We went to the wrong location at first but the man there pointed us in the right direction. When we arrived at the correct location, Justin was there to greet us by name. He showed us the unit and explained the fees and insurance. He was very kind and polite and worked fast. The unit was very clean and spacious. Great experience so far with this storage company.

Was quick to get my unit after I set everything up online, they wanted me to write a review at the front desk before I even got to my unit or anything which I thought was weird.I got to my unit and it was really dirty, luckily I had a cover for my important stuff but all of my furniture and boxes had dust and dirt covering the bottom after storing them here. There was also a giant hole in the wall which made it look extra trashy. The unit also let in a little bit of water when it rained but luckily all I had at the front of my unit were some plastic boxes so it didn't really affect anything.I also didn't like that they put a hard to remove sticker on my lock that left a lot of residue when I tried to remove it.None of my stuff got stolen so that's a plus but I think there's a lot better storage places in the area that are a better choice.

Today I was serviced by Justin at their 2673 Mt Moriah location.His customer service was awesome!! He explained everything clearly and assisted me with choosing the best size unit at the best price.

Excellent service, I was greeted with a warm smiling face. I didn t like the unit I reserved online so he helped me find one to my liking. He was so helpful and polite I would recommend this location to anyone. Thanks so much.

This location did not have the storage space I needed at the price I wanted HOWEVER the gentleman was still able to assist me get a storage from a different location, same company. It all worked out. Great service, fast service. He knows his job very well.

I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage, longer than I care to admit. However, the staff has always been helpful and friendly. My encounter with Annavette was beyond exceptional. She answered any questions I had and was extremely polite. Her customer service is impeccable.

Shalonda in the office was great assisting me with access into my daughters unit. She had a very positive disposition and she appears to enjoy what she does. I did inform her that I do believe someone accessed the unit without permission. Because the lock I put on the unit wouldn t open with the key I used to lock it.I also could not find what I went to pickup. Which leads me to believe someone removed my lock and replaced with a similar lock. I barely had room to close the door when I locked it, now I have space to walk in and sit down. Someone has definitely been removing my daughter belongings. I still have the lock if you want to check for finger prints other than mine.

The representative online was excellent at giving me the best rates to meet my storage needs. No hidden fees and so upfront. Shalonda the on-site manager was so friendly and professional. She walked me through step by step with care and patience. I would recommend them any day
