William was always available to help. He is friendly and courteous. He remembered me even when I only had 2or 3 meetings with him over a year! I was most impressed and felt like a valued customer.

I had the pleasure of dealing with William at the Madison Avenue location. He was professional and super helpful. He always provided me with excellent customer service. If there were a way to suggest a bonus or pay raise for him, I would definitely recommend this. What a pleasure it was dealing with him.

The customer service representative was very helpful and polite..Devarius was his name. He took the needed time to properly explain everything. I appreciate everything that he did, which has made this an enjoyable experience.

I was quite frustrated coming in because my family had been rushing me all day.I spoke with a gentleman named Mr.Brown and he was extremely helpful,saved me money and put his lunch break on hold to make sure I was completely situated and overall satisfied.I felt I had ultimately made a good choice in the end!!!

I found out about Extra Space Storage from My Son,He rented there 2 times and,it's exactly like He said it was,neat clean,and no problems,when You rent a Storage,and it is a good size amount of Storage to put whatever You are Storing.

William was a great help everything was amazing in each aspect. Mega report circumstances just changed really quickly and I was in no longer need of the unit but customer service along with everything else was phenomenal thank you very much and when I do need a unit I will definitely be returning to this location.

Mr. William Brown, Truly believes in customer service and that was very clear from the moment I walked in the door. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the products. He didn't hesitate to meet my needs and he offered additional products. He's AMAZING!!! I would recommend his customer services and great WEALTH of knowledge to all.

This gentleman that always helpful and kind to me and my wife. The location Madison and Pauline is the only storage we have used for 5 years now. We will continue our business with this location and recommend highly to others like we've done so many times before. Thank you a great experience in having our property taking good care of and safe. Great service.

This place has a great location. Good pricing. A wonderful and helpful staff. Even has an electrical receptacle by the front desk, in case your phone dies when you are checking out.

I went in on Fri 8/3 to purchase a storage space. Sharona Robinson (I think that's her last name) was AMAZING and so helpful. She worked with me to help me find exactly what I needed, explained everything to a T and was just a nice person! I told her "Wow, you seem like you've been with this company a long time as you are so knowledgeable" --she's been there 7 months and was just fantastic. Very good experience with very good customer service. Thanks, Sharona!

I had the best experience with Terrell. He went out of his way to get my storage switched to a bigger unit and cut my lock. He was a big help very professional and I was moved in before the holidays. Thank you!

Very clean and suitable for all size storages you need... The only thing that upsets me is that you can't access your storage 24 hours 7 days a week. I believe once you have purchased and obtained a storage you should be able to access it any time of day or night.... Once again just my opinion..... Other than that I have no complaints... They are clean, tidy, and quite. Arranged very well also........ I would recommend Extra Space Storage to any/everyone without a hesitation.

Excellent place to store your things before you go on the move again. The manager who run it, he will help you with your needs. Mr. W. Brown is very helpful, polite, got a excellent sense of humor. All thumps up with Extra Space Storage, prices is good, clean environment in & out. Excellent respectful.

William is a amazing!! Thank you William for your patience and answering all of my questions. The day I moved my things in, William made himself available and helped when needed. He ensured that the right sized unit was identified, and had everything ready when I initially came onsite to sign the contract and pickup my lock. Thanks again William for everything.
