I would not recommend this place to anyone trying to get their car fixed. I was over charged and my car still had the same issue when I left. They had my car over a month and my check engine light came back on a day after driving. I took it back and of course it was not their fault it was something new that just occurred. I was told this issue would cost an additional 500 plus dollars to fix,and two hours to fix. However I Google the issue and it only takes 20 minutes. This place is a rip off and something should be done about shops like this servicing the public. This is equivalent to fraud, and I will never take my vehicle back there ever again. Paid them 4700 dollars and still has an issue with my car,these people are crooks so you have been warned, I just wish I had been told this before I trusted my car with them.

I recently bought a Lexus Sport from Elite. I am beyond satisfied with the excellent customer service I received! From the time I pulled on the lot I felt comfortable, no pressures or sales tactics. The atmosphere is professional, courteous and down to earth. I felt like I was with friends, that means everything to me. I love my new ride too! Its clean, comfortable and my salesman, Mark took the liberty to show me important features about my new whip! Elite Automotive is ABSOLUTELY EXTRORDINARY. I have a 1996 E320 Mercedes Benz and had many different issues going on. I did Not want to take to Mercedes because their prices are outrageous. I was referred to Elite and that was the best referral I have ever received. They took their time and my car is running good. Their prices are Fair and Honest. The staff is Excellent and very personable. This is the only place I will ever take my car. IF YOU NEED CAR REPAIRS I suggest you get to Elite Automotive on Elmore as fast as you can. I promise you will not regret it. 10 Plus in satisfaction to them from me. It does not matter what kind of car you have I Promise you THEY CAN HANDLE IT.They have the perfect name ELITE!!!!!!!!

My brothers and I have been customers over 7 years and we have bought several vehicles including a Camry, a Toyota truck and an Avalon. My experience has been excellent I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry that I am totally satisfied with. I had spoken with Mr. Murray and his team about finding me the vehicle I purchased and they went above and beyond to get me just what I wanted. Nice, friendly, and reliable are words I would use to describe Elite Service and Sales.

I called Elite Service from my home in Florida as I was buying a vehicle online from Memphis. I told him my situation and that I needed someone to evaluate the vehicle before I made the purchase.I spoke with Gary and they drove over to the dealership right away, picked up the vehicle and ran it over to the Elite shop to do a diagnosis. He called me about 2 hrs later and gave me the details. He gave me the report and most everything looked good, so I went ahead and sent the dealer the check.They took good care of me all via phone and took my payment after all was done. If they treat me this way, 700 miles away, I can only imagine how they treat their local customers. These guys are good and absolutely worthy of your business. These are the kind of people that I enjoy doing business with.

Terrible place of business, would not recommend you taking your car here. I took my Ford Mustang here as I was referred by another shop. Took Elite my car, told them what I believed the problem was, and they decided to fix something else on their own, got my car back, and the problem kept occurring. So I took it back to Elite, told them to fix the problem that I originally asked them to fix, and this took them almost a month to complete and was told that I would get the rental at a discounted price since it took them such a long time. No discount was applied to my rental, I had to pay full price for everything even though the time I had the rental was because of their mechanic s fault. Get this, after I get my car back the SECOND time, somehow my alternator is now messed up, which they also made me pay for. Before I could even leave the parking lot, my car battery wouldn t hold a charge. But somehow their not at fault for anything. Terrible place of business and Lisa, the owner I believe her name is, is rude and very unprofessional. People told me that this place was terrible but I tried to give them a chance anyway. Don t make the same mistake!

We all know it is so hard to find someone trustworthy and dependable to work on your car...look no further! Elite Service Automotive is awesome! They are very professional and friendly. Your service is completed in a timely manner. The price is very fair and way more reasonable than the dealership prices on service. My husband and I are so happy they were referred to us!

Excellent experience. Murray was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my Toyota 4Runner right away whereas another mechanic had tried several times unsuccessfully. I am impressed with his knowledge and dedication to being thorough and accurate when making repairs. No one wants to change out parts until accidentally stumbling upon the right solution. That is not how Murray works in my experience.

I give them a 1star due to bad service when it came down to my vehicle. Came in this morning 4/9/21 told them the issues with my car running hot the night before because of no oil / Possible or leak. The told me they did everything right it was oil in my car and they possibly it due to been over on miles really.

Took my car in while traveling through Memphis to check a loud knocking sound coming from one of the wheels. Great customer service, great Lexus techs, and great service. Highly recommend. Other service centers could learn a thing or two from them. Wish I had this type of service in Atlanta.

Was able to go on CarGurus and they directed me to Mr. Barton, here. He had a nice 2007 Nissan Titan 4x4. I purchased it and within a week he mailed me my permanent license. I love my truck

I don t recommend this shop they worked on my car I asked them to see the parts they replaced They start making all kind of excuses not show me the parts saying they already threw them to the garbage or I asked them to show me the core receipt they didn t show me nothing stay away I wish there is zero start to review them

Customer service was good but I should have known something was amiss when I took my truck to them on a Friday evening late and got it back the next day. I took it back and they kept it 2 1/2 days and its still leaking.They didn't do anything and I learned a valuable lesson....PLEASE DISREGARD THE LAST COMENT....THEY DID FIX THE PROBLEM. COMES TO FIND OUT THERE WAS ANOTHER PROBLEM AND I DO APOLOGIZE TO THE ENTIRE STAFF AND OWNERS.

This place was absolutely amazing. The customer service was excellent and service to my Infiniti was excellent as well. I normally take my car into the dealership for service but a coworker told me about this place and it was a great experience! I will definitely be back.Henry

If you go there witha lexus engine repair, they will allow mechanics to drop engines in and tear up the wiring harness and refuse to repair it or pay for a rental and will keep your car for 6 months or more. Check out all the cars in the back of the shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LEXUS HERE FOR ANY MAJOR REPAIRS.

I was sold a 2011 Dodge Nitro, by Mr Barton, with odometer reading at almost 87,000 mi. After 4 months of driving this vehicle, with less than 3,000 miles of my driving the transmission went out. This place is as Shady as they come. I had scheduled for a driver window replacement switch free of charge. Took the vehicle to them on a Monday, was told by Veto (service mngr) that the switch was replaced on Monday, went to get Vehicle on Wed, he ask me to have a seat and wait for part delivery. BEWARE for parts to be taken from your vehicle during so called repairs. The BBB should fully investigate this business and SHUT THEM DOWN. I would not be surprised to know they have a chop shop opetation here. STEER CLEAR OF THIS ENTIRE OPERATION.

I refuse to go anywhere else. The mechanics are extremely efficient. Management is so kind. I have grown to love Gary, Murray and Lisa. They know that as long as I'm in Memphis, I will never cheat on em'.. Lol

I will never in life deal with these people again They had my car over 6 months chargef me 2900 to fix a power steering issue on top of that I pick my car the head lights not working radio not working front bumper hanging the top covering for my motor is missng drop the car back off the next day after paying in full and they have my car to this day and that was over a month ago I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

I'd started my trip without doing a scheduled oil change and was looking for-someone who sold Amsoil products. I found these folks and within an hour was back on the road. Great fast sevice , thanks !!

My son car was there to get his head light fixed on his Benz total disasterLet me start with the person Lisa who answered the phone (owner )she forgot that you need the customers to keep the facility open she is very rude and ignorantNext they will keep your car for a month to (supposedly )diagnose the problem and fix it When you go back for your car parts will be missing off of your vehicle !!!! The car had to go to the Benz dealership because of there negligenceThese people are a joke you better run and don t look backPlease don t believe the reviews with the 5 they probably paid for them!!!!!!!!
