My experience with Ms. Effie was wonderful. She was very nice, pleasant & knowledgeable. She gave me details on what was going on with the new company taking over Storage Quest. I appreciate her service & look forward to seeing her again.

The team at Starquest are absolutely amazing. They treat you like a person not just someone that s renting a storage. They re so understanding and kind there. I d recommend ANYBODY to use this facility for their storage needs.

Terrible experience lost half of my things to water damage. And what I thought I could savage was so stinking when I got it to the house had to trash all or most. Very Bad!

I recommend any future customers to skip this place and find another storage room. I have had problems out of this location since I moved my things in Miss Barbara at the front Dess. She is very rude and disrespectful. I was cursed out with a lid into the gate is this a long story the district manager, John Vixen he was very rude. He wanted me to vacate after I just moved in because I was having problems out of the on-site manager Barbara I was calling to report her but instead he asked me to vacate if they could make me happy and it wasn t the property it was the property manager who was very rude very disrespectful. I was cursed out by Miss Barbara. I was given a hard time by her and I m only spending my heart on earn money. And it s been almost a month since I hit my storage room and I m still having issues from the property manager. She went back in the system and got me locked out and I signed up for auto pay so if you can come in to your storage anytime before 9 PM so I recommend to path goal please don t stop very unprofessional they don t care about paying customers I just don t recommend this place for anybody

The best rental storage place u can find in the my city of Memphis TN they have that southern hospitality and u will be glad that u stored your things with them... come see Matt and Barbara they will help u out thanks a lot sign shundra

Staff is never on site to assist with problems . Rat boo boo all over everything I had in my storage , they ate through my brand new dresser! Staff is very ghetto and unprofessional

If I could do 0 stars I would! Management is horrible at this place! No one ever there to answer the phone and when you do talk to them, they make promises they don't keep! This place has charged me 3 consecutive months auto draft after I moved out (with giving notice as required). Contacted them about it and it's still happening. Had to go through my bank and seeking legal action! They also have a rodent problem, but I should have paid the extra $10 a month somewhere better to avoid that. Storage renters beware!

I had a water damage at a unit at this great value storage. I told the property manager, I took pictures and sent the property manager a video. I had insurance on my property but sadly, Its been a year and I still have not gotten anything for my damaged items. I've called for months asking for my claim and haven't got a response from the property manager or any one from great value storage. It's been financially hard for me to get everything I lost in that water damaged from the great value storage unit I had. Please do not store your things at Great value storage. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!
