I buy , Storage auctions I love this location because the manager and employees always are true to their word and very helpful in every way unlike other locations/company s I have dealt. Definitely highly recommend!!

The employees are super nice, go a mile to help you actually! And the facility is super clean and kept up nicely. It s heavily gated so I feel safe with my personal things being there

Joann helped me out. Above and Beyond. Definitely.Let me know a couple days in advance i had a late payment before a late fee happened.I was moving to another location and had meant to be out sooner. She also helped me process a partial month's payment for the days till I moved out. Which saved me 52$.Very nice.

Great, helpful staff! Location is close to where we needed it and facility is very clean and safe. Brian was very friendly, knowledgeable and we were able to secure a storage unit on the spot with easy access the same day. Highly recommend.

The staff are very easy to work with and the units were extremely clean and well secured. The conditioned units stayed nice and cool throughout the summer time.

Heather is the Best when it comes to helping customers out! She s so quick and knowledgeable when she answers your questions! If all the employees at Extra Space are a fraction of what she puts on the table, y all are some lucky people! She s friendly, happy, quick witted, and super nice to just talk to! Please hire more people like this and you will supersede any other storage business around! Our unit was so clean, and easy to find! I will always recommend this location and company to my friends/family!

Just rented my unit. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The property is very neat and clean. I will know more when I actually start putting things in.***UPDATE*** I had an issue making a payment and called the store. I spoke with Missy, and she is hands down the best customer service agent I have dealt with in a long time. she was beyond helpful! I wish there was a Missy working in every place I do business with. 5 more stars!

Great experience at Extra Space in midtown Memphis (2939 Poplar Ave.). Store Manager Brian Barnett and Assistant Manager Chey Walker are both extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist with any problem and making the rental process a pleasure! With people like this in charge, I'd consider no other facility for storing things that matter to me.

Very nice experience booking on line and then having an in depth discussion with Brian about the various size and options for space. He could not have been nicer. After a year of rental at Extra Space Storage, it is finally time for me to move on, but I could not be more pleased with the facility. It is clean, safe and easily accessed. Thanks ESS.

This is the second time I ve moved to Memphis and stored my things in this facility. 2017 and 2022. Grateful for the ease of starting a new storage contract and the consistent excellent service I ve received over the years. Both the storage units and the packing/moving supplies are exactly what I needed. The facility feels secure, clean, well lit, and maintained.

I was first impressed with the great customer service with the representative who took my reservation for a storage space. The young lady was attentive and courteous to my needs concerning storage space. When I came into the location I was greeted by Brian. Brian was very helpful. His professionalism was impeccable. He walked me around the facility to view the space I would be leasing. He made me feel comfortable knowing my items would be protected while in the facility. Brian even recommended things I may need to purchase to help my move go smoothly . Brian you are a valuable asset to this location!! Thanks a million !

My experience with extra space storage was a breeze! I called to talk about prices and they made a reservation for the unit before I got there. After making sure the space would be big enough we went ahead and filled out the paperwork and I was on my way. All in all it took less than an hour from start to finish, and Brian at the front desk was so kind and helpful! Definitely 10/10 recommend extra space.

I had the best experience at the Poplar&Tillman location. It was my first time ever renting storage space and Heather took great care of me. It was by far the easiest and nicest customer service experience I ve had in a while!

Extra Space was just what we needed to facilitate our move. The price was reasonable, especially after factoring in the move-in special which made the second month rent-free. The facility on Poplar Ave. was new and clean. The unit was climate controlled and the elevators and push carts made moving stuff in and out a breeze. The building had a loading bay that could accommodate normal vehicles as well as large trucks such as a U-Haul. The gate and cameras gave a sense of security and the individual keycode we selected made sure that we had easy access to our stuff when we needed it. I would definitely recommend their service.

Stephanie, Kaelyn and Brad are awesome! From the very first phone call to the first meet and greet. They are all super helpful, friendly and very professional. The storage facility itself is clean and very spacious and seems to be secured well. The access hours are great too!

Bryan at the Poplar avenue location is always kind and pleasant over the phone or when I have to go in person. For the past 9 years of my being a customer, I have always had a positive experience with all the staff there.
