The guy here named Calvin was very nice. I also had a great experience with Master Dee and Michael! He was patient and he also explained all the prices to me beforehand. Upon arriving, this has been a smooth experience. I am currently in now and the great experience has continued! I recommended, they were gentle, as I do have autism and they were nice to work with me!

These guys are great! Just passing through on a lengthy road trip, checked around for the best price and the fastest service and I m glad I picked these guys! Less than 10 minutes. No line. And all of the employees were fun and efficient and I have confidence that this oil change is going to make the rest of my trip far more stress free.

Excellent service earlier this week. Michael took time to go through everything and was thorough. Great attitude, friendly and not high pressure up selling. Just providing information. I really appreciated that and sent my husband back that same day to have his car serviced because I was so impressed.

Went to shop yesterday morning. Got my brakes done and I figured I needed my rotors so it was true. I needed them as well. Got it done for almost $800. Which is pretty steep. But I went on ahead and did it anyway in Desperation, they probably sensed that. (I am a woman not saying that that is the case)Hour after leaving the shop "Engine power reduced" popped up a few times, my speed slowed down I was out and about doing shopping and things. So by the time I got done, it was too late to return back to the shop so I called and expressed the situation. The guy who answered around 4 PM was awesome ( which is why i gave 2star instead of 1. He was nice apologetic and everything told me to come right in so this morning I go in and the mechanic states. "Well, i did your bricks and rotors" Yes, I know but something else in the middle of that happened then while leaving your shop a new situation occurred and you would think it would be only fair to do it a free diagnostic instead of charging me a $150 on top of any new service fee. So I just said forget it and I left and it still is popping up on While I'm in motion, I'm going 20, but it feels like I'm going 10. I'm going 40, but it feels like I'm going 25. It takes forever to speed up.And it kind of jerks.

Michael was very helpful from the moment I arrived! He was knowledgeable and showed tons of gratitude for wanting to assist me upon arrival. Dee was great too! Gave me plenty of information about my vehicle and was totally thoughtful and honest about my vehicle! I recommend them at all costs! Best service I ve received

Hunter was very courteous and very knowledgeable about everything concerning my car. I didn t even have to wait long at all. Every car I ve had, I always bring it here for my oil changes. Hunter you rock. Go see them today and guess what, you ll be glad you did!!!!

I have found over the years that I prefer the service at Express Oil Change. I went to the location on Winchester today for an oil change. Dee showed he is comfortable with all the information he provided me.It was pointed out that I have had a leak, possibly something with the gasket. Dee gave great details for my issue, encouraged a diagnostic test when I have the chance, noted the price. He explained reasons for why I might be running out of oil. I didn't feel pressured to get the service. In fact, I felt just that, encouraged -that they would have the skills to get it done right. I always appreciate that this company tells me the details of issues and what things they did at that service. Some auto shops don't like to tell me in detail the issues. I've usually presumed this to be because I'm a woman... I very much appreciate this company for not presuming I wouldn't know or wouldn't want to hear about the details.Definitely will continue to use their services!

Dee and Carlos was wonderful today. I ve gotten my last 4 oil changes from here and every time I ve never had a problem with attitudes or timing. They know how to get you in and out comfortably through the whole process. N ooo y all Dee so fine lord.

Update: this was my second time here and Dee was very helpful and quick with my service! Mike also was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location!Today was my first visit at express and Duntae & Calvin were very prompt, professional & sweet! They took care of me quickly and even gave me good tips to keep my car in the best shape. Highly recommend them. I was there less than 15 minutes Service: Oil change

The service was quick and painless. Michael made sure the job was done right and timely. Ricky also did an awesome job of getting it done both professionally and right the first time.Goodwill toward customers are lacking in service but not here at Express 10 minute oil change.Thanks for your great service!

Absolutely AMAZING SERVICE!!! From the second I rolled into the garage, I knew me and my 4Runner were in the best, most knowledgeable and most honest of hands. Oh, and they only wanted to help fixed what was wrong with the vehicle not oversell a bunch of stuff I didn t need! Especially being a female customer, I m oftentimes afraid of getting my car serviced for fear of getting taking advantage of. NOT HERE! Express Oil - Winchester is top notch and you can trust their service team especially Calvin and their team manager. I am a customer of theirs for as long as I live here that is a promise! Thank you Express Oil - Winchester! Y all are the real MVPs

This location has the most unprofessional staff ever seen. The male staff are too comfortable engaging in inappropriate conversations and asking for your number than providing a service.

Derrick and Calvin were top notch today. Very informative throughout the process. They also showed me how to reset my oil percentage which no one has done before. Great service guys. Keep up the great work!

Just came to get a quick oil change before they closed, but didn't realize my tires were completely bald. Dee, Calvin and Nate stayed open past closing time just to change my tires completely out, without no hesitation or complaint. Trust will be back!!

I came here with a tire that had been through hell, and one of their associates, Michael helped me figure out the specifics of the problem and how to fix it. He also helped me with the expenses. 10/10 tire shop for sure Service: TiresService: Tires

Pretty decent people on Winchester Rd. I never had a problem. I had an issue with my insurance and needed records and they gave them to me with no problems. Only problem I will say I experienced was with their tire insurance but I didn t buy the tires from that location, other than that I think they deserve 5 stars. But no one could find my tire warranty. Yet, to be fair, I didn t get the tires from that location.

This is my go to place for my oil changes, brakes, tire rotation, wheel alignments, etc. I came once & absolutely loved my service & I just kept coming. Express is the right name for them, they get you in & out. My most recent visit, Duntae was wonderful. The service was efficient as always. They have a long time customer.
