Clean units and facility. Easy check in. Great value. Very secure. Thoughtful and very helpful staff. Every part of renting and moving into my new unit in Memphis was made so easy from start to finish. I highly recommend this storage facility. The manager went over and above to get me set up, moved in & to answer any questions I had. Thank you!

Lene Tapp was such a pleasant individual to engage with. Very sweet, and great help! She had answers for all my questions! Facility was kept nice and tidy! Highly recommend this facility for storage needs.

Very kind and helpful. Allowed us to use their dump packing out and let me in the gate the second day I came through bc they recognized me. Door manners at a Storage Unit facility? Sign me up! Lovely folks need more in Memphis!

Aileen is awesome. I was quoted a rate through email and we discussed it on the phone. When the rate increased, she honored the quoted rate. It's rare to have customer service like that nowadays. I would recommend 100%.

The owner is so kind and very helpful as well! She was so patient and great with explaining how everything works. Love it! I got the smallest size storage and it s extremely spacious definitely worth every penny.

I just love Ms. Lillie!! She has been the sweetest since the first time I spoke with her. She was very knowledgeable, gave me great recommendations, and she has an awesome personality! She made me feel welcome and I'm glad to be doing business with her! If you are looking for a great storage facility with a sweet and understanding manager, go to this facility!

Th customer service rep on the phone was extremely polite and helpful. And the on-site manager contacted me shortly after to impart on-site knowledge to help me on my first visit. Would definitely recommend.

Ive been here 3 years, This is the best storage facility in Memphis, with the best property manager, Ms Ilene.....trust me. I know.. after being in the military 27 years! She keeps this property running, give her an oppurtunity to take care of your storage needs.. you will not regret it

Easy and smooth experience!!! I did everything online but the property manager still reached out to make sure that I had all I needed. I did it the night before and the lock and information were inside the unit. Easy-peazy!! Great location as well, not far off the interstate.

Customer service is great! Lillie was very helpful and she made sure I understood everything before leaving. She was very welcoming. I would definitely recommended this location to any and everyone. The units are very clean too!

Lillie is awesome! She quickly found a unit, explained all the details, and had me signed up and out the door quickly. This is the seconded time I have used this facility and it has been a great experience both times.
