I was nervous at first about getting a storage unit because leaving items in strange places seems spooky.But the man i talked to - i think his name was jake? - was super reassuring and respectful.The facility seems to be on point. Its clean and i love the security features.

I needed to place items in storage on short notice. I went online and reserved a spot quickly. When I went by just to check the space out, I was very pleased. Jacob was very friendly and more than accommodating.

Jacob was extremely professional and was able to work with me to secure a unit. Friendly, great service, explained everything in detail so I felt confident getting a storage unit here. Highly recommend the Extra Space Storage on Mt. Moriah. Ask for Jacob!

The store manager was very helpful. I order the wrong unit online and he was quick to help me get my right size unit. They were also about to close but he still help me with no problem.

I absolutely love this storage facility. It is very convenient and the manager Ms. Effie was the best! She was very patient and accommodating to me and my fianc� who were moving to the area and needed a little extra space. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who is looking to store their items, mainly this location!

Extra Space Storage is by far the best storage facility that I have ever used. Ms. Effie was so awesome with helping my fianc� and I figure out the right storage needs. She was very polite, accommodating and she completely brightened our day after facing a big move. We will definitely recommend this storage facility specifically this location to anyone looking to store their items. Thanks Ms. Effie for all you do!!!!!!!

Great experience! I was returning from overseas and needed a space to store some possessions. I coordinated online with Nicole and she really took care of me. She emailed me prior to my arrival and answered all of my questions. When I finally arrived, she was so very nice! Thanks so much!

Very positive experience. I stored items in a climate control unit for slightly over a year. Everything was just as originally placed in storage. There were no bugs or extra dirt. The customer service was excellent

Sherlonda and Nicole are amazing always very helpful.Sherlonda took the time to leave her desk and come to the back to help me with a lock issue. I was so grateful. I recommend extra space. Very clean very nice and affordable

I needed a storage unit with little notice and contacted Extra Space storage. I had reserved a unit On Line and contacted the Office the following day. My store representative assisted me in.securing a storage unit and I was able to move items in that same day. She has been very instrumental in meeting my families needs. After a short period of time we were able to downsize to a smaller unit and was able to do so with no problem. I've been an Extra Space customer off and on since 2015' and have always had a pleasant experiance. Thanks
