The young man that helped me at the Covington Pike location in Memphis. Name Joshua, was very courteous, kind, and professional. He is truly a great person to have on your team. Casey and Tevin gave me a great service. My oil change was quick and informational. I was even offered to change my oil filter which I declined until the next visit. This has been my go-to location on many occasions for my 2022 vehicle model.

Davin was super nice and very helpful!! I came in and he immediately got me going. Not only did he assist with my oil change but he noticed my low tire and helped. I highly recommend this place for a quick, professional service!

This my second time here the first time wasn t all that spectacular but I still gave it another try because I use Express Oil change in my hometown. The two men there were super friendly and gave really good service. Joshua was really cool and made sure my vehicle was given what I asked for. Need a few more cool people like that makes the oil change less stressful than it need to be.

Came into express oil change and Tevin assisted me in a timely manner, was very professional. I have a new vehicle from the last one that was serviced here.. He answered all my questions and took his time to explain what I needed compared to the other car I had.. he definitely know his job and is very educated in what he does!!

Had a great experiencing here getting an oil change. This was my first time ever getting an oil change on my own and Josh was very polite and made sure that my experience went very smooth. I give it a 10/10. I will be coming back here for my future oil changes.

I have been coming here for over 2 years now, my cars are always done right I've never had a problem. The guys are a little tough but they still manage to be kind and patient. I always get Wayne and he is always good to me.

Pulled up after work and was in and out within 15/20 minutes. The guys Tevin and Josh were nice and got my oil changed along with air filter quickly. This is my second time using this location. Overall great service.

Spent almost 2,000 here some was for repairs I didn t ask for and the repairs I wanted they disregarded and didn t do. They said I need a new air condenser and said it was multiple different things that cause my air not to work turns out when I took it to a real shop the found that I needed a new head gasket and that this company completely ripped me off . I don t recommend any come here unless you just want to give them money to play around with your car .

I went here because I was in a hurry. Joshua was fast and courteous and got me in and out no problems. I couldn't recommend this place more. If you need your oil changed quick ( and maybe your windshield wipers too) go see Josh.

Josh was the most professional and courteous techs that work here. You d be lucky to have him change your oil. Corey the supervisor comes out and speaks while the oil change is happening and keeps you well informed. These guy will make the oil change experience worth it. Thanks.

The service I received was an oil change that took less than 20 minutes. Wayne was very professional and friendly. I was given a document showing all the services Wayne suggested I should get done due to the mileages on my vehicle. Overall experience was a 10/10 I ll be sure to send all my friends to this location.Recently, I returned on December 19, 2023 and I was serviced by Josh & Tevin. Both guys did an awesome job. 10/10 be sure to come to this location and ask for them. They get you in and out less than 20 minutes.

Tevin and Josh were the best two guys I ve ever had change my oil at express oil, they got me in and out very fast and did there job very effectively and professionally, if I could personally give these guys a raise I would in a heartbeat, these guys are the reason I keep coming back to this location!
