So far so good... Used my storage for the first time last night. It was easy to access my unit. My storage unit was nice and clean. They left a package zip tied to the door with all contact information.The cylinder lock did give me a little trouble at the end of the night. If it does again I'll contact management. Based on shopping around they seem to be priced right. I have yet to interact with any staff.

Jodi is the store manager and we have been renting for over a decade. She has been so kind and patient as we navigate our new norm with a family illness. She has always gone above and beyond and we have made a lasting friendship. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her.

I originally reserved 5x10 outside unit. But when I got to extra space, Jody the manager went through all the details of Leasing and the options offered. I decided to go with a 5x8 climate controlled unit which was a little bit less expensive. I much appreciate her expertise and time to explain. I have expensive art and climate controlled is better for it . There was a $29 admin fee which I didn't appreciate, and you have to buy a special lock that's $19.95. But even with the admin fee and the special lock it's very Low Cost Storage in a clean , dry , supervised, fenced-in area. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage.

Amazing service and friendly staff!!! Great rates and great location for my first storage unit purchase - completed everything online in less than 20 minutes and the hours of operation are perfect!

Been with this storage facility for close to 8 years. Every year, they increased the rate of the unit by $10-$15 a month. Started out with a climate controlled 5x10 but had to change to a non-climate control unit to lower the cost. That was 3 years ago. I am now paying $92 a month for a 5x10 non-climate control unit that advertises for $31 a month as a web based price. How is this place getting good reviews. Why take advantage of long tenure tenants?

Jodi and Patrick were fantastic! So accommodating and made me feel at home after moving back from out of state!!! I would recommend extra space storage and especially this location to anyone needing a storage unit!!!

Jodi is a fantastic facility manager, and takes care of her tenants as well as the property. I'm a long term renter and I have stuck around for the great facility and the even better attention as a renter.

Latisha was beyond helpful to us! She took time to answer all of our questions and walked around with us to help us decide. Most importantly she did everything with patience and professionalism. She made the process painless and I would recommend this business and particular location if for no other reason than her customer service!

This extra space storage Is the best location In memphis. Jodi and her staff are very professional and helpful. They helped me with all my storage needs and I don't trust leaving my house hold items no where else but this location.

Mrs. Jody was AMAZING! She was very upfront and honest in the phone and in person! The staff was extremely friendly and professional and helped me find the unit that was best for me! They definitely went above and beyond what any other storage unit has. The units are also clean and very well presentable. Easy access in a convenient location! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone!

I had the best experience at Extra SpacecStorage in Bartlett. After a very bad experienc at another storage place in Germantown, the staff stepped up and took care of my needs in a last minute situation. They were very friendly, helpful and professional even though I came in close to closing time. The grounds are very clean as are the units. Thank you ladies for a job well done.

This has been my best experience getting a storage unit. Jodi and Latisha were very professional and very helpful. This was my 3rd place that I looked into today and I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. They have great deals and very nice service. I could not be more satisfied!
