine at that location. And if it was wiring issues his mechanics wouldn t want to do it . I start laughing because for one how you don t do a certain thing at one location but all the other locations does then he said my mechanics as if he s the owner . They need to have him go through training again

I came in to this shop yesterday Oct 31,2023 for tire sensors checked/replaced, went ahead and added oil change. I made it here at 8 am. By 10 am they said everything was done they set my old sensors did the oil change but they recommended a sway bar/sway bar links, and brake flush. Ok cool. How much ? I was told $1006.00 will have everything covered. I asked them again are my sensors set? The guy said yes its all fixed. So i said do the extras and call me when its ready. So i get a call at 630pm saying its ready come pick up truck. I make it there in ten minutes. Pay my bill. Go get in truck, 1st thing i see is tpms light on!!! Now im highly upset. Cant do anything because everyone has left. Come back next morning (now) they said ok sorry charges me for sensors and told me i will have to get back in line again and wait here for hours because several people in front of me. I tried to leave my truck last night but couldn t, they left. They should have put me 1st. Now its 10 people in front of me again!!! Never come to this place again. Invoice # 223963 store #019887

Shady business practice. Recommended a coolant flush and service when the cylinder head was just off for a head gasket less than 150 miles before. Coolant was replaced and block cleaned within the previous 72 hours of visit.When this was brought to the technicians attention he had no response other than it needs to be changed.Also recommended all 4 tires changed when they were all over 50% tread.I'm not ASE certified, but I do the majority my own car maintenance, and have attended formal training classes for automotive repair. Only reason for this visit was an alignment as I do not want to manually do this at home and we paid for lifetime alignments at Firestone when we lived in Hawaii.It seems they thought they had a sucker because I walk in with flip flops and board shorts on.

I brought these tires today and the tire light came on, on the way home. I went back and I was told that I had to drive it so it could Recalibrate it self. Parked my vehicle in the driveway and I came out 3 hours later to pick up my kids to this. I am very upset. This car will be going back first thing in the am

Very horrible experience Alex is horrible with customer relations one on one he can't remember any on the clients vehicles he hung up in my face asking me why am I bringing my vehicle there no knowledge on any questions on my vehicles!!!

I went to firestone to replace my radiator. Was given an estimate of over 1000.00 and told I needed a radiator, 595.00, thermostat, 215.00, and flushing 165.00. The labor was 380.00. The mechanic I went to charged me 385.00 for the radiator , tax, and labor included. Didn't need a thermostat. My cost was almost the same as what firestone would have charged me for labor. Never again will I take my business to them.

Been to this location twice months apart. They did not seem interested in my business either time. They gave me excuses about not eating lunch and being to busy with only two cars on the whole property.

10/10 Service!! I had a flat tire on Saturday, 3/4. I called to see about getting it in to get repaired/replaced. I spoke with Rick who said they didn't have any appts until Monday. I told him that was not a problem and scheduled for Monday. In the meantime, I tried to get the tire off to put the spare on and couldn't get the lug nuts off. I called AAA to come change the tire and the tech they sent out also could not get it off. So I had AAA tow it to Firestone. I called Firestone back to let them know that it was being towed, just so they were aware it was on it's way. Rick told me they would try to get it looked at on Sunday instead of Monday. First thing Sunday morning, Rick called me back and got me taken care of right away. They were fantastic! It never fails that I have tire issues on Sundays, when Firestone is one of the only tire shops open. Usually we have pretty good service. Once we had a rude employee, but for the most part it's been good. However, I received exceptional service this time and I'm back on the road.Service: Tires

i got 2 tires from them haven't had them 2 weeks and a nail was in the tire. he tell me i need a new tire after.
