Roger, the store manager, allowed me to come in and view the unit I reserved before I signed the lease. It made me feel confident that I chose the right storage company. Note: insurance is an additional cost, but optional. That was not obvious when I made the reservation, but it was still the most cost efficient option!

I have enjoyed my experience thus far. I did have a slight issue today with a new unit that I got recently, but Ms. Jennifer was very helpful with replacing the unit with one to my liking of what I paid for. I will advise to view your units before leaving the premises on initial rental to make sure it is clean. I have not had any other issues, questions, or concerns at this time. The customer service has always been good for what I have experienced so far.

Had to do some work at the facility and Roger was fantastic helping out to get the work done. Super clean facility and great attitude. Roger , thank you and Jennifer for making sure we had everything we needed

I enjoy paying my bill. Mr. Roger does am excellent job. He helps me a lot, I'm 70 yr old. He take his time to assist. He does an excellent job. Very professional. Keep up the good job.

Great facility that is clean and well maintained. Excellent customer service (especially Roger) that is always willing to help since we are living abroad and cannot handle things in person. Grateful for their help!

I absolutely love Extra Space Storage! I love the covington way location in particular because it is close to my house and they have the best prices and variety of storage units available. Also, Roger has always been very supportive and helpful with anything ive needed during my moves and i really appreciate his customer service. I have never been disappointed and will continue to use this storage facility for all of my storage needs. Definately recommend extra space storage--they're awesome!

Roger assisted me in closing my storage unit that I ve had for years (too many years). He was professional and polite. If I ever need storage space again, I will go right back to Extra Space Storage @ that exact location.

Roger was very helpful with my rental process. He was very knowledgeable on what was needed for my storage and showed me where my storage was and how to properly get in and out of my storage. He also made sure to give me his number If I had any questions or concerns and if I needed him he could help.

Great storage facility, staff has been available for us after hours and it s ideally located. I store lots of equipment here and feel at ease with how secure the place is. Will continue to get my business.

They dam near doubled my rent ... When I say I'll be looking to move ASAP that's what I mean and I'll never recommend this company to anyone short or long term

Jen is a true JEWEL!!! She provided me with outstanding customer service. It's rare to be greeted with a smile nowadays. She was very attentive as to what I was looking for and I got exactly the unit I needed. I would recommend this location 10 times over. Thank you again Jen! I truly appreciate you!

My name is Kristin and I would like to share my great experience with Extra Space Storage off Covington Pike! I was really having a bad day until I met Bridgett!She was courteous and so nice to me. She helped me out be listening and letting me know everything will be ok! It was a pleasure to meet someone who was still in the blessing business! Thanks for an awesome experience. My interaction with Ms. Bridgette Webb was great. She was very professional and the space I'm renting is very convenient, clean, and secure. Ms. Webb has been available for all my questions and concerns. I was nervous about storing my items anywhere being this was the first time, but Ms. Webb made me feel at ease. I don't topically leave reviews but because of the way I was treated with such kindness, its the least i can do. Thanks for a welcoming experience Ms. Webb. Kindest Regards, Mrs. KaeJones.

Fast and easy rental. I was in and out in a few minutes. Front desk lady was very nice very sweet and Roger was very nice in showing us around and showing us how to use the storage.
