Hi. Thanks to Mr. Will, Store Manager at Hollywood Location. So professional, fast , kind & knowledgeable. Mr. Will you should be in the commercials for Extra Space! Arrived panicked & stressed. Leaving felt only blessed! I arrived at 5:53 pm contract/ review, update info, payment, code & tour! Contract email at 5:58pm. Perfect timing they close at 6 pm. Only have chosen Extra Space for storage Best place for my extra space. Thanks will return. I recommend Mr. Will at Hollywood location or any closer to you! Emergency move. Thanks. I feel safer with its in storage than in home.

They're good but after 30 days they go up on your monthly payments, would be nice to be explained this in the beginning..

Great service fast and convenient and the staff walked me through each unit to make sure I had the correct space for what I was needing. Awesome just awesome service I recommend meeting with Matthew Truska who is a gentle giant regarding making sure I was totally happy and understood everything. No greater person to meet and deal with.

5 stars is not enough to embody the service provided by Matthew at Extra Space Storage on Hollywood St. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend.

Way Up!! The best rental experience ever! Took less than 10 minutes online. No contact at all. Received my gate code and unit online and lock was in the unit when I got there. Totally easy and stress free. (And I got an 8x15 for less than $50 month).oh yeah!

The experience there was phenomenal. Ms. Joy was exceptionally courteous. Before I arrived she called me with a courtesy meet and great. Letting me know that she was here to assist me in anyway possible. Much to my surprise she was even more courteous, informative, and helpful when I arrived at the Hollywood location. Thanks Ma Joy for the spirit of excellence that you demonstrated on yesterday. And this is from Andrea Caery ( not my son)!!!!!!!

I love this Storage company I have been with them for months now and I can say the customer service is great and Ms Joy always patient and sweet I love her personality. They give you texts and courtesy calls letting you know about your payments which is great because I be so busy and those calls help out a lot I definitely feel comfortable storing my items here and wouldn t choose no other storage .. Thanks Extra Space Storage

Staff has excellent customer service, always nice and polite. I was storing my truck in the back where there s limited access. I asked if 24 hr access become available, will they call me. She did exactly that, these days ppl don t do what they say. So I was surprised and excited at the same time. As long as they have service like that, they will keep me as a customer.

I reserved my unit online and was given a call immediately I spoke with a Mr. David who walked me through the process which showed me that i reserved by mistake a RV space. He was so very helpful throughout the entire process with every detail. I also received a called throughout the process because i forgot my appointment due to a funeral and i spoke with a sweet young lady that was so understanding, I really appreciate you guys. Customer service was awesome. Keep up the good work you guys.

Excellent customer service from Ms Latisha. She helped me rent my unit quickly and easily. She was even empathetic and offered kind words towards my situation. Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this location to a friend based on my interaction with her. Thumbs up.!!

The service here is unmatched. I Had a unexpected last minute situation due to the pandemic and needed to store my values. I called & they understood my situation then i was accommodated to the fully. Even days later a representative by the name of Justin called to check on my family and i. It really meant a lot because most companies don t show compassion to their customers. I highly recommend this company!

Very clean storage units, very nice and professional employees. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because they advertise 1st month free but this is not accurate. It has been changed to second month free, and with the high prices of basically every thing now, this incentive could really be helpful to a lot of people who are planning to keep the unit more than a month. Besides this, very nice place.

I had a great experience, My sales representative Alonzo was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions any also gave me a tour of the different units. I highly recommend clients to check them out first. Thanks Alonzo for putting your clients first, you have Great Customer service skills.

The guy name Justin that works there went above and beyond to may sure I had docs I needed to purchase a house. He took the time to print out my receipts for me and to that I am grateful to him. KUDOS to Justin @ Extra Space on Hollywood.

I really love & appreciate the staff members at this Extra Space Storage! They have been doing an amazing job of making me feel like I can be rest assured while keeping my personal property safely stored at their facility! They're consistent about giving you a courtesy call to remind you to make a payment..to avoid late fees!

Joy was very conversational and helpful. The rate increases are so annoying and frustrating, but she was able to explain things to me that put me at ease. I decided to keep renting here because of the location, and customer service because of their willingness to accommodate your needs. I still recommend.Update:I had to reduce the number of stars because I had to move out due to Extra Space's failure to email me that I had an upcoming payment for two months straight which made me accrue late fees and such. I explained to them that I have other, more pressing bills and they all alert me by way of email, text, or mail...So why couldn't they continue doing what they had been doing??? Because of them, I had to end up paying a $121 move out fee for a unit that was only a 5x5!!!I quickly got my few items out of their storage unit and left immediately. I was a customer for several years and was very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service recently. I can't recommend because of this recent experience.

Missy is always helpful and very personable! Her and the other lady, believe her name was Joy, were extremely knowledgeable, with an answer to every question I had! Will definitely be back and would recommend them to my family and friends!!

Trineka helped me out so much by helping me find an affordable storage unit for my furniture in between moving from apartment to apartment. She was so friendly and made the process super easy. I highly recommend this location because of the excellent customer service I received.

This is the best location. I haven t had any problems and I had great service! When you go make sure to ask for Latisha Johnson she has great customer service and she makes sure your well taken care of. This location is clean and all the procedures were done promptly to move in!

Great experience, missy was the friendly lady in the office and very helpful. I could find my unit and unlike other people showing me she took me there and showed me how to work the key and door. So very helpful 10/10.
