Sherlonda was AMAZING! I came in at the last minute while they were closing, and she helped me secure a unit with exceptional customer service while smiling and having a great spirit! She introduced herself and took care of me swiftly and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Sherlonda and the young man that helped me were excellent! Both took care of me and I appreciate their help. The only issue I have is that there are no dumpster(s) for auction winners of storage units or storage unit renters to throw their garbage in. Why is that? That makes zero sense. But, I guess those are your rules. But it still doesn t make any sense. Please help me understand that. Thanks again to Sherlonda and the young man that helped me, Jeff S. Marks, Olive Branch MS.

Shaerlonda customer service was absolutely amazing! Last night, I booked online! I made a few errors and Mrs. Shaerlondra was patient, informative and precise! Today was a stressful day, among the many obstacles, visible today with sherlonda at extra space storage did an awesome job of awareness of the demeanor and needs for the customers she serves. She made the experience easy to understand and clearly assured us of the safety measures taken for our belongings.I would recommend extra space storage on Raleigh Lagrange for having shown me great customer service and understanding of customer policy, thanks sherlonda and extra space storage

Everything was so efficient! From the time I looked them up, purchasing online, arriving at the location, and the service I got from KIM was extremely awesome! I initially got a smaller than thought of size and the ease of adjusting the size and price was so quick and I just wanted to say thank you Kim and the rest of her staff!! Speedy and efficient service!
