When the lady asked me to give her a couple of minutes, she definitely needed them. I don't mind waiting when I see the people working.

This place is great! I spoke to Spencer today and he gave me the best customer service I've seen in a while. He showed me the best clear coat that would fit my budget, asked me what all I was expecting to use my paint on and helped me figure out how much I needed and even taught me a few things! And best of all, the basecoat matches perfectly. Would highly recommend 12/10.Will do a later update on the basecoat and clear after I'm done on my "project" lol.

My experience changed depending on who was helping me. Employees like Jason and Brandy walk you through everything they offer. However, there some employees that made me feel like it was a mistake going to the place.

I visited the location for the first time and the rep Rick was really helpful and knowledgeable of products that were new to me. He pointed me to a new line of product and worked well. I will recommend shopping here.

About a year or more ago, I bought a mixed paint solution in an aerosol can. Decent price for $14 a can. I loved the product. The paint matched perfectly. Well, their machine broke down. They got a new machine, "BUT", the same aerosol can is NOW $25+tax. I hate to feel the I'm paying for an unfortunate circumstance. This review is not about the product, its about the principal of the matter.

Asked about a painter fill out form for a a spray gun the reply was do you work here I'm sorry excuse me the same place where you delivering these products to did a guy walks up to you while you in the building and asked you for a form for a spray gun your reply what do I work here obviously I do I honestly this is your first time it is building for you to say something like that how professional was it unprofessional very
