I scheduled to replace all 4 tires at 11. The young lady at the front Tara was very nice and kept me updated. I was gone by 1:30. Me having had run a shop in the pasted was very aware of how long it can take for service so this was a short time to me.

Friendly staff, great customer services. 4 tires replaced plus alignment. Appt time 7 am, ready to go 9:50 am. Could be better but Not bad for me.

My visit at Firestone was great, and the process of getting checked in was perfectly done. The tires I needed for my vehicle were at another store, and Mr. Stovall went to pick them up immediately. Since it was so late when I came in that day, I had to wait for everything to be finished. I was called immediately after the car was finished to pick it up the next morning. I really appreciate Rick Stovall, Service Manager for his professionalism and expertise. I just wish the price was a little cheaper. I am now a new customer and referral source for Firestone.

First of all I was checked in and told them I was waiting for the tire to be fixed. After a couple of hours I was approached by the person at the counter and she asked me have you been helped. I said yes but I've been waiting for a couple of hours. The person that checked me in did not put on the paperwork that I was waiting for my car. After that I was told that the set of tires that I bought a couple of months ago was discontinued so now I have 1 different tire than the other 3. I've been coming to Firestone many years and spent thousands of dollars and never experienced a bad one until now. You got managers that talk bad about their employees and also noticed that a customer was on the phone with the manager and the manager got irritated with the customer and just hang up on her after she called 3 times complaining about the service she just went through. Very unprofessional staff you now have working for you.

The Firestone associate was very professional and helpful even though I didn't have an appointment, she told me to come in and she would worked me in. I was there for less than an hour, great lady!!!!

I guess your experience here depends on who s working that day. The first two times I visited this location I had a pleasant experience. I came in to purchase new tires for my car. They young lady that was working the register at the time was very friendly and informative. I had no issues. However, my third time coming was a nightmare! I came in for an alignment. It seemed that there was a new set of people working that day. Even, though the gentleman at the register was nice, whoever did the alignment on my car did a terrible job. My car was worse off before I brought it in. While driving home, I noticed that steering my car was really weird. So, I thought I d test out the alignment by loosening my grip on the wheel for a few seconds. Once I did that, my car immediately pull to the left. It was bad! I made it home and decided to take it in the next day so they could correct it. However, my trip back was cut short by a blown out tire on the front right side of my car. I drove for a good 10 minutes and then my car started shaking and dragging. I had to pull over and call for a tow to take me back to the shop. Once I made it to the shop, there was another crew working that day. They were pleasant even though I wasn t on the phone. They fixed the alignment and replaced my tire (under warranty). I have this location three stars for each of the great experiences I had at the store. I wish I didn t have to go through this, but it is what it is. I m not going back. That s for sure. I m definitely not comfortable with bringing my car there.

Very short handed on the employee side. Wait time is shameful. Customer service is good, but no complimentary refreshments like other locations.

I'm not sure why they call themselves "tire specialist". They can't follow simple instructions from customer. They were advised to move back tires and wheels to front and mount two new tires on wheels that were to be placed on rear. I caught the mistake and returned....i was then told old tires could not be mounted on wheels. Had they followed instructions there would have been no need to remove and remount older tires. Simply move them to front. Here's a update consumers....as you will see in the photos they actually ruined one of the tires so it couldnt even be remounted to a wheel and i believe they knew this. Be careful at this location.

I got an oil change from this location and when I turned my car on the next day the oil light was on. I checked it myself and it looked like there was almost no oil in the engine. So I m pretty sure they drained the oil but didn t put any in it.I went back that morning to have them put oil in it, which they did. It did take them about 20 minutes to get around to it.Not super impressed. Easily could have cause catastrophic failure to my car.

So this isn t the first time I come to this location, every time there was something and I was understanding. but this time was different. Took an appointment online, received the confirmation in the email, got to this location on my appointment day and find out that they didn t confirm it! Store wasn t busy at that time, employee didn t even try to make things right. Asked how long it would take, she just nodded her head like she didn t know! Bad bad customer service!

I ve tried to schedule three appointments with this location in the past month for a simple oil change. The couple times I could actually get someone on the phone and scheduled an appointment I thought everything was ok, until the day of the appointment. With my most recent attempt I got an email saying that my appointment was canceled because there were no open availabilities even tho I scheduled my appointment a week in advance. The other times I didn t even get that. I drove all the way down there just to be told I had no appointment and that I would have to wait three hours. I was told that appointments weren t set in stone and that they could change them when they pleased. I don t know if this was all because I m a woman or if they value other customers over simple things, like oil changes. I never leave reviews but my experiences have been nothing but terrible with Firestone.Service: Oil change

Never take your vehicle here!!!! EVER!! They not only took 3 weeks to not even get the job done, they lost my parts that I hand delivered 2 weeks earlier and instead of calling and letting me know, they played the blame game!! Corporate will be receiving a call from me in the next 30 minutes if this hasn't been rectified!!!!

It takes FOREVER to get serviced. Longest I have ever waited for 1 tire to get done. Came in at 2pm because I was told they could accept my appointment. As I am typing this , it is 5:45 and my car has not moved from the parking spot. Seems under-staffed regardless, it has been taking forever. 4 hours for 1 tire is ridiculous. Never experienced this at a Firestone location. Needs some staff or management training to get people in and out in a timely fashion.

Lori assured me they had my tires and I that I can come in and be seen same-day. Mind you Im getting new tires because my current ones are unsafe. So Lori had me drive 20min to tell me i expected you to be here over an hour ago Im unsure how this would have been possible without teleportation. I left and went else where. The customer service was dismal and Im fine waiting for my tires, but dont lie to customers. Thats unsafe and unprofessional. I will not be visiting Loris Firestone again.

I stopped in on Monday asking about an oil change, and the wait was longer than I could manage then. I asked, "When can I come back and get in and out quickly?" They gave me an appointment for 9 am on Thursday (today). I arrived at 8:45 and have been waiting since then. It's now 10:51 and they just pulled my truck around to start on the job.How can you possibly be two hours behind at 9 am?My business was just around the corner from this location for years, and I've had good experiences here in the past with several vehicles, but this visit has been very disappointing.

I always deal with Lori here and she takes care of what's needed. Had to get a pair of tires warrantied out recently; it was clear that the tires had worn prematurely and she took care of it, no problem. I always feel it is how a company deals with an issue that makes you a long time customer. Thanks for the service.

Walked in to get air put in my tire and was told I had to do it myself. Putting air in a tire only takes 5 minutes!!! Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Will not be using another Firestone for anything. Called corporate the lady I talked to didn t care either.

They replaced the rotors on the front, and back, car still making noise when I get on brakes. Not sure what the problem is, but the manager did agree to look at the car again.

This was the worst experience ever!! I have been coming here for years. I had an appt at 8am arrived at 7:45am. My vehicle wasn't done until 3:45pm. I called several times for an update and their best explanation was "we only have two technicians ". My appt was only for an oil change!!! Such a disappointment and big inconvenience. No courtesy call or anything. I will not be back!

Today was my first time at this location. I receive great service. The lady at the register was simply awesome. We had a great and very informative conversation about virtual school during Covid-19. I may change this one to my primary location due to the customer service alone.

This place is ridiculous .I'm glad I don't live here and NEVER have to deal with them.I came in twice for a tire leake repair for a car rental. The first time they weren't able to accommodate me because they were close to finishing with is completely understandable. However I asked to have my low tire air up because since it had a leaked it was low.The clerk said fine . To pull to the first bay and they'll get to me, they're closing in 2 hours and 30 minutes went by and despite the fact that I went in to remind them I decided to leave to go to DISCOUNT TIRE because they are AMAZING unlike this excuse of a shop.The next day I showed up to my appointment and it's been about 2 hours and I'm yet to receive my car keys. if it wasn't for the fact that National car rental suggested I'd come here for service since they're partners with Firestone I would had rather go back to Memphis International Airport and get another car. Pathetic and glad to never have to come back ever not because they need my business but because they lack hustle.

Do not they your car to this place unless you are prepared to wait 4 to 5 hours. I made an appointment to have my tires put on at 2pm. The tires were already purchased and the installation fees and taxes were all prepaid before I arrived to this place. I talked to one of the technicians that worked at this place before I arrived so they knew I was coming. I made it to the location and they acted as if they had no clue about who I was. They acted like I didnt pay for services to be done to my vehicle. After I presented them my receipt showing that I paid and verification that I had a 2pm appointment they still didnt care. I had to call the 800 number to get clearance (which is a waste of time because I remind you I just spoke with someone before I arrived) after getting all this straighten out they finally started on my car at 4pm, 2 hours later as my original appointment was at 2pm..finally at 6pm they were finish with my vehicle. 4 hours only to install 4 new tires. Smh. The workers here are rude, they dont care about customers spending their money. They take breaks every 20 mins, talking on their cell phones and watching videos. They are not professional. I recommend staying away from this place and find another location if you must use a Firestone.

Please don't get stranded and come here. Over expensive. They're not trying to help you if you're out of state. Make you wait over 5hrs with a baby to get your car fixed, but they ask for your car at 7am! Find another compassionate place!!

This is the worst Firestone in the area. When I arrived, the technician act like he didn t want to be at work. He was very rude and not helpful at all. Then they tried to over charge me for the price of an oil change. No. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00AM, I expect for them to honor that appointment, but instead they told me that I would have to wait 3 hours. Are you serious? I will never come back to this location. I don t mind driving 30 to Mississippi for good quality customer service!!!!!!!!!

I took my truck for an oil change. Some how they did not replace a gasket. My truck leaked oil for a weeks before I noticed. I asked them to fix the issue they caused which would take 5 total minutes. They offered to do it for $120. I purchased the $5 gasket they removed and fixed it myself. Total time taken was around 3 minutes + oil change.

Don't go here. I'm warning you. I went to this location today and dropped of my Toyota Sequoia for an oil change at 8:30 am. They called me at 11:30 and told me my vehicle was ready. I got to the shop and paid for the services. They then told me that they couldn't find the keys to my vehicle. They searched the shop for 15 minutes and couldn't locate my keys. Sean, who was my service advisor, said that this happened 3 times over the last week. The manager, Eric, told me that he would call me around 4:30 with an update. By 5:30, I hadn't received a call from the manager so I went back up to the location. When I arrived, everyone was gone and my vehicle was sitting in the parking lot unlocked. I got someone to take me to get a rental car since I was without my vehicle. I was really disappointed that they didn't at least call me back to tell me they couldn't find my keys. I'm going back on Monday to see what they will tell me about my vehicle and keys. I'm warning you, Do not go to this location. This location is 5 blocks from my house and I will never go back here. Enter at your own risk but you have been warned.
