Getting a nail hole fixed on my car s tire went as smoothly as possible, a breeze. Alex checked me in quickly and efficiently. The tire was fixed within two hours. Thanks and kudos to Alex and the folks at Firestone - Poplar. I depend on Firestone for all things tires.

I brought my car to this place at 10am for a 9.99 full car diagnostic test. I was told it would be 1 1/2 2hrs of course that wasn t true. I called back around 110pm and was told my car was next to be pulled in. A hour after I was told that I pulled up there myself to check and my vehicle was never even moved from where I originally parked it to begin with. Can you say pissed? Very unprofessional and money hungry is what I call it. Never again

I waited 4 hours for a scheduled oil change. I was told they were waiting on an oil filter 1 hour in. If you schedule an oil change and have all the vehicle information before a customer walks in the door, perhaps you should have gotten the part before actually approving the appointment. It's a Jeep not a Lamborghini. Never again.

Professional service! Store manager took care of me and the Technician Wilbur was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and had no issues with questions and explaining everything. Would definitely recommend this store

Overall good service and fair prices. Had car towed due to flawed starter. Discovered battery needed replaced also. Work done in under 4 hours.

I got there around 5pm. The guy at the register appeared to be a manager. He was very rude to all of the customers that i saw him come in contact with. He was griping aboit being there sonce really early that morning, like 4am. There was a lady ahead of me and she came to ask a question. When he saw her he was snappy. As soon as she went to her to get something he told one of the workers in the bay to come see what she want because he doesn't have time for her today. She wasn't rude or anything. Then I asked about a tire for ky car that was currently on flat since I purchased the set there. I was looking to buy one. He said he would check. By the time he stopped answering calls snappily, and checked I remembered they were under warranty. He looked at and said he couldn't touch the tire I would have to get one and that they didn't have any my tire size. He then got the worker to get in my car and pull it on the bay knowing he wouldn't replace it, paid or warranty and the guy left my rug really oily after I had just washed my car and scrubed the mats that morning. Then told ke to use dish soap, it'll come right out.

Firestone has served our family cars for 30 years.. The only 2 location I feel safe to serve our cars Park Ave. and this one. There are expensive.

Absolutely bad. The associates were very rude. All I wanted was air. They acted as if I needed a motor. I kept saying good morning and no one spoke back.

They are nice and prices are high. But depending on whoYou get you never know if you are being told the truth.My water pump needed a frez pulg the mechanic tried to say I need a new motor I crawled under the car put the freeze plug on the water pump and drove off. How is not in the physical condition to have to do that. Other times they're right on target.So it is a rool of the dice whether you are treated right or wrong. In 35 years that has not changed. Wish it had.

Editing my previous good review.I cannot justify bringing my car here anymore. Each time I bring it home something has been neglected or done wrong.Last time, they forgot to put the top anti rattle clip on one of my pads. Que nothing but horrible metal clanking.They also only returned one of my 4 Kansas City Chiefs valve stem caps. They didn't offer to replace them with the same or even just plain plastic black ones. Just shrugged their shoulders. Like...go look for them!Took 6.5 hours to have my pads replaced with an appointment. Kept being told no one in the entire city had them. A simple search on my phone found dozens available around town.This was just one visit.I give them 2 stars because most of the time the employees are kind and somewhat competent.Won't be back even though they are the closest place to my home.

We are travelling around the South in a hire car. Unfortunately we managed to get a piece of metal in our tire and needed to have it repaired before we could continue our travels. Firestone Memphis was recommended to us and we could not have been happier. Alex looked after us from our first point of contact until the job was done. We were in and out in 1/2 an hour. I've been getting all my cars serviced at Firestone for decades. My wife's, daughter and my car. This past Sunday, I set up an early appointment to have an oil change. Dropped my car off at 9:00 (scheduled) rode my bike to the greenline and Shelby Farms. I got the call at 10 a.m. that my car was ready! Love it. I made my way back to Firestone after completing a 18 mile bike ride. Thanks guys as always!

After they tried to talk me into $1,500 in repairs, most minor. They took their time getting around to even starting on my vehicle. For $500 in labor I expected better. Then when I got my car back, I noticed they riffled through my belongings and took my auto flashlight. I would not recommend service here again. Go somewhere more professional.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

The fine people of Firestone remained open during the wintery conditions when other auto shops were closed. After multiple failed attempts at my usual auto shop, and desperately needing a new tire, I decided to venture out and try a new auto shop and I m so glad I did. They were able to squeeze me in, hook me up with two great and affordable tires, and had me on my way in a timely manner! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I truly enjoyed my experience with them and would definitely recommend!

My experience here has not been good. Couple months back I came to do an oil change and CVT They forgot about the oil change and I had to drive back again to get it done.This time I am here to change my tires and have been waiting for 3 hours. They keep telling me they are short on mechanic. I m probably not going to use their service anymore.The staff are great and friendly but time is much more valuable to me.

Always l buy my tires for my utility trailer and the road hazard protection cover flat tire and even if is not repairable it will be replaced with a new tire and prorated. Good service.

I highly recommend this Firestone location. Chris and Eddie helped me so much today. I live in East Memphis and work downtown. I had a flat tire Thursday and took my car to my usual Firestone location Friday and Sunday but they told me they were too busy to even look or work on my tire. So I went to this Firestone location instead. I was more than willing to wait, but it only took 1 1/2 hours for my tire to be fixed. AND it was covered under my warranty!! This will be my Firestone location in Memphis now. I appreciate excellent customer service!Service: Tires

Had to get a flat tire fixed on a Saturday and they were extremely busy and short-staffed, but the team there remained positive and helpful. They knew my parents were in town and I had to have the car back before a dinner reservation downtown and worked hard to get my tire fixed so we could keep the reservation, even when they had to order the tire delivered that day as they did not have in stock. Greatly appreciated the service and professional attitude.

6 hours and $350 to replace a single spark plug. Told us they ordered the wrong part 2 different times and took 3 "test drives" before figuring out what they were doing. They only did this because my wife took it in without me. Waiting area full of women being told to "calm down" while they were made to wait all day. Men came in and left with prompt service. As soon as I (man) called and chewed them out, they got the right part put in, finished the job and gave us 15% off. Blatant sexism.

I went yo fix a flat tire on my car. I was told it will take more than an hour but they completed the task within an hour. The staff is very courteous and polite. I will recommend this place to everyone.
