Excellent foreign car auto mechanic. Fixed my Range Rover when others wouldn't even touch it. Tow rates were reasonable, they picked up my car were very transparent and repaired my vehicle exactly as described. Even updated me on an outstanding recall. Very professional!!! They will be completing all my foreign car repairs in the future.

I dropped my 2015 Range Rover off on 12-04-2023 because of transmission problems. Mr. Livingston diagnosed the problem and I thought all was well. He explained that the warranty company would suggest a used transmission, but I had concerns about it being used. I spoke with the service manager and he informed that indeed the warranty company did requested a used transmission be installed. However, he stated that he had found one with low miles and at least a 36 month warranty on it. I get a call on 1/30/2024 informing me the truck was ready. I asked about the warranty again and he stated it was 12 months or 12,000 miles. I let him know that was not what was told to me. If that was the case, I would have contacted the warranty people and asked for a new one. I asked to speak with the manager, Mr. Livingston (who is a friend of mine) and he refused to allow me to talk to him. I did contact the warranty company to see if they could do anything and the answer was no. Fast forward to today, 2-01-2024, I get to the repair shop and paid the $350 deductible to get my vehicle. I did not say anything because I was disappoint with them, but they found it hilarious and funny that I was non-verbal. The service manager and his tech laughed as I was walking out the door. I thought that was so disrespectful and very bad customer service! The owner was no better than them!

I emailed this shop describing what might be a very simple problem and mentioned the dealership diagnosis was very unhelpful and recommendation over-the-top. The reply I received was quite snarky about me not accepting what the dealer said. I guess no one gets second opinions anymore? What's with all the non-inquisitive unhelpful mechanics nowadays? Too bad they can't be challenged to fix something they should be experts at. If you don't need the business, then I guess you don't need the business. Be warned.UPDATE: I sent the same email to three mechanics: One has encountered similar problems with that engine in Dodge Darts and replied "We should be able to get the air bled and compression restored assuming there were not other mechanical issues already present when the vehicle was parked," the other was short and sweet with "My gosh they (dealership) should have at least told why and not just expect you to shell out $3k. Tow it on over, we'll figure it out," and lastly another replied with "Sorry can't help you. You are criticizing the dealer after their diagnosis, don't know how else one can be at your service." Guess who sent the last one, and guess who was wrong.UPDATE 2: Car is fixed. Engine needed priming just as the Fiat manual itself instructs but the alternator was going out and not letting me prime it. Thank goodness for the helpful and thorough mechanics who work elsewhere.

An extremely foul company. Owner discriminated against my clients after they made an appointment and paid to have their cars towed in on multiple occasions. High class customers only I guess.

Excellent experience, Livingston and everyone else at the shop was great. The turn around time from dropping off my car was quick and they did a great job. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic in Memphis.

I have a 2009 Audi A6 3.0T, I was on the fence about giving up on the repairs due to ongoing maintenance issues. I had them run a diagnostics and offer their professional opinion on the cost benefit of repairing my vehicle, they were confident that the engine and transmission were in good shape. So after weighing the options of replacing my vehicle vs repairs I elected to get it fixed. They went above and beyond in getting my car running back to an optimal performance state. The owner is well trained and is certified in the US and Overseas, so he put real care in the repairs. I would recommend Euro Imports to anyone in the Midsouth that drives luxury vehicles to take their vehicle to this location.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

This place is a RIPOFF! This place had my car overnight and left it parked outside and someone damaged my passenger side door. I spoke to the owner about repairing the damages and he told me that their insurance company would be in touch. It's been three weeks and still no word from the insurance company or the owner. I called owner 3 times since last week and still no response, even after I had to pay $1200 to get my car back. SMFH!

Amazing experience with amazing results! Trustworthy, honest, upfront and a pleasure to work with! I have an Audi that was misfiring and had to be towed to Euro Imports. They immediately diagnosed the issue and provided a detail account of what was needed and the cost in the estimate. They told me the turbo may have to be addressed after the first round of repairs and explained exactly why there may be an additional expense based upon their findings. They were right and it was obvious that more work had to be done. Nothing lasts forever and cars breakdown from use and age and need to be cared for. I love my car and just glad that I found Euro Imports to help me keep it going!

Owner who says his name is Livingston was extremely rude. I wanted to have some work done and he treated me as if he was to busy to work with me. He told me to send an email with my vend number and he would call me back later. I asked him for the email address and he told me to go look it up on the website. Highly disappointed in the customer service.

I drove my Jaguar to Euro Imports of Memphis because it had a bothersome but manageable coolant leak. I would have to add some coolant every few days. They performed a pressure test on the coolant system and, in doing so, destroyed it and made my car undrivable as it no longer held coolant. They wanted $4000 to repair the damage. I paid them to perform $1800 for repairs to just get my car running again so I could take it home. It was a waste of money as it was no closer to holding coolant than before the repairs. They wanted another $3000 just to make my car drivable again. A total of $4,800.00.My car used to work, I took it to Euro Imports, they did $1,800 of repairs and now my car isn't drivable. Incompetence is the most generous explanation I can come up with. In any case, they earned the one star rating. As to your response, how can you say that "there's no such thing as a bothersome but manageable coolant leak"? I drove my car to your shop. Before you worked on it I had to spend $10 on a container of coolant whenever I filled the car with gas. The leak was so small that the leaking coolant never even made it to the ground. That's what I call a "bothersome but manageable coolant leak". You performed a pressure test to find the slow leak. After you performed the pressure test you said that my car was no longer drivable and that it needed to be towed or repaired. I told you that I was authorizing the $1800 of repairs just to get it drivable again. If you knew that the $1800 wouldn't make it drivable then why did you do them?I tried your shop because repairs at Bluff City Jaguar can be expensive and I wanted a small, inexpensive repair. I realize now that that was a mistake. Bluff City Jaguar may not be cheap, but can you imagine them drafting an insulting, sarcastic and unprofessional response like yours? Your unapologetic response says more than my review.Service: Engine repair

I had an awesome experience with Euro Imports of Memphis. The customer service from the time I called the shop and spoke with Livingston until the time I picked my vehicle up was very PROFESSIONAL and OUTSTANDING. I appreciate that they reached out to me to discuss the issues with my vehicle before doing the work. The price that I paid for servicing my vehicle was very fair, especially compared to the prices that the dealership would have charged. Euro Imports of Memphis under the EXPERT mechanical experience of Livingston is the shop that I will use to have both of my high end vehicles repaired. Euro Imports of Memphis sets the standard by which all mechanic shops should be measured, especially shops that repair imports. Euro Imports of Memphis and Livingston have my HIGHEST and STRONGEST endorsement and recommendation. This shop is the BEST!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

I did not bring my car to them. But I did stop by their shop in person. I saw their sign with VW. I have a VW JSW (Jetta Sportwagen) TDI, turbo direct injection diesel. Car has no problems except the TPMS (tire pressure monitor system) light is on. Also my DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox) service (oil / filter) is due in next 6 mos, recommended at 40K mile intervals.TWO RED FLAGS. First I ask about what it would cost to diagnose my TPMS. It was vague and there was a who's on first dialog. They would have to see it first they said. It's right there, pointing to my car you could see through the window parked in their parking lot. I gather $175 to read code was what he was saying. A little expensive. The real eyebrow raiser was he said, "it may have to be scanned twice." TWICE? Yes he said there may be something wrong with the ENGINE. ENGINE? We are talking TPMS not engine. TPMS no engine involved. I tell him I know I have no engine codes (and I do). FIRST sign.SECOND RED FLAG. I asked what a DSG oil/filter change would be. Again "we have to see it." REALLY? This is a standard maintenance item. They should be able to give a quote. So another guy comes out, a Tech, Manager, Owner and says, "we have too look at it", and "we have to do it per the factory instructions" and mumbles temperature. OK fine. I hope they do it per VW instructions. DSG oil temp must be at operating temp to get the proper oil level. This is not a SCAN just reading a parameter and part the job. I gather he is implying another SCAN charge of $175. ONE SCAN WILL DO WHOLE CAR, ALL SYSTEMS, NO NEED TO DO SPERATE SCANS. TAKES ABOUT 3-5 MIN TOTAL. RESULTS ARE STORED ON SCANNER FOR VIEWING OR PRINT OUT. It takes 60 seconds to read the temp with scanner. You don't need to SCAN the car to do a DSG. Who knows what they meant. They talked in circles and made irrelevant comments. Communication is not their strong point at this shop.A DSG oil change last time I had it done several years ago, was $250. I called Wolfsburg VW Audi Porsche and DSG at this time is $275 plus tax. Dealer $350 + tax. Cost of DSG service kit, oil and filter is $125, the oil is expensive. Labor, one hour, $120 to $150. If you can do your own engine oil change you can do the DSG. DSG is a little advanced for some DIY'ers but there are lots of videos and VW forums that can guide you. I did my last DSG service.Every legit reputable VW shop, dealer or independent shop will and should give a quote for standard maintenance services. If it is trouble shooting an unknown problem, sure they may not know exactly how long it will take to track problem down and then fix it. That is why I give them a partial pass on the TPMS. However TPMS is a vey straight forward system. It may involve replacing a tire sensor or correcting TPMS setting or parameters in the computer which can get corrupted. The conversation with the Euro Import Tech goes back and forth and nowhere, so I say thinks, bye. Half way out the door the Tech guy is lecturing the older man sitting down behind the counter and pointing and talking about me. Their unwillingness to give me a good faith quote on DSG service is a red flag.Bottom line shops like Euro Imports of Memphis rely on customers ignorance and $175 "It might take several scans", to gouge customers. It takes 60 seconds to connect a scan tool, boot it up and make connection with the car. A scan can take a few minutes. I bought a Ross Tech (VAGCOM) VW scan tool (read/clear codes, program VW cars) 10 yrs ago. Not cheap about $300 when I bought mine, but has paid for itself 20 times over. Their Pro versions are $900-$1300. They have one for $200 but limited to 3 VIN numbers (personal use only). Not only can you read and clear codes it is needed to do services, like fuel filter and DSG. It also allows you to customize how the car works. As far as Euro Imports I was shocked at how vague, obtuse, argumentative and ignorant they are (or they thought I was and tried to buffalo me). Avoid this shop at all cost. Go to Wolfsburg or even dealer if you must before this place.

I recently got my 2008 Land Rover fixed here like two weeks ago I went because my car was over heating at random but not constantly. I got a diagnostic back and it said I was a 1800 repair. So I paid the money and got my car back in two weeks. when I got it back it was still doing the same thing . So I called and brought the car back up there. The guy said he didn t see anything wrong. So the manager said bring the car back . They gave me the run around for about two days then I finally got a call saying that it was my alternator that needed fixing but that wasn t on the original report. He also lied and said they did a second diagnosis the day I brought it back which was a lie because the guy never took my car to the back that day. I took my car to the dealership( Land Rover) and was told there was nothing wrong with my alternator that it was my fan. All this place do is lie and try to swindle people out there money . The service is poor and really expensive you will be better off going to the dealership instead of being swindled by people whom are money hungry and will not fix your problem and lie about it.Service: Engine repair

This repair shop backed my car into their building causing damage and then refused to admit to it. Police were called..This business is irresponsible and disgusting. The owner has no integrity and someone in the background told him to hang up on me...For Blood pressures' sake...stay clear of this horrible establishment. THEN after we showed them the damage they tried to take pictures....too late though because pictures are time stamped. IDIOTS!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Euro imports are great! They went out of there way to take care of me! Their employee Jamie even stayed and hour after they closed for me to pick up my car so I wouldn t have to drive back the next day which would have been a two hour drive! Jamie definitely deserves a raise! Don t hesitate to use this establishment!

All facts honest to the good Lord. I looked these guys up because I have a Range Rover. They called me twice to set up a appt. I thought that was a good sign. My truck was having starting issues. Th said they have a towing company that will come get the vehicle for $95. I accepted the offer and my vehicle was picked up the next morning. I got a call that afternoon saying that they only had 2 techs available and my truck needed too much work. I asked them so what work is needed? The guy said sir I could easily write up $10k worth of work needed. With my feelings hurt I just said ok. I called my finance company and told them I am no longer interested in the vehicle and I will just take the loss. The guy asked me the following morning to pick my truck up ASAP. I told him that the finance company is going to pick it up. The guy text me back and forth telling me I have I come get it and I now owe $120 for towing and $80 for a half hour diagnosis. I said ok . What is the diagnosis. He didn t respond. Then persisted that I should come get the vehicle. I again asked him why am I paying or a diagnosis if you don t have one. He said I was being arrogant. That s when I realized that this conversation wasn t going anywhere. I told the guy that I loved him and to be blessedService: Engine repair

Brought my BMW E39 in for a check up, expecting to hear back by the end of the week. After ten days passed, I called and was told to wait for a call back. Three days later I got a call saying my car keys had been lost, and had been lost for two weeks at that point. It took another week to get the keys, and then another week for the diagnostics to be finished. A month in total for a check up.When I went to pick up the car, I was told the key replacement would be free of charge and that some diagnostic work had also been performed free of charge. As I would find out, I was charged ($220) for diagnostics, exactly the cost of the key. The "free" diagnostic was rather just a quote to replace the whole headlight assembly, rather than looking for the particular faulty piece. A $500 quote as opposed to a $75 replacement. On my drive home, I noticed my A pillars were broken and would not reattach to the headliner. I called the shop and was told to wait for a call back; four months later and I still have not received a call. Additionally, the pocket knife in the center console (a past present from graduation) is missing. That being said, it seems the owner is knowledgeable and experienced in maintaining luxury vehicles. The diagnosis performed there was confirmed accurate by the next shop I went too (except for the headlight quote), and the free car wash was also nice. However, I will not be returning there.

This business is Horrible !!!Horrible!!! The owner is a bad business man not professional at all!! He does not know how to speak to people and he lied about scratching my vehicle while in his possession! Drove my 2006 RR HSE in with 2 issues thought it was fixed when they called me to pick it up on a Friday 9/17/202 at closing time and found I had 3 new issues that I did not have b4. 3 of my windows did not roll down , screws missing under my hood that were there b4 . A scratch on my vehicle that was not there when i brought it in for a coolant leak .drove it home and it started beeping and flashing check coolant levels. Got home and there was no coolant in the Reservoir Omg this place is not a place i would recommend to nobody. Be warned DO NOT TAKE YOUR PREVIOUS VEHiCLE TO EURO OF MEMPHIS LOCATED AT 2699 broad ave memphis tn 38112. I too read the reviews and thought i wld give them a chance and i hated that i did.Very Very disappoi!!nted consumer

I had a few issues with this auto shop but David the new service manager is trying to make everything better. Definitely blown away and appreciate everything this gentleman is doing. If they fix what wasn't broke when they receive a vehicle and do the repairs in a timely manner what else could you ask for

This place is so unprofessional and they have some nasty attitudes. I wouldn't dare leave my vehicle at this place. The man came out the shop into the office with an attitude he didn't even greet me and wouldn't give me the opportunity to explain what was going on with my vehicle he would continue to cut me off and say we are the technicians we will tell you what's wrong with your vehicle. Who takes a vehicle to a shop and they don't ask you what is going on with the vehicle. And then told me that there would be a $500 diagnostic and the dealership don't even charge that, like another review said they are all about the money not the care of people in their vehicles. I do not recommend this shop to anyone not even a dog.

I have been a customer for several years and it is the professional service and quality that keep me coming back. I can always trust Livingston and his employees to take pride in their work and diagnosis what the problem is. I like the fact that you get a written estimate of what is wrong, I have even compared prices with other places and the prices are about the same or better. The work is prompt and I like the friendly environment. I will continue to have my cars serviced at Euro Imports.
